Wonderful accommodation and perfect breakfast. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are included in the price of the stay, we really liked it here. The SkyBar on the top floor of the hotel is also perfect.

In the restaurant we were very well enjoyed. Price of course higher, but at the colonnade in KV counts.

Good room, very good breakfast, friendly staff. Beautiful location on the "beach mile" a few kilometers from the city center, but easily accessible by bus lines 2 and 11 to the final stop Divadelni Namesti.

Straight to the central walking street. A bit noisy in the early morning. The room itself was big and clean. However, the furniture was really outdated. Friendly and helpful receptionist, good breakfast;)Thank you!!

We had a fantastic three days here, they even placed a bottle of fix and some chocolates for my birthday in my room for when we returned after a long day discovering Prague. I would highly recommend this hotel

I've included some pictures without my family in, but most of these places were extremely easy to reach from the hotel, and the included breakfast was perfect to fill up on before journeying out

Loved this hotel. Walking distance to Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square as well as lots of public transport options. Loved the Art Nouveau decorations and the breakfasts were amazing. Rooms can be small though.

Very modern and clean hotel! Perfect location for exploring the city. Breakfast is very impressive (plenty to choose from) Only side note is the rooms are too hot!

It is in the middle of the most beautiful part of Karlovy Vary :) Really good place. We stayed in a big apartment on the first floor with 6 beds. It was marvelous; huge and comfortable beds, big bathroom, nice view

There is a big public parking just 200m away at the Thermal Hotel (the biggest ugly building in this area) for 10EUR/day. As the building is about 400 years old, the floor of the apartment was a bit too noisy

The hotel has its own garage but on the day when we arrived the door opener was broken and I had to drive a bit more far away (actually, it was better as the public parking had bigger space than the parking of the hotel)

For the price and location I say it was worth it

The apartment was great , huge and confortable. The sauna and the whirlpool in the apartment were a bonus. The breakfast was extremely poor. The breakfast room is small and we had to wait more than 20 minutes to get in

Very nice place. Rooms are spacious and the new wellness is outstanding. The staff were really helpful and the biggest surprise for me was the owner who was extremly welcoming and friendly. I will come back for sure.

I’ve booked here a two weeks spa package with comprehensive treatments,, the package was completely worth the price as all went well and was satisfactory in terms of the treatments, procedures, accommodation… etc

the place is extremely clean and comfortable, I had a half board stay were the food was plentiful and diversified though repeated often. All together very nice spa in the woods with all its facilities

We stayed here for 7 days. The procedures, food, and staff were SUPERB!!! Next year we'll take two weeks. GOOD LUCK TO ALL STAFF! THANK YOU!

We rested at the end of October. There was no heating, but the rooms were warm enough. Atmospheric hotel, very nice park nearby, friendly staff

Great location and service! The longer time for kids in the swimming pool, at least additional 30’ would make kids with their parents more happy! More hooks for towers in bathroom & pool area - maybe as idea :) And I’d include in dinner price at least one alco drink

Friendly staff, good quality breakfast/dinner buffet (incl. a paper bag to take away breakfast snacks - awesome!), comfortable beds and generally clean hotel. Pool and sauna are of modest size

Service is super nice as always, but they don't really have much to show off here. The whole place just lacks any charm, or simply anything 'more'. The spa pool is very nice though, though super small

The swimming pool area is not welcoming to relax. It is confusing how the hotel is managed, separately rooms and apartments, hotel and wellness, not customer friendly

Didn't stay in the hotel but took a day trip to the spa. There are 10 or so saunas and steam rooms in the adult only section, 3 outside. Also warm plunges and cold / warm showers and ice buckets. It was glorious

Located next to the lake, the city centre is a bit far away (15 min by car). The hotel has a free parking but it’s not really big

The breakfast buffet included Prosecco, a barista who makes fresh coffee, and lots of food options. The hotel has two pools: a shallow rooftop pool and a deeper indoor pool. You can order drinks at either of them

The cot was made up quickly and we were given extra towels for our son and even kids shampoo. We were also able to get a kids robe for him to use. There is a small play area next to the restaurant

Located in the center of Prague, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The room size is very satisfactory. The bathroom and toilet are separated. The service staff is very kind and the breakfast is rich~

It's within walking distance of Prague Main Station, with tram stops, metro stations, and department stores right nearby. Getting to the airport via Bolt took less than 30 minutes

While the building is old, leading to some minor inconveniences like inefficient heating and limited power outlets, the overall pleasant experience more than makes up for it

Since I was staying in the middle of summer, I chose Adeba Plus. The room seemed recently renovated, very clean, and spacious, with large windows and ample storage space. The bed was comfortable, with blackout curtains

The towels were changed once and that's because I threw them down to show that I wanted new ones. We were sorry for this behavior (mocking the customer)

Hotel Adeba Plus has different room facilities than Hotel Adeba (although the reception and breakfast area are the same). As of July 2024, Adeba Plus has air conditioning, but Adeba does not

