Grandhotel Pupp hotel located on the river and near to attractions in Karlovy Vary. The room was clean, spacious and tidy. The staff are amazing and friendly

Despite having a confirmed reservation, the hostess insisted on seating us at the very last table, claiming that all other tables were reserved and already chosen by other guests

We enjoyed playing it while waiting for the lift and most of the time, finish one game befor we go out of the hotel or go back to our room. It was fun! Our toilet is small and doesn’t have an exhaust fan

Just a quick note for future guests: you need to request a kettle, and there is a refundable deposit for it. I only have one complaint, and I’m not sure if the person involved was security or the bar manager

In a nutshell, I stayed for a night in the Courtyard by Marriott Prague Airport Hotel was because there was an electricity outage in my apartment for a few hours so I decided to just check-in 😁 I could utilize some of the membership points that I have collected for this year, voila! I got my room upgraded for free to Double King Runaway View with a bathtub! How cool was that 😂 Access to the hotel...

I had a wonderful stay at the Airport Courtyard. The staff at both the check-in and in the restaurant were friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and spotless

Hotel is 5mins walk away from airport - connected via departure hall to L2 of the hotel, so we don’t need to go out on the road (which we didn’t realise on arrival). I like everything about this hotel

This was convenient since I came in late and had to flight out next morning for a flight. My luggage was lost so they provided me with toothbrush and tooth paste.

I liked everything in the hotel and everything in Karlovy Vary.

The reception staff was awful; I can't believe a 4-star hotel has such poorly trained staff. There was no smile or cheerfulness at all. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but the staff was terrible

We're not people who expect to be pampered or spoken to politely, but I would like to ask the reception staff: When customers speak to you normally, please speak in a normal, respectful manner, not as if you're constantly in a bad mood

In the café, guests were asked to leave tables without reservation signs and told they wouldn't be served for another fifteen minutes. The food was of a lower canteen standard

The staff were emotional and irritable all the time, and even gossiped about customers in German right in front of me. I happen to understand German, so it was terrible

If you don't enjoy your job, don't take it out on customers

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. There is a bar in the hotel, and Golf No. 16 tastes good. Although the hotel is located close to the suburbs, it is adjacent to the main road and is still a bit noisy.

Discount tickets can be purchased from the machine around the corner, to the left of the hotel entrance. Around 9-9:30 is peak time for breakfast. There is an internet corner with 4 computers

We were amazed that it suddenly worked! All the more reason for me to reiterate how angry I am that I was still being lied to by the hotel staff, especially the reception! For a hotel, the best hotel in town, I would have expected a bit more responsibility! Especially since no apology was offered; the room key was simply handed over

Even if they wanted to, it simply wasn't possible. A room upgrade, which I had requested, was also denied. No space, sorry! I ended the conversation and said I would speak with my travel provider, Bohemia Reisen

She then told me they were completely full and that there were no rooms available, neither in building A nor in building B! We disagreed with the information we received, as we were now standing at reception

She went to her supervisor, the room manager, and argued with her for several minutes before the room manager also approached us and explained that they were very sorry, but they had no room available; they were 100% booked

We had specifically requested the Hotel Pawlik at the time, as we had had a less than positive experience at the Hotel Belverde a year and a half earlier (during a spa stay over the Christmas holidays)

I don't want to go into that again today. I then received a call back from their office saying that the hotel manager would contact us shortly. By then, we had been sitting at reception for 45 minutes

It was really miserable! Later found equipped with a lift, inside there are chairs to sit, very comfortable, like riding a cable car, but no windows, can not see the outside scenery, the outdoor hot spring and swimming pool in the middle of the mountain is very good, can see the nearby view, hot spring with chair-like frame, can lie down and soak, swimming pool hydromassage, etc

This spa hotel is located in the Czech spa town of Karlovy Vary. It's a very large hotel with two swimming pools, one upstairs and one downstairs, both free for guests

The heated indoor swimming pool and hydromassage pool are excellent for unlimited free use. The rooms are fully equipped with a terrace and the buffet breakfast food is very rich and delicious!

The rooms are sober but well-kept, with no unnecessary frills. Great spa (2 hours per day included, and unlimited use for a small fee). Easy to reach by car, affordable parking in the hotel's own parking garage

Great location with a multilingual staff! The free 3-hour access to Saunia is a big plus + the added convenience of an in-house clinic that offers several therapies as well as spa services

The hotel provides an excellent location on the river and on the middle of the city. Room is clean and tidy. Amenities are excellent. They have excellent wellness retreats and facilities.

The main attractions are within walking distance, and right next door to the hotel is a large department store with a big supermarket on its second basement floor where locals do their shopping

The room was very clean, the location was excellent and quiet, right across from a beer museum and a delicious restaurant. Breakfast was good, and the front desk lady was absolutely beautiful!

What's worth mentioning is that there's a water dispenser and ice machine next to the elevators on each floor, and there's also an electric kettle in the room, which is really thoughtful

Staying here, I crossed Charles Bridge countless times a day and went to Prague Square for drinks and to watch the astronomical clock chime countless times. The hotel itself is even more impeccable

If you're in an unfamiliar city and don't know where to stay for the most convenient sightseeing, or are worried about the safety risks, the best option is to stay at the Four Seasons

The room was spacious, the furniture and furnishings were exquisite, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the capsule coffee was delicious, and the water was always replenished

When we arrived they asked us to pay again, as they couldnt find our payment from Trip. A couple hours after check-in we were told the pool and sauna would be closed for the whole stay

For a 4 night stay our towels were only changed once and this only upon our request at reception (please note that we had already hang at the door the required form with what we would like to be done daily)

Soap smells very bad so maybe just take your own because the hotel one was NOT it. Because of the kids the noise was terrible. Not the hotel’s fault just be prepared. It’s definitely not for people who like to sleep

Last year we stayed at hotel Harmony and since we liked the idea of renting equipment and having access to the slopes from the hotel we decided to try Pinia this time as on the photos it looked comparable

The ski shop at the hotel was not great, there were not boots (size 42) and the shop employee was not helpful at all (obviously not an employee of the hotel, but the experience was not good)
