Very good location of the hotel, on Sunday at 7:00 Metallica comes in the singing fountains, what better opportunity to wake up?! For us it was brilliant!!! Wellness area simply great!!! Breakfast top!!! Parking garage only 200 m away and to be paid for from the hotel!!! So it's always worth a trip!!!

We were also satisfied with the food - the taste and the variety (buffet style 3/4 board). I know many hotels in Marienbad, Reitenberger is one of the best. Nothing to complain, definitely will come back!

We visited this hotel for a week with spa procedures and were very happy with it. Situated just a few steps from the colonnade and the Singing fountain, the trolleybus stop is right in front of the hotel

The doctors who you speak to on daily basis are very knowledgeable, caring & will go an extra mile to ensure you get the moist out of your treatments. The treatments vary from massages to relaxing baths

Resort offers large variety of spa and Ayurveda procedures on top level. All staff is very helpful, professional and always smiling. All area is very clean and well kept

Nice quiet place, good cuisine. The pool us free. I recommend.

Interior design is generally quite dated but the hotel overall has plenty of amenities with pool, bar, restaurant, breakfast service and even bowling lane available to hire by the hour

The service was good and the breakfast was fine but the rooms are quite old and in need of some renovations. The beds are fine for a night or two but I would not stay for a week

Service and friendliness of staff is good, rooms are fairly basic with only the rooms at front or back having any sort of real view. Windows open all the way to allow air in, but no air conditioning

Off street parking available but only a few spots secure behind a barrier. Overall a good value but don't expect the latest styling or 5 star rooms

Not in the core old city center but well located, nice neighborhood, safe and plenty of small restaurants and bars. It's not a luxurious hotel but, clean, enough amenities, with very friendly staff

The hotel is very well located, clean, and quiet. The reception staff are pleasant; a few more smiles from the breakfast staff wouldn't go amiss

However, rooms on the first floor are poorly soundproofed, and you can hear a lot from the ground floor restaurant/reception area. Putting felt pads on the chair legs would be a good start! ;)

Leisure break Nice enough hotel. Check in was a bit laborious. I was with a group of 16 but it seemed to take an age to get everyone checked in with city tax and €80 security fee (which you get back) on top of it

Hotel in good location, very quiet. 10 minute walk to the Metro which was so easy (and cheap!) to use to get to the Old Town. Convenient shop next door to hotel and atm machine in lobby was very handy

There are some lovely restaurants in the surrounding area, and I would particularly recommend Kuchyň just up the road for a scenic lunch or dinner. A truly memorable stay and one we would happily recommend

Really enjoyed my stay in the Alchymist Grand hotel. The room was breathtakingly perfect. The bed and pillows are super lux and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with great Czech amenities

The public areas are also worth exploring for their history and beauty. Breakfast, whilst in a beautiful setting and has great service, food quality could be an area of improvement

The location is also ideal: quiet and peaceful compared to the busy Old Town, yet still very convenient to get around either on foot or by Uber

Always a pleasure for us and our dog. We are often in Prague and we always stay here. Feels like home for all of us 🐶❤️ The restaurant in the hotel is a must! The food is delicious! And as usual

We stayed in the Terrace Suite at the Alchymist Grand Hotel and Spa and had an exceptional experience from start to finish

The room has a terrace, which is very convenient for drying clothes! However, the bathroom faucet is positioned too low, requiring you to bend over to wash your hair, which is a bit tiring! The room doesn't have air conditioning, but thankfully there's a fan, which is helpful when it gets too hot! There's a children's playroom where kids can have a great time! The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety...

The highlight for us was the kids’ corner for toddlers — our daughter absolutely loved it! If you’re looking for an affordable and family-friendly stay in Brno, especially when visiting BVV, this hotel is a great choice

As the weather was hot a lack of air conditioning was not good but the pedestal fan worked fine. The room was spacious with large windows and good daily cleaning service. Some small problems were attended to promptly

We visited Brno with our 3-year-old daughter for the kids festival at BVV and stayed at this hotel. While it doesn’t look very modern from the outside, inside you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay

The hotel was shut when we arrived but we were told we would be staying at the congress hotel next door by OREA. Lovely hotel and very modern inside. The breakfast was incredible!

