The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We arrived a little after 9 AM and they arranged an early check-in for us, which was great service. The room came with two bottles of water and slippers

They let us get into our room slightly earlier. The whole hotel is clean and tidy. Breakfast was great, lots of variety, and easy. If we come to prague again, we will book this hotel

Great location. However, room is a bit small and amenities weren't the compared to the other places I stayed at during my trip

The hotel provided me a very comfortable and nice experience in Prague. They offered the early check in as well. The location is very close to the famous restaurant Imperial Cafe.

It's also close to the old town, right next to the Imperial Café. For this price, it's excellent value for money

The room was a bit small, but very clean. The water pressure was a bit weak, probably because we were on the 5th floor. The entrance to the parking lot was extremely narrow, which made parking a bit stressful

The hotel also has a medium pool, sauna/steam and a small gym. As mentioned above, the kids club is great. There is lots of parking and there is a good ski rental downstairs

Quite pretty hotel inside, very nice lobby bar, where you can hang out with the friends, we enjoyed the dinner and especially the rich breakfast, the only negative experience was with the the large hard pillows, if you have sensative sleep, may be take your pillow with you, otherwise a great place for a stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay here and the hotel is perfect if you have young children; there is a great kids club with very enthusiastic stay who are always on hand when the kids are tired from skiing or playing the snow and need to be occupied for a couple of hours

Pretty hotel situated just above the main street of this quaint little spa town. Breakfast was wholesome and the dining room well appointed. Rooms were comfortable and the garden in the summer time pleasant enough

True 5-star experience from parking to spa. Great breakfast and dinner tasting menu. Area around hotel gives easy access to shopping and sights. Underground parking has direct elevator access to rooms

Beatiful hotel with great food and wellness, staff was very friendly and helpful. Not really for English speaking people though since main languages are Russian and German - except Czech of course.

The highlight is definitely the restaurant! You have a great buffet in the morning, a delicious vegetarian lunch and a very exciting and tasty dinner where you get surprised every evening.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay due primarily to a wonderful, caring and humane staff. When we checked in Jana and Petr immediately made us feel at home at this beautiful facility

The bar/downstairs area is super cosy and you actually want to hang out there. They have free pool table, foosball, ps4 and Space Invaders. The breakfast is lovely and there is plenty to eat

The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is good. It was a little bit cold when the weather outside was about -5 degrees. And you might find safe too small. A4 sized documents won't fit into it.

Such a nice hotel! We were not sure whether to stay there as the hotel is a little outcentered (approx. 7-10mins by cab, 120-170kč depending on time of the day), however it was worth it

Rooms were clean and spacious. We didn't check the gym but I heard from someone it was good. There is also a very very convenient filter water fountain which we used a lot

The staff are very friendly and attentive, the rooms are spacious and well equipped and the hotel itself has a great vibe. Very nice food and good drinks selection

By the time you spend money on Bolt/Uber, it is sgill cheaper than central for the quality you get (àso there are shops and restaurants within 5mind walk)

The towels are old. Iron halo is not. Water on the 7th floor barely runs.

The room is generally good, cost-effective, good sanitary conditions, timely cleaning, old TV with few channels, no napkins, good breakfast, booked a hotel with tax included, the hotel asked to pay city tax when checking out, and the platform has been processed

Overall it's very good, clean and comfortable. The room is larger than other hotels of the same price in Europe. It's a little far from the Old Town of Prague, but it's okay if you drive yourself

The facilities are relatively new and it's very suitable for business trips, family travel, etc

Don't stay in a standard room or a double room; a family room is the best, it's very spacious. The breakfast is good, with a wide variety of fruits, but the selection hasn't changed

Nice and cozy hotel. The location is quite but is just a few steps from the Metro station, there is a supermarker next door. Rooms are big enough, bad is comfortable but facilities a bit tired. Breakfast is tasty.

Thought of everything! Rooms are nice. Super clean with balconies and Mountain View’s. Small shower rooms but what a treat to have Rituals and Elemis products. Spa is rather lovely with a view of the ski resort

Despite its gorgeous location and super friendly and helpful staff and therapists (I would specifically like to thank and praise paní Blehova, who is a very attentive and friendly physiotherapist!) there has been a bit of a disappointment in regards to the price value of this place

Jáchymov Radon Palace is a hidden gem for those seeking alternative therapies or a peaceful escape

Some people have treatments as early as 6 or 7 am, which is understandable I suppose (we had early treatments too, which is why we would have loved to sleep in when we had a day or two with later treatments)

And at nighttime, you either don't sleep because of the heat, or, because of the loud noise of the passing by cars if you opt to open the window :( When we asked to maybe be moved to a quieter room, we were told it's 100€ extra, and hardly even possible

In regards to that - our room was on the 4th floor which means that whenever there was a rainstorm (it happens a lot in that location) you will hear constant lour banging above the windowsill and you cannot do anything about it

It was wonderful to get into our room early and rest! Facilities: Excellent, everything you need! The log cabin style is very cozy and comfortable. Environment: Normal space, not small at all

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff in the center of Prague. Great choice if you looking for a place to stay to access any event at the O2 Arena, only couple of stops on the metro that is right in front of the hotel

It was good because it was located on Old Street. There is a large shopping mall near Tsuhi, so it is very convenient to visit. Also, the breakfast was relatively satisfactory.

