Straight forward hotel. Old style but clean and stuffs are provided. Good breakfast! Value for money! Location is not too bad 2-3mins walk from IP PAVLOVA

The location in the old town is great. The breakfast selection isn't huge but it's sufficient, and it's very close to the metro station.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, which was very convenient. The only slight drawback was the small bathroom. Both the hotel's dinner and breakfast were excellent

It's very difficult to shower, and if you have any orthopedic issues, it's definitely not for you. The hotel reception staff are friendly

The hotel bar was also great, with an outdoor terrace where you could enjoy a drink. The prices at the bar were very reasonable too

The bathroom doesn't have a shower cabin; there's a very high and old bathtub, and the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower

Nothing to complain, just nice and beautiful. Awesome hotel, good location, near transportations, tourist spots restaurants etc.. Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Highly recommend

I'm currently at the Hotel and don't want to go home to the USA! It's worth every penny and then some! UNDER-PRICED for the quality and service. Go and you will not prove me wrong! Have a great day! Peter

A hotel on the eastern edge of the old town near the bus station. Quiet but within all the tourist areas. Safe with all facilities you could want. Truly first class

Lovely room to stay and staffs are super friendly, also located next to the tram station is perfect! I had a good time there, oh and breakfast was yummy, too!

Everything worked out perfectly at this place, plus very comfortable bed in an immaculately clean room. Also good parking option right next to the building.

It was lovely staying, quiet and good location. Its just one tram away from center and some of the churches and tour spots are walkable. I’d go back here

Staff were very helpful with the best service mind. Welcome with welcome drink and take a tour around hotel and also room. Room is very clean and very nice. There has a local guide in every wednesday and saturday

If these were the actual dimensions and facilities, I would have been better off booking a single room directly, which would have been cheaper for a solo traveler

And once we checkout, they take a poraloid as a souvenir. I challenge you that if you how much you expect a service for this hotel

Excellent location walkable to several attractions, surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants, luxurious stay at reasonable price when booked early. Complimentary drinks and snacks at lobby throughout the day. 

The location is fantastic, and the place feels very luxurious. We stayed on the 4th floor, and it got a bit warm during the day. I imagine it would be absolutely charming and wonderful to visit in the winter

Thank you for the delicious breakfast and friendly service. I had two suitcases that needed to be stored for a few days due to my Austria itinerary, and I was so relieved they readily helped me out

Hotel is nice as per location and design/decoration inside. However rooms are Small, one dark below the road level if you chose terasse type is better. Spa with lack of personnel attendance - no towels/ sauna sheets

While some people can be irritated by the area locals’ sometimes slightly rough attitude, in the end they came through with excellent and friendly service - I’d forgotten items in the bathroom, which they quickly collected and mailed to us within days

My wife and I stayed here for one night. We had a cozy room with a firm mattress, large pillows, and a nice shower. The breakfast buffet is outstanding with numerous choices.

Location is good, right outside the old town, and somehow managing to convey privacy despite the residential housing next door. The absolute kicker came from staff

Have visited amazing Panorama Cafe ...kozy place with a surprisingly great view..Is one of hidden gems at Marienbad.. with nice selection of homemade desserts..very nice atmosphere..Congratulation!💕

The hotel needs to be refreshed a little bit, but due to long-lasting Covid restrictions, it's understaable that it wouldn't happen soon. Nevertheless rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable

There are plenty of opportunities for walks here: both in the forest and to the springs! We highly recommend it and plan to come again

00 in the pavilion, but there is one fountain on the square and in the Pacific Hotel you can drink from the Forest Spring at any time

It is situated in the main town and music could be heard faintly, did not keep us awake after a day of skiing and the location meant we were only a 10 minute walk away from the slopes

The location is convenient - close to the main colonnade. You can book a package of Spa treatments. The contingent of mostly older people. A lot of Russians (for some it may be negative)
