Best hotel in Prague with well decorated bar and lounge - great spa experience with access to Jacuzzi and swimming pool

On the day of arrival, I tried local Czech cuisine at the hotel's Green House for lunch; the food was good and the prices were reasonable. There's a fine dining area on the rooftop with a tasting menu

Exceptional stay at the Fairmont Prague. The welcome was warm, the service outstanding, and the staff consistently attentive to every need. Amenities were excellent and true to the Fairmont standard

The hotel has only been open for six months, so the facilities are very new, and the rooms are smart. The deluxe king room is spacious, but I feel the Signature king room is the best experience

I'd love to experience it again when I'm in Prague. The hotel lobby is very grand, and there's parking available in front of the hotel, as well as underground parking

Upon taking the elevator up to get my room, I was greeted by a golden scene; the entire experience was luxurious. I'll definitely come again! 👍

The only problem with this hotel are the elevators. They are slow and sometimes only 2 out of the 3 work. Also if you stand nearby the elevator doors the elevator won't move, so that limits the capacity of them

I am at 7th floor and I can see the highway, KFC, Decathlon from my room. The room is really clean, and you can park your car in the underground parking for 10 euro/night. or it was 12 euro?! Can’t remember

Together with my Fiance we stayed two nights with breakfast. The dining space is not large but it's sufficient. You can order waffles to be made just for you. Rooms are clean, and have their own AC

Nice, spotless clean, tidy, really pleasant staff, great breakfast buffet. The metro station is really close, which is directly connected to the city centre. Excellent.

Honestly dishes was amazing, i pay 80€ and got 2 room with lunch. Parking costs 11€! Also personal speaking in a lot of popular languages.

The pool wasn’t working during our stay either, which was very disappointing as we booked a hotel with a spa on purpose. Breakfast is varied and we enjoyed it

Crowne Plaza Prague is a very comfortable hotel with clean, spacious rooms and a modern feel. The beds are comfortable, and some rooms offer a really nice view, which makes the stay even better

The spa area was quiet in the evening, so we practically had the pool and steam room to ourselves. Lisa gave us a professional Thai massage, which felt wonderful after skiing in Klinovec (about 38 km away)

Amazing breakfast. Great park near property. Friendly staff. It was a very relaxing stay. The pool and saunas were also excellent. They have a spa there that i didn’t use and a salt cave.

Beautiful hotel with a magnificent view since it is located on top of a hill. A little bit of a walk to the Main Street but it makes the area quiet when it’s time to rest and recharge. Definitely recommend!

The view from every window was impressive: snow-capped mountains, large trees, and stunning architecture. Dinner was beautifully presented and delicious. Bossa nova music played softly in the background

Simply amazing location and views. This really started our trip through the Czech Republic off with a positive feel. The walk to town is quick and easy (some hills).

It was really miserable! Later found equipped with a lift, inside there are chairs to sit, very comfortable, like riding a cable car, but no windows, can not see the outside scenery, the outdoor hot spring and swimming pool in the middle of the mountain is very good, can see the nearby view, hot spring with chair-like frame, can lie down and soak, swimming pool hydromassage, etc

This spa hotel is located in the Czech spa town of Karlovy Vary. It's a very large hotel with two swimming pools, one upstairs and one downstairs, both free for guests

The heated indoor swimming pool and hydromassage pool are excellent for unlimited free use. The rooms are fully equipped with a terrace and the buffet breakfast food is very rich and delicious!

The rooms are sober but well-kept, with no unnecessary frills. Great spa (2 hours per day included, and unlimited use for a small fee). Easy to reach by car, affordable parking in the hotel's own parking garage

Great location with a multilingual staff! The free 3-hour access to Saunia is a big plus + the added convenience of an in-house clinic that offers several therapies as well as spa services

The hotel provides an excellent location on the river and on the middle of the city. Room is clean and tidy. Amenities are excellent. They have excellent wellness retreats and facilities.