There are several local restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Personally, I also found the traditional market across the river on the pedestrian bridge to be quite interesting

After check-out, I was able to store my luggage in a locked room. The hotel is located near schools, parks, and a new business district, and the area seemed safe

The street facing the room was quiet at night, so I slept soundly. There was also a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The shower had good water pressure

The spa was included every day for 60 minutes, a bottle of wine in the room, and the utmost comfort. THERE WAS REALLY EVERYTHING, from sweet to savory, with wonderful attention to detail

Oh, and they gave us a discount card for some attractions and restaurants in Prague, and last but not least, as the icing on the cake, a farewell kit with a discount code for returning to the hotel, a pack of their own brand tissues, and a small bottle of water each

WOW experience! My boyfriend and I stayed in this little corner of paradise in Prague. Besides being a beautiful location, it offers a truly extensive range of services and is incredibly welcoming

My wife and I stayed at the Grand Mark in late September for our 31st anniversary and had an amazing time. From the moment we were greeted by Nicky the Concierge, to Julia at check in, we felt like they really cared

We enjoyed our 3 days there so much. They let us do late check out at 4 pm with no extra cost The valet guy BILAL was super cool and friendly with us also the girl at the reception OLGA were super kind and helpful

Very good location of the hotel, on Sunday at 7:00 Metallica comes in the singing fountains, what better opportunity to wake up?! For us it was brilliant!!! Wellness area simply great!!! Breakfast top!!! Parking garage only 200 m away and to be paid for from the hotel!!! So it's always worth a trip!!!

We were also satisfied with the food - the taste and the variety (buffet style 3/4 board). I know many hotels in Marienbad, Reitenberger is one of the best. Nothing to complain, definitely will come back!

We visited this hotel for a week with spa procedures and were very happy with it. Situated just a few steps from the colonnade and the Singing fountain, the trolleybus stop is right in front of the hotel

The doctors who you speak to on daily basis are very knowledgeable, caring & will go an extra mile to ensure you get the moist out of your treatments. The treatments vary from massages to relaxing baths

Resort offers large variety of spa and Ayurveda procedures on top level. All staff is very helpful, professional and always smiling. All area is very clean and well kept

The breakfast specially was very very nice, with an assortment of the usual continental items, but with some really nice tuna, smoked salmon and trout

the decor of the hotel was beautiful, the room though a bit awkward was very nice, and the bath tub was excellent

Great value for money. Very kind receptionists. The room is nice. Breakfast restaurant is a bit too small but food is very tasty and fresh. The gym is really good, would've been better to open it earlier than 10 am.

The most important thing is that there are Chinese instructions everywhere in the hotel, and there are disposable slippers, which are generally not available in European hotels

Read the instructions on where to check in. I didn’t. Once we were checked in though it was awesome. We got a room with a balcony looking out in the river and it was well worth it!

In addition, some of the photos in the listing gave us the impression of a different view/setting. Once we arrived, it seemed that the actual hotel does not match some of the photos shown, which affected our expectations

I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel Elefant staff, especially the doctor, nurse Alisa, and massage therapist Milan, as well as the receptionist! Alisa creates a welcoming atmosphere, always responsive and welcoming to everyone! She makes an atmosphere of warmth and relaxation

Another issue was the Wi-Fi: there was no password or QR code available in the room, and because there was no reception on-site, we couldn’t get the details. As a result, we were unable to use the Wi-Fi during our stay

Please clearly state the reception situation, where guests must go for check-in/out and breakfast, provide Wi-Fi details in the room, and ensure the photos accurately represent the property

If you want to relax, there is a jacuzzi and a gym available. Just a heads-up: these are private facilities and must be paid for at a rate of 40€ per hour. It’s a premium price, but the privacy is a nice touch

The architecture of this hotel is simply awesome. It feels like a true palace, blending historical grandeur with modern luxury. Every corner is photo-worthy, and the attention to detail is breathtaking

The hotel boasts the best location in the city center. We stayed in Room 510, which offered an excellent view of the trh. Being right in the heart of the action made exploring the city incredibly easy

A fun, modern touch: the lift actually speaks to you! Access is also easy with a sleek hotel card system. Breakfast was included in the price, and it was fantastic

We got our welcome drink (prosecco) warm. Next day, we went to the bar and got white wine which was also warm. Drying rack in our bathroom didn't work

This has become our go-to place in Liberec. Free parking. Easy walk to the main downtown area along with shopping and restaurants, safe and modern.

My only negative comment is that I did not like the design of the room I got as a Designer room. Other than that, it was a good stay overall

Don't stay in a standard room or a double room; a family room is the best, it's very spacious. The breakfast is good, with a wide variety of fruits, but the selection hasn't changed

A great place to relax. The hotel is on a hill, in the forest. Quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Country house atmosphere, good breakfasts and dinners. Classical music in the evenings.
