hygiene and cleaning very very poor no entertainment at all except the small Cafe with no TV Internet very expensive no parking and you try to pay alot to park a car not suitable for sick or disabled people no body help with touristic information the prices are extremely expensive now compare to few years ago plus so many extra unreasonable charges overall rating as a guest and a DOCTOR would never...

Despite its gorgeous location and super friendly and helpful staff and therapists (I would specifically like to thank and praise paní Blehova, who is a very attentive and friendly physiotherapist!) there has been a bit of a disappointment in regards to the price value of this place

Jáchymov Radon Palace is a hidden gem for those seeking alternative therapies or a peaceful escape

Some people have treatments as early as 6 or 7 am, which is understandable I suppose (we had early treatments too, which is why we would have loved to sleep in when we had a day or two with later treatments)

And at nighttime, you either don't sleep because of the heat, or, because of the loud noise of the passing by cars if you opt to open the window :( When we asked to maybe be moved to a quieter room, we were told it's 100€ extra, and hardly even possible

In regards to that - our room was on the 4th floor which means that whenever there was a rainstorm (it happens a lot in that location) you will hear constant lour banging above the windowsill and you cannot do anything about it

It was wonderful to get into our room early and rest! Facilities: Excellent, everything you need! The log cabin style is very cozy and comfortable. Environment: Normal space, not small at all

The hotel was great! Our flight arrived early, and the front desk staff, Natalie, immediately checked us in since there was an available room

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff in the center of Prague. Great choice if you looking for a place to stay to access any event at the O2 Arena, only couple of stops on the metro that is right in front of the hotel

Sufficient space for 3 adults. Toilet cleanliness was good when we entered and the room service were extremely prompt

The hotel staffs were also friendly to help us in navigating the best place for wine and dine during New Year’s eve

It was good because it was located on Old Street. There is a large shopping mall near Tsuhi, so it is very convenient to visit. Also, the breakfast was relatively satisfactory.

There was a room beteeen these parts prepared with small stand-up tables ready for networking and more personal talks. Toilets clean, having paper towels instead of air hand dryer (I don't like them)

Rooms were clean, although you could not adjust the temp and we found the rooms warm, especially when sleeping. Windows opened, but no screens

Breakfast was amazing and so good! Staff are very friendly and English was spoken by most. (This is a very quiet area we found when we went out walking). Overall, would definitely book again!

10 mins, # 14 tram, ride from main train station (get off at Elektra stop about 7 or stops from station) and then a 2 mins walk to hotel

First, you need to walk many stairs with your heavy suitcases before you get to the elevator. The spa area and the reception areas did not look very attractive. Also located on the steep heal - prepare to walk

The chefs and all the restaurant workers deserve thumbs up! Each morning, except Sundays, we had some treatment procedures in the spa-centre, and in the afternoons we could enjoy swimming in the hotel pool and relaxing in the next-door salt room

Breakfast wasn’t that great. A drinking glass in the room had lipstick on it. Elevator broke down the morning we were leaving. Internet was splotchy. Spacious room and nice pool/sauna/quiet room.

The bathroom was also big and sunny with 2 windows, a shower cabin and a ventilation system. In the restaurant we had Full Board which was served as buffet with a wide choice of salads, hot meals, desserts and drinks

The hotel is on the side of a mountain, but it is very central. the walls in the rooms are soundproof, a comfortable bed, a shower and a bath. facilities for making tea and coffee. the rooms have air conditioning

the staff at the hotel are excellent and kind. Especially Philip from the spa services who did his best to make us feel comfortable. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, high level of cleanliness

Whilst the ibis has no gym or swimming pool of its own, you can pay to access the gym in the neighbouring Novotel

The only slight issue we faced was that the thermostat in the room faces the bed and features a quite bright touchscreen panel: the panel does not appear to be dimmable, meaning you will face an annoying bright light in the otherwise completely dark and relaxing room, emanating from the wall

The prices don't seem too expensive, if you make the most of it! The hotel also offers a water cooler on each floor, where you can go and fill up your water bottles and at reception, there is a small shop where you can purchase certain amenities and snacks

The room came equipped with a kettle and a set of teas and coffees (instant). Bed was comfortable and the blinds kept out the very bright mornings in Prague until ready to awake

The hotel's location is excellent, really close to both the subway and tram stations. It's quite new and the facilities are decent, offering great value for money.

There was a comfortable 4-poster canopy king bed, two night stands minibar, desk, two arm chairs and a small table, a sofa, and a large armoire with safe in the entry way

Great! We were so lucky with this hotel. We only booked for three days, but we'll be staying for the full 20. They gave us two spacious rooms. It's clean, cozy, and the kitchen is perfect

A really nice place even for a short time. Breakfast is hearty, drinks in the bar at a good price. And the best is the connection between the different buildings and the city centre.

The stuff is absolutely not interested in making stay comfortable. Checkin and checkout process are ruining all experience. plus, one of the 2 elevators doesn’t work properly making it very irritating to use

However, the location is great and overall property condition is good, a bit old but definitely good maintained

So many time we stayed at Windsor Spa Hotel. Location is perfect for parents. The reservation team, especially Inga Bodner will take care of guests very well, of course special thanks to her.

Hotel Winsdor is in a very old building, with only 36 rooms, but rooms are exelent, location of hotel is most central in a walking district next to Kolonade with all the drinking water numbers We had full pansion at the hotel restaurant buffet style and food was even better than expected All medical treatments located in a hotel, so during the day you don't need any close other than white rob provided...

Very handy because the doctor prescribes in addition to treatments at the hotel, you need two times a day to drink this water before Breakfast and dinner , all the sources of different temperature and amount of substance

There is a sauna and not a big bosan. We enjoyed our time in Karlovy vary, we were on the Christmas and New year, the weather was wonderful, the snow poshol a bit right before the upcoming New year, it was unique

Hotel is in a decent position from city and train station, not super close but close enough to walk. Normal reliable Novotel standard. Great they are able to convert a Queen room into a family room with a sofa bed

Generally good but 2 things are not ideal in my opinion. The bedsheets are rough cotton fabric hence trapping heat way too well. Woke up frequently due to heat even though AC is set to below 10 with max fan speed

The shower is within the bathtub and no shower curtain is provided. So either use the shower super mindfully or risk having the bathroom floor real wet

There was a bathtub, which I was very happy about, but unfortunately, the only thing that was disappointing was that there was no hot water in the bathtub and I couldn't soak in it, but other than that I was very satisfied

The windows overlook the geyser, the exit is to the market colonnade. Interiors in Art Nouveau style. The room itself is no frills, the furniture is not so hot

Staff were so helpful all the time. They went above and beyond. Room was always spotless and breakfast was great. The city of Prague is spectacular as well.

We were only a short walk from Charles bridge and close to the tram. The location for us during our stay was perfect. We would happily stay here again!

Small, boutique hotel with excellent breakfast served in the basement :) The only drawback is parking place - there are just a few spots in front of the hotel and parking in Prague (blue zones) is quite expensive.

Lovely place to visit, great food, the treats are brilliant. I regularly had this amazing sugar doughnut cone filled with chocolate sauce and strawberries topped with chocolate flavoured cream and chocolate sauce

It is most convenient to go to the exhibition. The environment is very old-fashioned and well-established. In fact, it is convenient to take a taxi if you live in other places. I stayed at Courtyard a few nights ago

Good location, great breakfast. The only negative thing, there is a spa facility but its a separate company so even just to use the pool you need to do reseevations.

The best thing about my stay was definitely the staff, who promptly helped me find my misplaced phone and was very helpful during the whole stay. One little negative is poor sound isolation between room and hallway
