Our waiter looked after us really well, nothing was too much trouble. The playrooms downstairs have pool tables, a two-lane bowling alley, table football, courts for ball games and children’s soft play area

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the food was absolutely delicious. There were plenty of great activities for children and families, and the sauna was wonderful

One more tip for future visitors: if you’re traveling in winter, it’s a good idea to bring snow chains for your car. The roads can get quite slippery, and having chains makes the drive much safer and less stressful

Our family stayed for a couple of nights in April and had a fantastic experience. The team at Hotel Zatisi are friendly, hospitable and will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect

The only downside for me was the bedding. The beds didn’t have removable mattress protectors, and the mattress was covered only with a sheet that wasn’t large enough to stay in place

The place is very clean, the bathroom is a bit small, but the water pressure was strong and good. We also had dinner at the hotel, but it was mediocre and I wouldn't recommend it

Swimming pool very nice and clean as well as the whole balneo. According to last year all prices went up, sauna and salt cave has to be extra paid

We have booked de Luxe Room and what s surprise that we have to pay 55,- CZK for capsules of coffee in the Room - where we prepare coffee our self. The cleaning lady - vacuum our Room only on Friday

A great place to relax. The hotel is on a hill, in the forest. Quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Country house atmosphere, good breakfasts and dinners. Classical music in the evenings.

The location means it was noisy at night, and there is no air conditioning, but that comes with the age and location. Nice staff, good breakfast, and an exquisite location in a jewel of a town

The hotel is a gorgeous medieval building right on the main square. Our room was huge and nicely furnished. Free parking available 5 minutes walk away

The attached bar/restaurant was staffed by an inattentive woman who declared the place was closed fifteen minutes before closing time. We only wanted drinks, so we gave our business to a place across the square

4 stars Hotel with swimming pool and many other plus. Only concern is the kitchen: not at the same level.

My only issue was that not all the staff spoke English, which proved challenging at times, but with hand and arm signals and Google translate, we got it done

Only recommendation is to change check out time to 1100 or 1200: currently it’s 1000 which is a bit early still. Overall a great place to stay

Room itself was a bit basic with no coffee or tea making facilities, the beds weren't the best and the pillows were very uncomfortable and lacked any kind of support for the neck

The hotel is not so hard to find, close to the city center. Service at the desk was very helpful in English and German. My room was very basic but didn't lack anything. It had a good bed and a good bathroom with a shower

We loved that breakfast is included - something that used to be common in Europe but no longer is. The breakfast is substantial and the room is quite large so that there is no waiting during the morning rush

The location of the hotel is superb as it's located in a quiet area of Marienbad. We stayed 2 nights, not in a weekend. We had a big room with a nice view over the city

Simply beautiful, a dream-sized, finest room and a wonderful, extensive breakfast and very friendly staff from breakfast to reception, just to make you feel good and a bit small several times but we still used the swimming pool where you can relax and have a good time, we will definitely be back

The Hotel Continental is located right in the heart of Marienbad. The rooms are beautiful and functionally furnished. There's a small swimming pool and a sauna. Dinner is highly recommended; the salads are excellent

This is a conveniently located small hotel in Marianske Lazne, walking distance from restaurants, spa and kolonada attractions and trails. They included free dinner and breakfast for our booking

Another feature in the bar is a free pool table, table football and even a free photo machine. I'd happily stay here again on my next visit to Prague

They stored our luggage for free all day and let us come back after checkout to comfortably wait for the bus and use their WiFi. Definitely would return here and recommend it to friends

The room was perfect, upgraded from the standard room as that is way too small and has a sloped attic ceiling. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The food was delicious.

The Kosher Hotel King David in Prague is incredible. The staff was extremely attentive, responsive, and helpful. The rooms were huge, quiet, well appointed, and the air conditioning worked great

Pros: large room, parking available in front of the hotel, great breakfast Cons: staff who speak Czech poorly (Russian speaking), even though it is a spa hotel, we were not advised to go to the Spa because it was very crowded

Positive aspects: The location – the hotel is right in the city center. You can enter with your own car between 5 PM and 11 AM. The hotel has its own parking, which is quite small and hard to access due to narrow roads

Access to the parking lot is difficult – there are two narrow sections, but if you're careful, you can get through without problems. I even saw someone with a Ford Raptor get through that area

But, unlike other hotels that don’t have such a facility and require the use of public parking, I consider this to be a bonus

But, our room was right over the river with a little balcony and chairs to enjoy the surroundings and castle view

Negative aspects: The hotel is too expensive for what it offers. The rooms are extremely outdated — definitely not worthy of 4 stars. There is no iron in the room, and even upon request, one was not brought

Breakfast wasn’t that great. A drinking glass in the room had lipstick on it. Elevator broke down the morning we were leaving. Internet was splotchy. Spacious room and nice pool/sauna/quiet room.

A bit above the main city centre, but the view is wonderful. Dining on the terrace at sunset gives a fantastic scene. Very good breakfast and dinner were included in our room rate.

The hotel is on the side of a mountain, but it is very central. the walls in the rooms are soundproof, a comfortable bed, a shower and a bath. facilities for making tea and coffee. the rooms have air conditioning

The Nove Lazne hotel opens its "cures" to anyone who books up - just go to the entrance to the right of the main fron door that is tited "Balneo" and look at the prices that are clearly posted and book up a session

This year between us we tried a pedicure, a massage, a peat-mud wrap (for back acne), and a "pearl bath" (with fizzy water!) and had a lot of fun as well as a real Czech cultural experience
