The hotel is conveniently located by the river, without needing to climb a mountain, and close to attractions. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The breakfast is good, with a good variety of choices. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The place was probably very nice when it first opened. It was still nice and the high ceilings were impressive. We liked the breakfast as well. The price was higher than in Prague but should be expected given the location. No complaints. I am pleasantly surprised to see it is the #1 rated small hotel in town.

It's a bit of a walk from the station and a little far from the market, but otherwise it's great! If you're in the 6th-floor attic, you'll need to climb stairs, but the staff are very nice and easy to get along with, and the breakfast is delicious. It was a great experience!

This is an older hotel located on the outskirts of the scenic area. There's no parking. The rooms are relatively small, and the hot water isn't very hot. The front desk staff is quite helpful.

I wholeheartedly recommend this lovely hotel. It’s rather small which forms a comfortable atmosphere for the guests. The breakfast is amazing as there are many options to choose from and the pastry is very fresh. The location is amazing as the surrounding area is calm at night and its very close to the centre and the colonnade.

Nice restaurant with friendly and very fast service, that offers a good selection of local and bohemian food for good prices. It is located in the centre of Bozi Dár and easy to find by it's green colour. The restaurant is close to the skiing area and the moor. All good destinations for hiking. We left as happy customers and will come back again.

We were very surprised upon arrival. Despite the hotel description suggesting a 24-hour reception, there was no 24/7 front desk at Hotel Elefant. We had to go to another hotel for check-in, check-out and even breakfast, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing. This was inconvenient and felt misleading. Located above the Elephant Cafe. Just look for the golden elephant. However, the 24-hour front desk service is a bit inconvenient. You have to walk quite a distance (3-5 minutes) and then come back to check in. The morning dining area is also the check-in area. The hotel is good with friendly staff. The room was nice, but the only issue was the heating—the bathroom floor was very cold, and the room felt chilly (early March). Lovely suite of 2 rooms with balcony overlooking the town. Free parking right outside. Two flights of steps with no elevator, so be aware if you have trouble lifting your bags. It is a 15 minute walk straight down into the city, so not a spot for elderly but great for the physically active. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great place to stay if your in Karlovy Vary. The hosts were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast buffet was good with enough of a choice. Room was large with a balcony which had a superb view of karlovy vary. Car parking is also available. My experence was very good. Room clean and as seen in pictures online. Position off hotel TOP in city center. Staff kind and helpfull + very kind to dogs. Price and service ratio was great for me.