We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary bottle of wine in our room and a thoughtful thank-you note at checkout, along with complimentary water bottles

The accommodation included car parking, so there was no extra charge. Although we didn’t get to try the breakfast due to an early checkout, our overall stay was wonderful. Charles Bridge is just a 15-20 minute walk away

Cereals, muffins, pancakes, juice, ham, cheese, teas, coffee, bacon, sausage, beans, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, steamed vegetables, dairy drinks, yogurts, fruits, even sauces and condiments were very detailed

The Hotel was full so it was cramped for seats especially beıng a solo traveller there was no optıon of a smaller table whıch made me somewhat uncomfortable. Besıdes this though i had a great stay thank you

The main attractions are within walking distance, and right next door to the hotel is a large department store with a big supermarket on its second basement floor where locals do their shopping

All the employees in the hotel spoke very good English and very kind ;) I will definitely stay in ibis praha old town again if I visit Prague

Super relaxing We went to relax a few days after exploring Prague and it was perfect. I would definitely come back here if I ever have the opportunity to go back to Karlovy Vary. Also, the view from our room beautiful.

Amazing Winter Getaway Honestly pretty damn amazing. The location is in my opinion great. It is in one end of the city, next to the river and a lovely hike - So is the infamous Puppy, probably for a reason

The hotel is old but has a nice feel. It was nice to stay for one night with breakfast included. It was 8 degrees Celsius on the day of our stay and it was too cold to go in

In a nutshell, I stayed for a night in the Courtyard by Marriott Prague Airport Hotel was because there was an electricity outage in my apartment for a few hours so I decided to just check-in 😁 I could utilize some of the membership points that I have collected for this year, voila! I got my room upgraded for free to Double King Runaway View with a bathtub! How cool was that 😂 Access to the hotel...

I had a wonderful stay at the Airport Courtyard. The staff at both the check-in and in the restaurant were friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and spotless

Hotel is 5mins walk away from airport - connected via departure hall to L2 of the hotel, so we don’t need to go out on the road (which we didn’t realise on arrival). I like everything about this hotel

I liked everything in the hotel and everything in Karlovy Vary.

The bar/downstairs area is super cosy and you actually want to hang out there. They have free pool table, foosball, ps4 and Space Invaders. The breakfast is lovely and there is plenty to eat

The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is good. It was a little bit cold when the weather outside was about -5 degrees. And you might find safe too small. A4 sized documents won't fit into it.

Such a nice hotel! We were not sure whether to stay there as the hotel is a little outcentered (approx. 7-10mins by cab, 120-170kč depending on time of the day), however it was worth it

Rooms were clean and spacious. We didn't check the gym but I heard from someone it was good. There is also a very very convenient filter water fountain which we used a lot

The room is generally good, cost-effective, good sanitary conditions, timely cleaning, old TV with few channels, no napkins, good breakfast, booked a hotel with tax included, the hotel asked to pay city tax when checking out, and the platform has been processed

Overall it's very good, clean and comfortable. The room is larger than other hotels of the same price in Europe. It's a little far from the Old Town of Prague, but it's okay if you drive yourself

The reception staff was awful; I can't believe a 4-star hotel has such poorly trained staff. There was no smile or cheerfulness at all. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but the staff was terrible

We're not people who expect to be pampered or spoken to politely, but I would like to ask the reception staff: When customers speak to you normally, please speak in a normal, respectful manner, not as if you're constantly in a bad mood

In the café, guests were asked to leave tables without reservation signs and told they wouldn't be served for another fifteen minutes. The food was of a lower canteen standard

The staff were emotional and irritable all the time, and even gossiped about customers in German right in front of me. I happen to understand German, so it was terrible

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. There is a bar in the hotel, and Golf No. 16 tastes good. Although the hotel is located close to the suburbs, it is adjacent to the main road and is still a bit noisy.

The hotel is in good condition, but the sauna wasn’t working and there was a time without water, so we had to find another place. On the bright side, housekeeping and breakfast staff were superb and very attentive

Modern hotel with fresh renovation. Breakfast is the best of all in 10 years of traveling in European 3-4 star hotels. Dishes are updated every day, lots of fruit

Discount tickets can be purchased from the machine around the corner, to the left of the hotel entrance. Around 9-9:30 is peak time for breakfast. There is an internet corner with 4 computers
