I hesitated for a while about this hotel, mainly because I was worried that the renovations were old and the facilities might be outdated. However, after reading many reviews, I decided to book it anyway

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock. There are all sorts of shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, making dining very convenient

The hotel's own café is very famous, and the breakfast is excellent. The room facilities didn't feel dated; it was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable

The front desk even confirmed the reservation for a hair cut and traditional hot towel shave for me which I made before the journey. A marvelous experience of Prague!!

The hotel's location is good; it's within walking distance of the bus and train stations, and not far from tourist attractions

I still can’t work out how this happened given they were way out of the way of the towels - I assume the used towels were put on top? Unfortunately the reception team were initially not helpful and it took a few requests for them to check with the cleaning team and check the laundry… they did and the clothes were uncovered in the basket of used towels… Not the end of the world but annoying that it...

The pool wasn’t working during our stay either, which was very disappointing as we booked a hotel with a spa on purpose. Breakfast is varied and we enjoyed it

Overall, the combination of excellent service, delicious meals, and comfortable accommodations makes my stay truly memorable. I would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Karlovy Vary

I really liked the hotel, the food is excellent. The medical base is rich. The staff is very friendly. Prices are available. And most importantly, the location is just great. Within walking distance of sources.

The procedures are good, if desired, you can change. We will come again to this hotel. for a sweet tooth like me, this is a real problem. but there is a cafe with cakes nearby

Nice place for one night stand or family trip. Located in the mountains. Food in restaurants was delicious, breakfast with lots of choices. Swimming pool included in price of the room.

The pool is quite large for a hotel pool, no water toys for children, the water is 27 degrees, a bit cold for me but after a while it feel ok

After the pool, with a wet head and small children, it is not very comfortable and healthy

It was a great places for families with kids. It was a lot of snow So we had a great time here. we Cane together with ourfrie se And went for dinners together And the hotel staff were welcomed And we weree happy with all

It was very very hot in the room even if we turn off the heater. There is a children's area, a bit small but enough for the little ones and the older ones run around the entire hotel, there is also a playground outside

The food in the restaurant is quite good, although I am surprised that there are so few vegetables on their menu. For dinner mostly fast foods, there is no hot drinks. A very wide menu for breakfast

It's clean and ok. The breakfast is good. The room is large. Considering the convenient transportation to work, I chose E. It's a very good hotel. I suggest you stay here next time.

The atmosphere was stunning. There were stunning amenities like shampoo, treatment, and handwashing. High quality but the room doesn’t have a wine opener.

Hostel near tram, then metro to access center within minutes Clean Room is big Private Bathroom and shower is clean and big

Everything was great, it's a 30-minute bus ride from the historical sites.

Great place to stay just ten minutes walk from the city centre. Comfortable, warm, safe rooms. Hearty breakfast. Welcoming staff.

It would have been very useful to have some hangers in the bathroom, because if you would like to use the shower you don't have any place to put your clothes. The rooms are extremely simple, but great for the price

Rooms clean, hotel style "divocina ala USA 60's, 70's", but at least it has style 🙂 Breakfast really BOHATA. Too bad the unused bar. It was nice there

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. One thing that needs to improve is the steam rooms, they didn’t work well.

My room was by the elevator, so I practically couldn’t sleep for two nights. Food at the restaurant is average. Hotel has excellent location and spa facility (except gym is too small and under equipped)

The room was large, and the hotel front desk clerk was very enthusiastic and took us to the room personally! Breakfast is very rich! There are also welcome refreshments upon check-in! Worth recommending

It is really amazing and best utilities I have ever got for a kid! It is very spacious, kitchen is great, bottle of wine as welcome surprise, few steps from the ski lift. I really recommend for families with kids

However, a washing machine was really missing because we only had 1 set of towels per person for the whole week. The towels could be changed at least in the middle of the stay for the price paid

We arived today - family of 3 kids. We ordered baby cot, we have got the cot, baby chair, toys, small table with chairs, fence for babies, baby pot

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the lake, restaurants, and local attractions

It was possible to use only Lavazza capsules in the available coffee machine, however the capsules could be bought for €1/piece only at the reception of the complex, we didn't see it anywhere in the Czech supermarkets, it can probably only be bought in Austria

The food was decent, though the selection was a bit limited! They even gave my husband a bottle of red wine and a birthday card on his birthday, which was very thoughtful! It's also just a few blocks from the Astronomical Clock and about a 5-minute walk from Charles Bridge! Public transportation and subway access are very convenient!

