Beautiful accommodation in a quiet location, convenient for both spa guests and people who like to walk and enjoy discovering the surrounding areas. The room was clean, bright, spacious and more than well equipped

Pleasant and helpful receptionist. The problem with the shower was immediately resolved. The lady in the wellness area is helpful and communicative. Spacious apartment with lots of storage space

Huge suite with bedroom, living room and kitchen, enormous bathroom and walk in closet. Well located just outside the main street but within easy walking distance of the center

Breakfast was excellent with a large selection, even for vegetarians. And the staff was also pleasant and kind. In summary - great satisfaction

Great hotel connected with several others of Bristol group via tunnels and bridges. You can access fitness, a great swimming pool and a bowling alley. And the view out of the hotel into the city is just amazing

Very good location and infrastructure. Me and my wife were happy with the swimming pool and spa zone (Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna). Also we liked a room and safe access to the hotel with cards, and cleanness

The only reason i took one start away by thr rooms is because the decoration is a bit very old school (70's), but they are really comfortable with all you need. (Ok, no boiler for water and a quick coffee)

I was very surprised that no procedures were scheduled for Saturday and Sunday. And from Monday began the race for the procedures. When you arrive for 9 days, I want to immediately begin treatment

That’s my POV! The hotel has been renovated, and for the price, it’s totally worth it. I actually like it old but gold! It’s not loud like some other reviews say, except if your neighbors make a lot of noise

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Peter. He’s really friendly, and it’s always nice to see him working, his smile and warm greetings every time we pass by truly make a difference

But for me, I prefer walking more than using public transportation! The breakfast is amazing, just as they claim served very early in the morning and really tasty

The hotel is located in an amazing area you can walk everywhere, and the metro is just a few steps away

The showers' water temperature was changing so much during the shower that we had to stop it. The room was very small and there was little table surface

One way to mitigate it is to install wall mounted racks, shelves, and hooks. I hope the management is reading this and taking action

In the courtyard there is a beautiful garden and a Playground. So if you're travelling with kids, the most it! The staff is responsive. Cleaning every day! In the rooms everything is working!

Very clean and comfortable room, everything was well maintained. The location is perfect, close to all main attractions. I had a lovely stay and would happily come back again.

I booked a standard room with balcony here including a mini kitchenette, Room was good facilities good but no condiments. Room service not very good not all bins emptied mini kitchen not cleaned floor not cleaned.

In the bathroom bathrobes, a set of 3 towels, liquid soap, and kits (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, conditioner, soap, shower cap, cotton discs and sticks). Everything was replenished every day

There were two entrances: one along the main street from Muzeum station and another from a side street, which was helpful during the cold winter months. The front desk service was average, but there were no problems

My room was on the first floor, but it had a bathtub, which was a lifesaver in winter. The hot water pressure was fine; I could fill the bathtub and take a shower with plenty of hot water

The showerhead was a little loose, making it slightly difficult to use, but I suppose that's common in overseas hotels. Shampoo, body wash, bar soap, and a hairdryer are provided

Even though the rooms are rustically furnished, it reflects the spirit of the old Art Nouveau villa, and combined with the view, I can only give it 5 stars. Swimming pool in the basement, etc

The staff was friendly and helpful, as we were initially sent to the wrong address. Security picked us up and led us to the hotel and our already reserved parking space

Parking costs an extra €20 per day (24/7 guarded!), but all in all, the price and value for money are very good. We will definitely come back to this hotel

We stood at Interhotel Central for 7 days, I have no idea why this establishment lacks the last, fifth star

Nice hotel with nice room and wider single bed. The receptionist was very nice and advised very well. Pool are was clead although the jacuzzi is extremely small

If you want to relax, there is a jacuzzi and a gym available. Just a heads-up: these are private facilities and must be paid for at a rate of 40€ per hour. It’s a premium price, but the privacy is a nice touch

The hotel boasts the best location in the city center. We stayed in Room 510, which offered an excellent view of the trh. Being right in the heart of the action made exploring the city incredibly easy

Thoroughly recommend Outstanding, clean and staff were fantastic.

The room was really nice - best shower ever! The one meal (dinner) I had on site was good. Staff was all nice and really helpful. Had a nice massage in the wellness center, which is also really well done

Hotel has 2 restaurants - we prefered traditional Moravian one and ate there each day as it was unbeatable. Really wonderful place to stay and stand out for me amongs my multiple travels

There was a breakfast included in the morning with great options of local pastries, cheeses and breads as well as many meat options for any meat eaters (I’m a vegetarian) would stay here again and recommend!

The hotel is beautifully situated on the outskirts of the city, but at the same time it is not far, rooms, service, the environment is very pleasant 😉 the hotel even has its own mineral spring for gourmets in the connecting corridor

It is in the middle of the most beautiful part of Karlovy Vary :) Really good place. We stayed in a big apartment on the first floor with 6 beds. It was marvelous; huge and comfortable beds, big bathroom, nice view

There is a big public parking just 200m away at the Thermal Hotel (the biggest ugly building in this area) for 10EUR/day. As the building is about 400 years old, the floor of the apartment was a bit too noisy

The hotel has its own garage but on the day when we arrived the door opener was broken and I had to drive a bit more far away (actually, it was better as the public parking had bigger space than the parking of the hotel)

For the price and location I say it was worth it

The apartment was great , huge and confortable. The sauna and the whirlpool in the apartment were a bonus. The breakfast was extremely poor. The breakfast room is small and we had to wait more than 20 minutes to get in

The triple room was surprisingly spacious, and the skylight made it incredibly bright. There was a tour group staying during my visit, which suggests it's a good value for money. Definitely recommend it.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it! If you're visiting Prague, don't miss out! It's in the heart of the Old Town, just five minutes from the train station

Very comfortable room, I could sleep very well. The hotel is at a central location, close to IP Pavlova, with many restaurants and services in the vicinity.

Location: perfectly located for the Castle area and a 20min downhill walk to the Charles Bridge. The tram is right outside for convenient travel into the city centre or the airport (changing to Metro and bus)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Savoy. We stayed in a Jnr Suite, with a very comfortable king-size bed and glorious bathroom with separate shower and bath. The sitting room was very pleasant
