A very good hotel, clean and cozy. Good quality food, polite staff, excellent location. And the reception, in general, is beyond praise, the pleasant girl Todora and polite, well-mannered Yuri, communication with whom always improves your mood, will answer any question and will try to solve any problem that arises. We are vacationing here for the third year in a row and will definitely come again.

Perfect location and room was clean however you have to pay extra money for sauna, parking and also we had a breakfast included and it would have been better if we went out for a breakfast. It was really poor. Good location but that’s all.

Great location indifferent service. My room had a good view. However the walls are so thin that I perfectly hear everything next door. They wouldn’t change even if I agreed to pay more—they caid they were booked but I arrived early on fri afternoon so I’m sure not everyone arrived. Even if you are vaccinated worry that you will have a buffet breakfast where everyone touches the same serving utensils. No magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Only one double outlet to charge all of your electronics. The room is clean the bed and tv are fine. Overall I do not understand the star rating system. Why 4 stars ? (No one wears masks in this town )

Beautiful spacial vintage-like room with comfortable beds, closet room and average sized bathroom in the centre of the city. The pool is massive for an indoor pool with a comfortable temperature. The swimming area also includes a warm jacouzi. Adding to that, the staff is extremely friendly and forecoming thus severely suffering from low tourism due to corona. Although only about three rooms are currently booked, the staff made sure that the breakfast is fresh and always offer their help and concern. Overall a great three night experience, perfect to end our two week holiday in a relaxing manner.

The hotel is in a good location. Well-kept area in front of the hotel. Of the minuses lack of service, low quality room cleaning, poor quality of medical care, lack of service in the bar, the restaurant to order, even give a spoonful to the child in the room was impossible, not to mention ordering food in the room. Sauna - one name, for a decent fee too. The owner should think about the level of service, the hotel was listed as four, but actually only pulls on the three. The staff in General are friendly except the doctor at the hotel.

I liked everything. The hotel is well located, a few steps from the Central Collonade.Gorgeous view from the window. Well appointed restaurant, bar. the hotel Staff is very friendly, competent. The procedure, however, we were not able to, they were not part of the complex we paid for services because the stay was less than a week. Extra to make them not work, and it is not

A nice compact pool. Jacuzzi. Sauna, however, for a fee. Russian Billiards! Though not standard, but you can play. Free. Table tennis. Gym. The room is decent, has everything you need. Wardrobe with sliding doors, however, as it is not confidently operated (requires repair), but it's the little things.

Liked the location,the view,the square in front of the entrance,the service from all the staff,Breakfast diverse.
The room is nice, but it will not prevent cosmetic repairs, not working ventilation in the bathroom, towels and bed sheets were ragged on the edges,but clean. Great new mattresses, but terribly uncomfortable spongy pillows.The presence of a kettle in the room and bathrobes with Slippers influenced my choice of this hotel.
The pool is a big plus,to change the young man always worked a Jacuzzi and it was possible to request the inclusion of the counter. In another shift before 20-00 closed the pool and very often did not include a Jacuzzi.

We like the hotel, its location, friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, especially physicians. Of course, not to mention Dr. Sokolov.
But in a "faded" restaurant, and the remaining residue after the situation with the canceled tour. We fully paid for but due to various circumstances had to cancel. We did this in advance. However, us money is not returned, explaining that there is no money. Honestly, we did not understand, who has not. But I didn't want to ruin the mood and out to the end. Although it looked kind of weird.