This hotel is beautifully and perfectly located in the city. The friendly and helpful staff make you feel welcome right away. The clean room and well-equipped bathroom provide all the comfort you need

Procedures are taken place in hotel so you can walk in your bathrobe. Hotel is connected with other hotels so you can walk indoor into swimming pool in Hvezda or to Roman bath in Nove Lazne

All staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating, the place is clean, well designed, with access to the beautiful historic Roman baths, awesome pools, Jacuzzi

There's a well equipped gym which is never crowded (great!). My final comments belong to the restaurant, great choice with options for vegetarians and diabetics - And outstanding customer service

As this hotel is part of 3 hotel complex, interconnected by walks ways and indoor corridors all famous for spa and wellness treatments. One has a good time spent for the body and soul

Amazing family oriented hotel in Šumava!😍 They have two llamas right in front of the hotel, amazing spa zone with kids stainless steel pool, jacuzzi, 4 kinds of sauna and two relaxed zone😍 sauna with glass window is 10/10🫶🏼, different kind of activities/animations for kids, playground indoor and outdoor as well! Also they have mini shop with eco-friendly soft toys made from recycled plastic bottles...

Perfect, it exceeded expectations Food is amazing, the preparation for child is perfect. 800kc a night for dog is a little pricey, but i understand as dogs fur can be hard to clean. We will definitely come again :)

My and my family spent in this hotel already second vacation and I have to write that stuff is amazing. All of them are very very nice and nothing is problem for them

Nice hotel, close by the airport terminal. There's shuttle bus every 30mins to the terminal. Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows. Had dinner at restaurant - the goulash is delicious

Spacious rooms and ideal location. Easy walks to the theater districts and to the Castle. The included breakfasts were quite wonderful - tasty, filling and very European.

I found the restaurant to be extremely convenient for when I was tired and didn't fancy heading out in search of food. The menu options, portion size, staff and taste were all first rate

I couldn't be happier with the service and room! Upon arrival, the receptionist greeted us warmly and they gave us all the info we needed during our time in Prague

They had freshly squeezed orange juice which was amazing. The staff were perfect! Annoyingly the restaurant and bar are not open on Sunday’s & Monday’s. We arrived on Sunday & left on Tuesday

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in just due to the overall hospitality & it was the small things that made a difference

The hotel is in a really good spot, easily walking distance to most places & if you want to go to the Castle it’s just a short walk to the tram stop and pence to catch the tram

The bedroom had an excellent large comfortable bed but unfortunately the room was hot and couldn’t cool it down without opening a window which was then noisy, the maintenance guy had a look straight away but turned the room stat up? The reception guy turned it half way but it didn’t make a difference

My room had a really nice vibe with the big Buddha statue in the corner & the bed was massive & really comfortable. The breakfast was definitely overall the best in terms of quality of ingredients being used

We did this and walked down to Charles Bridge and back. The hotel was clean and the staff were brilliant. The breakfast was excellent and so much to choose from, I had omelette with fresh smoked Salmon on the side

Plus if something isnt perfect, Front Office Manager Michele Pecorella will make it go right again in seconds! The Czech Republic is still developing as a modern service culture, but having a real live Italian on site smooths over everything

It was an absolutely wonderful hotel. It felt as if the spirit of the Middle Ages had been carefully preserved, making the entire experience of Český Krumlov even more magical and immersive

The breakfast was, of course, delicious, but what truly stood out was the atmosphere of the dining hall. Every corner felt beautiful and memorable, like stepping into another century

It's a hotel with a classic atmosphere. They give you plenty of tea and other things, and the breakfast selection is decent. However, the creaky wooden floor and small desk are a bit uncomfortable

However, there was no shower curtain or partition, making showering difficult. The door seemed thin, as I could hear everything from the hallway, which was quite noisy and woke me up

overall is good, location is quite strategic, easy access to buses, tram. nearby got convenient stores as well, the breakfast was good too. i will definitely visit again

This is my second time staying in the Prague Hotel Adler. And I love that the staff here is so friendly and helpful.

It is within walking distance of the subway station. Charles Bridge and the Old Town are also within walking distance, so it is in a good location. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of options.

