Great! We were so lucky with this hotel. We only booked for three days, but we'll be staying for the full 20. They gave us two spacious rooms. It's clean, cozy, and the kitchen is perfect

A really nice place even for a short time. Breakfast is hearty, drinks in the bar at a good price. And the best is the connection between the different buildings and the city centre.

We'll recommend everyone stay here again

The stuff is absolutely not interested in making stay comfortable. Checkin and checkout process are ruining all experience. plus, one of the 2 elevators doesn’t work properly making it very irritating to use

However, the location is great and overall property condition is good, a bit old but definitely good maintained

The catering service has improved very much since previous years. The food area is refurbished and of very nice nad comfortable design. The food in general is delicious

The swimming pool across from the hotel is small but does the job. Let's come to the food and the service, probably the biggest point of criticism. Warm and cold food, but unfortunately no real rolls

Excellent location and facilities. The gym was huge and the swimming pool very professional. Breakfast was varied and a available until 10 which is perfect for night owls. Walkable to all of the best landmarks.

The location is excellent — public transport is right nearby (bus station, metro, tram). That said, you can easily walk to the main sightseeing areas: most of Prague’s iconic spots are about 10–15 minutes away on foot

The property isn’t brand-new, but it’s well looked after: everything felt clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast offered a nice variety. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful

Hotel AxA Location: From Central Station, it takes about 12-15 minutes to walk, or you can get there within 10 minutes by subway. It only takes ten minutes to walk to the Old Town area. There are many supermarkets nearby

What upsets me the most is the pool, which is included in the price, is also accessible for public and you will go to an extremely crowded pool

Very well located, right in the center, parking is available, friendly stuff, clean rooms with TV and Wi-fi, the only minor hiccup was that we had a stroller/baby carriage and the elevator was quite small plus the mini stairs weren't so comfortable

I gave this hotel 5 star because of the breakfast, out side of my country; it was the best breakfast such kind of small hotel. The price level was good but hotel need to renovate

Room could do with a mirror as the only one was in the bathroom There was a paid coffee machine in reception area. There were no other amenities (except a pool table), not even a bar to have a drink

We loved that it was old and a little worn but very clean. The breakfast was very good and lots of it. The coffee was also very good. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area

A lot of options, the food was warm and fresh. Receptionist super helpful and nice👍🏻 and of course the location of the hotel was perfect for us: walk distance to Charles Bridge and 5 minutes from Florenc Bus Station

Nice hotel, perfect location, friendly staff. We originally booked a room with sauna and as the heating did not work in the room they upgraded us into their royal suite and let us use their sauna facilities

We booked De Luxe room with whirpool. We expected luxury for the price we paid, but unfortunatelly the only "de luxe" thing in the room was the whirpool (which was running fine)

Very nice place, we got a two beds bedroom, super clean and cozy. People were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was super good, with a great variety and quality of options

The restaurant is super beautiful and has a beautiful garden with tables outdoors. The hole place has an antique vibe. Definitely would stay there again if I go back to Český Krumlov

The only improvement I would suggest would be a kettle and tea in the room - we were in Český Krumlov in December and it was very cold outside

I stayed here with my spouse and parents using two rooms. The rooms are very modern, comfortable, and clean. The staff was very accommodating and helpful

This hotel is slightly away from the main streets but is well worth the little extra walk since it is right along the forest with a gentle hiking trail

Very good service! I just enjoyed the spa but it was really nice. You can also enjoy massages, food and drink some good wine while relaxing in a jacuzzi. A bit expensive, but definitely worth it.

The location is very convenient — there’s an Aldi supermarket nearby, and the bus and underground stations are right in front of the hotel. It’s only about a 10-minute underground ride to Prague city center

The room was on the 4th floor and all my colleagues hated our rooms. Main reason being low ceilings, which we banged our heads on and no double beds. Not sure why this was the case, especially as the hotel was not cheap

Badly cleaned. Only in the morning went out for Breakfast at 7.20. Returned to 7.35 found changed the towels. And threw nezapravlenny bed blanket. The cleaning is not carried out.

Hotel facilities are really nice, however don't expect anything from the staff and especially restaurant service. I tried almost every hotel in this town and I can recommend this place as it's still one of the best