There was a room beteeen these parts prepared with small stand-up tables ready for networking and more personal talks. Toilets clean, having paper towels instead of air hand dryer (I don't like them)

Rooms were clean, although you could not adjust the temp and we found the rooms warm, especially when sleeping. Windows opened, but no screens

Breakfast was amazing and so good! Staff are very friendly and English was spoken by most. (This is a very quiet area we found when we went out walking). Overall, would definitely book again!

10 mins, # 14 tram, ride from main train station (get off at Elektra stop about 7 or stops from station) and then a 2 mins walk to hotel

Whilst the ibis has no gym or swimming pool of its own, you can pay to access the gym in the neighbouring Novotel

The only slight issue we faced was that the thermostat in the room faces the bed and features a quite bright touchscreen panel: the panel does not appear to be dimmable, meaning you will face an annoying bright light in the otherwise completely dark and relaxing room, emanating from the wall

The prices don't seem too expensive, if you make the most of it! The hotel also offers a water cooler on each floor, where you can go and fill up your water bottles and at reception, there is a small shop where you can purchase certain amenities and snacks

The room came equipped with a kettle and a set of teas and coffees (instant). Bed was comfortable and the blinds kept out the very bright mornings in Prague until ready to awake

The hotel's location is excellent, really close to both the subway and tram stations. It's quite new and the facilities are decent, offering great value for money.

The atomospher is nice, located next to IBIS hotel. Amenities can be ordered with QR code, like teethbrush,slippers, tewels and pillows.

Hotel is in a decent position from city and train station, not super close but close enough to walk. Normal reliable Novotel standard. Great they are able to convert a Queen room into a family room with a sofa bed

Generally good but 2 things are not ideal in my opinion. The bedsheets are rough cotton fabric hence trapping heat way too well. Woke up frequently due to heat even though AC is set to below 10 with max fan speed

fantastic and quick service, scrupulously clean room, and even gave us complimentary wine and chocolate for a birthday. very attentive staff from reception, cleaning and room service.

The shower is within the bathtub and no shower curtain is provided. So either use the shower super mindfully or risk having the bathroom floor real wet

The pool was really nice and there were only 4 of us there when we used it. My main course in the restaurant on the evening we ate there was one of the best meals of our holiday and good value

We also had a nice light lunch near the pool. Breakfast was OK, but the staff struggled to keep up with re-stocking the buffet and the cooked food was not really warm enough

The hotel is large and spacious and can feel a bit cavernous, while the mix of guests means that some parts can be surprisingly quiet. Our room, a junior suite, was huge and gave us lots of room to spread out

We stayed 9 days and all went fine, except service could be improved to reach a true international level…still too Czech-type hotel. But it has a great potential.

Best wellness spot in Prague. Seven different types of sauna, swimming pool, jaccuzi, guided sauna rituals, lovely wellness bar etc. There are also many sporting opportunities, conference area and two good restaurant.

There are many cherry trees full of fruits in the small park not far away. There are bars, billiard halls, swimming pools, restaurants, etc. The parking lot is also quite good

IT HAS A LOVELY POOL. And the rooms have a safe in. Big rooms. A great experience.

The food was acceptable, but it didn’t stand out in any particular way. For a hotel with such strong congress facilities, a bit more focus on elevating the culinary offering would make a noticeable difference

As for the staff, there is still room for improvement. While the service was functional, it lacked the attentiveness and proactive approach that can elevate a stay or event from good to great

The layout, audiovisual setup, and overall atmosphere make it an excellent venue for professional use. When it comes to dining, the experience was more on the average side

The windows overlook the geyser, the exit is to the market colonnade. Interiors in Art Nouveau style. The room itself is no frills, the furniture is not so hot

In general, the price-quality ratio is excellent! We'll be happy to choose this option again next time

And the complimentary breakfast was great as well! The hotel is located right outside of town but isn’t a far walk. It’s perfect since it doesn’t get too busy but walk a few minutes and you’re right in the center

The bath towels are not really clean and smell. Room cleaning is less than average.

Fantastic hotel, would highly recommend. Staff very comfortable speaking English and extremely helpful and attentive to needs and requests. Location is perfect, just round the corner from the Palladium shopping centre

We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary bottle of wine in our room and a thoughtful thank-you note at checkout, along with complimentary water bottles

The accommodation included car parking, so there was no extra charge. Although we didn’t get to try the breakfast due to an early checkout, our overall stay was wonderful. Charles Bridge is just a 15-20 minute walk away

Cereals, muffins, pancakes, juice, ham, cheese, teas, coffee, bacon, sausage, beans, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, steamed vegetables, dairy drinks, yogurts, fruits, even sauces and condiments were very detailed

The Hotel was full so it was cramped for seats especially beıng a solo traveller there was no optıon of a smaller table whıch made me somewhat uncomfortable. Besıdes this though i had a great stay thank you

The spa, pool and the welcoming wine are bonus points for this hotel