Although the hotel is old but with lots of history and you can read all the history on every floor near the lift lobby. I’m so glad I booked this hotel as it is literally beside the Old town and Prague Astronomical Clock

The swimming pool with 31 degrees and sauna,infra lights is open for hotel guests in the morning and after midday. I stayed there before few times,I will come back

The location is great, 3-4 min walk to the Colonada. There are so many small shops and cafes. Staff is great, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. There is a wide variety of meals to chose from

Perfect hotel in city center, walking distance for all tourists attraction , Charles Bridge approximately 20 minutes walking, breakfast was good , they have water kettle and small fridge, theres construction work in street but you not hear any thing in hotel is very quiet

Centric hotel with very clean rooms and spa area. Unfortunately we could not try the spa treatments but we enjoyed the pool and saunas. There is also a great breakfast included. The staff is professional and helpful.

Location: Great, lively area with a mall and tram station just a few meters away. The hotel is next to a football stadium. Parking: Generally fine, but it can be confusing on match days

The beds were very comfortable, and we especially appreciated having two pillow options (a large and a medium one), which made sleeping even better. Despite the busy road outside, the room was very quiet and peaceful

Convenient parking, the hotel is relatively new, a lot of service attitude, especially the breakfast waiter is very courteous ah, hot shower is very comfortable, water pressure is excellent, next door is a large supermarket!

The bathroom had a shower cabin and all the necessary amenities. There was a slight damp smell coming from the air conditioner, but after ventilating the room by opening the window, it disappeared

It seems that the air conditioning filters may need replacement. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of hot dishes, salads, snacks, dairy products, fresh vegetables, and fruits

Parking could free as there’s a plenty of private parking spaces next to the hotel, also the rate for the dog is overpriced for Czech republic. No swimming pool, unfortunately

My wife and I stayed at this property on 17th September 2024 We stayed in a one bedroom with seperate lounge and spacious bathroom The bedroom is large with high ceilings as is the lounge The apt has abalcony overlooking the park

The property is immaculatley clean with all the ammenitites required The king bed is particularly comfortable Included in our tariff was a delightfull buffet breakfast The food was fresh and beautifully presented with a huge variety There was a wide selection to suit any needs

Visiting Marienbad had been on the agenda for years, for me because of the Habsburg grandeur that is still very much present here and for my wife because of the beautiful but mysterious chanson Marienbad by the French singer Barbara

It is very excellent hotel, great location, very reasonable price with good breakfast. Good for family, but just 1 negative comment, which is when night time walk back from garden , it is quite dark and very quiet.

Amazing breakfast with best cakes (every morning 6 different ones), pancakes, fruits and so on. Scrambeled eggs supreme! The staff is very friendly and international. Would recommend it to myself when I Alzheimers

We did get some fresh towels and clean mugs but the teaspoons weren’t changed (still dry coffee on them from a previous day). I know it’s just a trivial stuff, so not a dealbreaker, just something to consider

Old hotel building but it has been renovated to be good value for money. Biggest problem is lack of AC. Fan was available in the room. Parking is not free of charge but EV charging was free of charge (3x 11kW chargers)

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. The rooms, while a bit dated, are spacious and clean. The front desk service was excellent. I arrived late, and they arranged a driver to pick me up at the airport

When I was leaving, I booked an airport shuttle, but it was stuck in traffic. They called and arranged a taxi for me. It was a great value, and I would definitely choose this hotel again

I checked in at 12 o'clock and was assigned a room with a terrace. I don't know why, but I stayed for 120,000 won, which was 50,000 won cheaper than other days.

The pool was full in the late afternoon, but during the day it was ok. Sauna was open only from 4 pm. If you are not a good driver, be carefull in the parking, the parking spots are very narrow

The pool was quite nice at this time of the year and not so crowded but we had an unfortunate experience (hopefully a miscommunication) at the spa reception, where the lady working there told us “there is too many young people and everything is full” when trying to book some massages for three days ahead

Good location for being in the middle of the main street. Hotel was clean and smelled fresh when walking into my room. It is East Europe and the rooms are antiquated in that power outlets are not many

We spent amazing time here! I had a special request for the room with a bath tube far from the elevator and we got it. Also, we could accommodate a little bit earlier and check out a little bit later
