Our glasses were never empty, and the food arrived promptly - the MUST mention thing is the Pizza… it was the best one I had in years - this is biggest compliment I given to chef for food! HE IS THE LEGEND IN LEAGUE OF HIS OWN (forget the Michelin guide - he deserves a Nobel Price!!!) you are all credit to company as well as incredible Tomáš who trully impressed me the most - if I still had hotels...

I went on a wellness weekend with my friends for a first time and it was more than incredible! Staff was amazing, everyone was friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed especially by the receptionist Tom

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. It was our son's birthday, and the hotel surprised him with a cake and a small gift, which was a truly delightful touch

Everabsolutely perfect cuisine, professional and friendly service, beautiful view from the terrace and room, salt water in the pool, clean and high-quality sauna, we are here with my family for the second time and are completely satisfied, there is a new upgrade of the playroom for children, absolutely greatything was perfect,

The breakfast was a bit weird (chicken and rice was one option) but it had toast and eggs, among other stuff. Our 2 rooms were, by no means, sound proof. The pool is heated, we were told, to 25 degrees (that's freezing!)

This is old-built but I highly recommend if anyone is looking for affordable yet enjoyable stay. Elevator is small, but it works. Hotel is equipped with All facilities - hot water, fan and working Wifi

But very cozy, everything is maintained, not ruined and overall the hotel is incredibly very clean!! Wellness for a fee private, but amazing, you don't have to squeeze anywhere or be embarrassed

Best part is lot of breakfast options especially if you’re vegetarian. They make lot of delicious food and very hospitable. Loved every minute of our stay. Thankyou for making it memorable

The battery on the room door malfunctioned several times meaning my key wouldn’t work. The swimming pool and gym only open at 9 am, meaning it’s impossible to swim before breakfast, or do a short workout

Stuff is very friendly service is excellent. It's a little bit up the hill and if you don't mind it it's for you. Food was awesome, lots of variety, high quality and very diverse

Absolutely Outstanding – A True Wellness Gem in Karlovy Vary I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel & Spa Prezident, and I cannot recommend it highly enough

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness of the entire staff

The other thing is the WiFi signal, at least for my room, was extremely weak, to the point that it's mostly useless and I had to rely on roaming data. Still, a great location with a quaint room and I highly recommend it

Excellent location tho note that most cabs (Uber or Bolt) are unlikely to pick up at the hotel and you might have to move further out, which was what I ended up doing

It's conveniently located near Charles Bridge. I went there at the end of the year and there was a Christmas market right in front of the hotel

This is a great find for people who come for vacation, and you still can have your instagram/snapchat moments

The location is great, and the river view is amazing! Be sure to choose a river view when choosing a room

Well maintained older building in park-like setting with convenient access to the spa’s promenade. Very nice swimming pool and healthy breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palace. It is a complex of 5-6 buildings connected with a maze of corridors. It was interesting to wander around. The pool was quite far though and it was inconvenient

The water in the whirlpool was not hot enough, so we only visited twice during our 6 day stay. Breakfast food was great and abundant

The big guy in the reception was very rude. Pool was OK, but water not really very clean. The breakfast was pretty good. To our surprise the heating got turned on

Highly recommended! The location at 9 o'clock is excellent, right next to the Kafka statue. There are many supermarkets and shops nearby, making shopping very convenient. You can easily walk to Charles Bridge

Clean and Nice, quiet and top location. Helpful and service minded personell. Hadde a Nice balcony with overview of the Kafka rotting head.

Perfect location for all, attractions, food, bars, and grocery stores. Will def stay here again if I visit Prague

Hotel with a great location just 10 min on foot from the bus station and few minutes from the central square. The staff was very friendly and helpful, room was spacious, clean with a nice view of a small park

Very convenient location, only 5 minutes walking distance to the city centre, but also situated in quiet area. We especially enjoyed the modern wellness with covered swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi

Also the outdoor swimming pool is great in summer period. Food is very good, we liked the quality of buffet breakfast. Restaurant serves mainly Czech cuisine, we liked the outdoor terrace as well

A lovely stay, simple place, but very comfortable and friendly. Off the main town area as well, so quiet, but only a very short and convenient journey in. If I went back to Prague, would happily choose this place again

The quilts and pillows tho, so comfortable. We knew the hotel was quite far from anywhere but we walked into town (1. 15hrs) and used bolt for taxis which was very cheap. A half hour drive to the airport was £13

We reserved after the midnight even that they find a solution for us also breakfast is pretty good I suggest to all to stay here

You will find in Hades a second time. Small but very gostepriimny, clean. The staff is polite and friendly. Very thick and fresh. It would be nice, if only for an extra fee the hotel Aida could offer dinner.

