Classic hotel with comfortable rooms. We really liked the excellent buffet breakfast and the welcome glass of prosecco or juice on arrival. The wellness suite is aimed more for spa treatments, but the sauna/steam room and pool are worth going to at quiet times of the day.

We loved this hotel.  The rooms were large with plenty of storage and very comfortable beds.  It was a short walk to the park and there were many restaurants nearby.  There is a salt cave very close by that we also enjoyed.  The spa is a little disorganized but the treatments were very good.  I would definitely go back.

Stylish hotel near the Colonnade. Very friendly, attentive staff, German-speaking. Very clean and well-equipped rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet. Underground parking. Upon departure, we were given mineral water and Kolonada waffles in a paper bag.

Walked in with 3 kids and very kindly asked that my 4 year old needed to use a bathroom. They charged us CZK 50. If you really have to ask, then maybe 20 CZK would be appropriate.

Nice place to stay, close to everything

The room is small but new. The room service is good. But the food is terrible..they feed you unhealthy food and it's very tasteless...for 4 stars it's a complete sadness...the pool is icy...I never got to the sauna..in the evening they sit there in rows. And they don't work during the day🤣I don't recommend it...only people with mobility problems live there because of the proximity to the source

Hotel served its purpose and our stay was okay, though there were a few things that didn’t work. Staff was friendly and accommodating enough - they allowed us an early and late check out which was very much appreciated. There were 6 days. The procedures are good, if desired, you can change. Were in the apartments. I liked it very much. We will come again to this hotel. The only negative... there is no dessert... for a sweet tooth like me, this is a real problem... but there is a cafe with cakes nearby...

Nice place Had a nice stay. The down side was the parking. I paid for 2 days parking and than was unable to park. The spot I was assigned to was given away to someone else before the staff fixed the problem with my parking

Value Basic accomodation clean friendly and convenient

Perfect In a quiet and peaceful place, near the forest, near the bus stop, the possibility to rent a tennis court or a badminton court! A beautiful walk into town, you can get spring water on the way. The equipment of the room is suitable, there is a kettle in the room. Breakfast can be purchased.

A place to stay Pretty straightforward, no frills, simple place to stay, with restaurant and tennis/badminton facilities. Let them know if you are checking in late, and they will tell you how to access after hours.

A very good place SImple, as the price suggests, but clean, nice and pleasant. We enjoyed the sport facilities on the premises very much. It definitely worths the money and beyond.

The room was large, and the hotel front desk clerk was very enthusiastic and took us to the room personally! Breakfast is very rich! There are also welcome refreshments upon check-in! Worth recommending

Cleanliness ok, but old wall to wall tapestries on the floors. We had a buffet dinner one evening at the hotel, which was also not very good. The whole hotel bears the stamp of age and seems a little tired. My wife asked for an extra duvet because she was cold, but she didn't get it from the receptionist - she just said no... Considering the price, we can't recommend this place

This hotel is a gem. The location is great, 3-4 min walk to the Colonada. There are so many small shops and cafes. Staff is great, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. There is a wide variety of meals to chose from. We loved their food! It’s clear that hotel management keeps a high standard of service.

We had lunch at the restaurant and it was beyond our expectations. The flavors are so rich and everything was so delicious. We had the ravioli, goose, gluten free spaghetti and french fries. Great location right in the center, which makes it easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast buffet was really nice with a good selection. Good location for being in the middle of the main street. Breakfast was nice. Hotel was clean and smelled fresh when walking into my room. It is East Europe and the rooms are antiquated in that power outlets are not many. Only stayed for one night so I didn’t get to see the spa but from the looks of the area and brochures on treatments, would seem to be nice.

We spent amazing time here! I had a special request for the room with a bath tube far from the elevator and we got it. Also, we could accommodate a little bit earlier and check out a little bit later. There was a delicious, tasty dinner with a big variety of dishes and desserts. Clean and nice location however spa facilities was smaller then expected. There wasn’t any water inside of room and they didn’t include water in the dinner service.

They charge twice for the same service

We booked the Art Deco Wolker Astoria. There's no reception and the hotel is not accessible by car... and the parking is quite far away. You have to go to another hotel to get your room key. The same goes for breakfast. So really inconvenient. The reception staff were very friendly and moved us to another hotel. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

Never again Reception is decrepit. The people at front desk at arrival: dirty,in disarray and not friendly. Hotel stairs and hallways very dirty(old carpets, dirty). Spa is a joke, whilpool water cold(75 degrees F) Hotel pretentious.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel. We were assigned at a large room with balcony overlooking the park. As this hotel is part of 3 hotel complex, interconnected by walks ways and indoor corridors all famous for spa and wellness treatments. One has a good time spent for the body and soul. We stood at Interhotel Central for 7 days, I have no idea why this establishment lacks the last, fifth star. Numbers are cozy, super clean and fresh, the cleaning team is super disciplined and I (to be honest) tired at some point to wake up to the knocking lady who performed her job as if she was a Swiss watch. The hotel captures/keeps alive the old grandeur from when Karlovy Vary was a playground for the 18th century aristocrats, or so I get the feeling. Great location, parking right there in front or in the back (set up ahead of time would be easier), great rooms, great breakfast, and super helpful staff. Among your many options for staying in town, definitely consider this one.

Nice hotel with nice room and wider single bed. The receptionist was very nice and advised very well. Pool are was clead although the jacuzzi is extremely small. Breakfast would need little improvement like adding some solt in scrambled eggs and better coffee. But it was included.

We stayed in this nice hotel for 4 nights. The room had amazing view in to the city, and it was comfortable enough. The mattress was too stiff for my own preferences at least. We had a coffee and a Strudel outside on the terrace. Service was pleasant, and the Strudel very nice. One comment though: like quite many east European luxury hotels, staff were not trained enough to radiate cheerfulness and helpfulness.

Very comfortable and pet free hotel. Food was very delicious, especially dinners. Very good position in the town. The hotel needs to be refreshed a little bit, but due to long-lasting Covid restrictions, it's understaable that it wouldn't happen soon. Nevertheless rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable.
