We went in a group of 6 people to ski at the Klinovec resort and we booked this hotel because of the good rating and the services available at the property. the hotel is a spa and has a large swimming pool with various massage devices. The three of us had a suite, with lots of space, especially in the bathroom, if you want to get ready quickly in the morning. The sauna and swimming pool were a positive surprise. I missed real wholemeal bread at breakfast. All in all, very good value for money.

Next to the hot spring area, you can take bus No. 2 from the bus terminal (the name of the bus terminal is handwritten in the picture) and it takes about ten minutes to arrive at the stop sign in front of the hotel. We had lunch at the restaurant and it was beyond our expectations. The flavors are so rich and everything was so delicious. We had the ravioli, goose, gluten free spaghetti and french fries. Great! We were so lucky with this hotel. We only booked for three days, but we'll be staying for the full 20. They gave us two spacious rooms. It's clean, cozy, and the kitchen is perfect. We'll recommend everyone stay here again.

The stuff is absolutely not interested in making stay comfortable. Checkin and checkout process are ruining all experience. plus, one of the 2 elevators doesn’t work properly making it very irritating to use. However, the location is great and overall property condition is good, a bit old but definitely good maintained.

Nice room, despite the property looks a bit old, good breakfast. The hotel is on a hill so it takes about 20/30 minutes by feet to reach the city center. A bus is also available, but it doesn't pass very often.

Lovely stay, 10/10. Lovely stay. Was slightly confused with the parking but turned out I was able to park in the large public carpark opposite (I hope anyway). Very comfortable room with TV and fridge. Receptionist spoke very good english which was nice. Comfy bed. Good shower. We booked the Art Deco Wolker Astoria. There's no reception and the hotel is not accessible by car... and the parking is quite far away. You have to go to another hotel to get your room key. The same goes for breakfast. So really inconvenient. The reception staff were very friendly and moved us to another hotel. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast and dinner from the buffet were great. We also went to the swimming pool. Everything was very nice

Loved this hotel. It has everything you need. The beds were so comfortable. We did have to walk down the hill for evening meals but there are many options within 10 minutes. I visited the city to relax and unwind. I spent a lot of time at the hotel, which was very comfortable. Everything was very clean, and I could enjoy a great view from the window. I received excellent hospitality. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Able to check in early. Convenient and ample parking. Short drive to Karlovy Vary. The only drawback is that my room was on the ground floor and along the path to the hotel lobby, so it’s noisy when guests chats while walking or dragging luggage.