Of the obvious inconveniences: the pool is very small, crushes, the water in it is cold, the staff rarely smiles

We were delighted with the Tchaikovsky Sanatorium. Wonderful staff, a knowledgeable doctor, hardworking nurses, and masterful chefs and kitchen staff. Next time, only to Tchaikovsky!!!

5 minutes from the main colonnade, in a quiet location. Hotel quiet, surprisingly quiet, pleasant clean environment, rich breakfast. Dinner served plus salad bar and dessert

I celebrated my Birthday and they did not disappoint. I took the Romantic Package aswell, they gave a letter and gifts (Cake & Champagne) and made my stay really unforgetable. Staff are very nice and polite

Good location (for walking, and in relation to the sources), friendly staff, communication with bolshinstvo in Russian, a sufficient number of treatments, good food, clean linen in the rooms (only a bit unlucky with the weather, although this did not prevent a good rest and walk)!

The location is convenient - close to the main colonnade. You can book a package of Spa treatments. The contingent of mostly older people. A lot of Russians (for some it may be negative)

Fantastic run hotel mathew and his staff are excellent, reception , and resteraunt staff 5 *, clean & tidy room comfy bed , with tea & coffee facilities in the room, nice little bar area , 10 -15 mins to the river and charles bridge , prague is amazing the architecture and transport system is second to none , rally purs the uk to shame ! ,the Czhc people are really nice people helpful and friendly

30 am -worn out rooms with really old whole floor carpets - at 8 am breakfast is ok but 9am it's overcrowdwd and cos there's only one single coffee machine you have to wate ages just to get a cup of coffee

However, be prepared to show your room key as some employees are very strict on the access until you show them your key

The location is very convenient — no matter which direction you walk from the hotel, it’s easy to catch trams or buses to local attractions

The location means it was noisy at night, and there is no air conditioning, but that comes with the age and location. Nice staff, good breakfast, and an exquisite location in a jewel of a town

The hotel is a gorgeous medieval building right on the main square. Our room was huge and nicely furnished. Free parking available 5 minutes walk away

The attached bar/restaurant was staffed by an inattentive woman who declared the place was closed fifteen minutes before closing time. We only wanted drinks, so we gave our business to a place across the square

4 stars Hotel with swimming pool and many other plus. Only concern is the kitchen: not at the same level.

My only issue was that not all the staff spoke English, which proved challenging at times, but with hand and arm signals and Google translate, we got it done

Only recommendation is to change check out time to 1100 or 1200: currently it’s 1000 which is a bit early still. Overall a great place to stay

The wellness suite is aimed more for spa treatments, but the sauna/steam room and pool are worth going to at quiet times of the day

Hotel Librety located on the city center near to all attractions in Prague. The best thing about this hotel is that it showcases the old-fashioned design of Prague. The room was clean, spacious and tidy

I would definitely recommend this hotel and its close to the square and all the amenities plus lots of places to eat from expensive steak houses to mc Donald's/ burger king/ kfc The standard room came with a walk on shower but no bath ( just incase you wanted one ) We will return to this hotel

was plenty big enough with tea and coffee also a coffee machine although the pods are not free but don't cost much at 50 chz. They have a full stocked mini bar also charged very reasonably for that cheeky beer or wine

(If using public transport, don’t forget to validate your ticket or you could get fined). Breakfast in my opinion is very good, plenty of choice and the reception staff I found to be very pleasant and most helpful

I was here two times and enjoyed my stay. Nice rooms, free internet, nice breakfast and near to the city center — you can even take a walk. There're a lot of cafe and pubs around and near with IP Pavlova metro station.