We were very impressed with the hotels cleanliness, service and the breakfast was lovely! Our only slight criticism was our room was very small and no tea/coffee making facilities (however this may be normal for a Prague hotel - don't know)

Great location, right on the square. Lovely friendly staff..poliye and efficient checkin and checkout. Breakfast was good and not too busy. Room was OK, with a TV but only one news channel was on English.

The pillows were flat, and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Shower water took a while to drain. Towels and toilet paper kept falling off their handles. Breakfast was excellent with many choices

Beds were comfy, good water pressure in the shower, and the buffet was delicious!! Would stay here again

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for one night. It's located right next to the main square and Catholic Church. We had a view out our window of the main square and church

Design je zastaralý a hned jak vejdu do koupelny, začínají problémy: klika u dveří nedrží a spadla, takže je snadné se zaseknout a narazit si nohu, fén nefunguje

The building's layout makes it hard to navigate, if you wish to go from your room, to the pool, or spa facilities, as it is old, which was expanded through the years, so there is no harmony inside, it's like more like a labyrinth in some places

Personal didn't even took a second to look over it. Lack of signs where to find what. Felt at times in need of a map to find everything. Restaurant personal and reception, however, was really kind, helpful

Lack of information during the SPA procedure, really not much of an explanation during the treatment nore how to handle after it. Filling out the form about one's medical condition seemed rather formality

Also, the breakfast buffet were not refilled, even one hour before the ending of breakfast service. I believe such details cannot be acceptable by a 4 star hotel, with various awards as we have seen

I didn't liked the fact that for 4 days, we couldn't select our table for having our breakfast, and we had to sit behind a column, being not able to enjoy the morning view outside

We stayed in this nice hotel for 4 nights. The room had amazing view in to the city, and it was comfortable enough. The mattress was too stiff for my own preferences at least

We arrived late, or rather early the next day, and there was one staff at the front door who let us into our room. The room was very clean, quite and comfortable

EVERYTHING was just perfect! Room was comfy, cozy and clean (We appreciated room with a balcony). We also used Spa and massage treatment- recommend- Perfect service! Breakfast was very tasty with great choice

Wellness and sauna was hygienic and clean, rooms bigger than we expect and restaurant menu various and meals tasty and very well presented. Breakfast contains all egg variations, hot and cold selection

We started at the private section (cheese, champagne, jacuzzi and a spa) which was very romantic and it got us relaxed and then we joined the public section (5 different spas, whirlpool, pool, bar and relax area) We loved it

Very nice hotel in a very charming spa city. In good weather you can even sit on the terase. There is hot water in jacuzzies. It is not overcrowded so you really can enjoy. The only minus is higher price for parking

This is now the second time we spent a week in this hotel and can only recommend it. The staff is very friendly, the wellness is excellent and quiet and the town of Luhacovice is a great place to unwind

In the time where everyone has a smartphone and a notebook, having no electricity plugs next to the bed (unless you crawl under the beside table and unplug the night lamp) is not sufficient anymore

We received a wellness voucher from our dear friends and really enjoyed what the wellness &spa had to offer

Only point for improvement for the room is to have more electricity plugs next to the bed

Both breakfast and dinner offered a lovely variety, and we were especially delighted to find buckwheat on the buffet, a small but meaningful touch that you rarely see in restaurants, and here it was prepared beautifully

Although the aquapark was temporarily closed for renovations during our visit, we were happy to hear it will reopen soon and we’re already looking forward to enjoying it on our next stay

We spent 5 nights here last week in Rubezahl Marienbad Castle Hotel & Wellness Resort. After reading tons of reviews on Czech Republic hotels we decided this castle-hotel was the right fit for us

Enjoy the snack bar, then head either into the beautiful spot out or back up the cable car and enjoy!

Perfectly clean rooms, tasty breakfast with wide offer, very friendly staff, just a few minutes walk to city center. Didn't have time to try the spa but offer looks good.

The room is large, has a balcony, and is very quiet. I heard that you can order spa services, but I haven't tried it. The morning buffet starts at 7 o'clock

We stayed for three days and were generally happy with our stay. Our room had a mini fridge, safe, great bed and was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, but bit variety wouldn't hurt

The food is pretty good, and the surrounding supermarkets are convenient. You can go shopping and come back to eat
