Hotels All-inclusive in Dominican

This resort was so much fun and had much to offer. Some of the things I liked included night entertainment and there were beautiful dancers. Throughout the day there were also activities like yoga which was relaxing

The activities, entertainment, and shows were so much fun. We had the best time during our stay thanks to the entertainment team. Extra thanks to Peluche for taking the time to make sure we enjoyed our stay

My family will definitely be coming back thanks to the staff and their entertainment. I don’t want to go home! We had so much fun dancing and singing with Peluche and the whole entertainment team

Its a beautiful beach and they clean it really nicely. There is almost always food and drinks, there is a snack bar open from 11pm-6am everyday thay has hotdogs, hamburgers, fries, salad, and pizza

We did yoga and zumba on the beach which was fun! We preferred the buffet over the restaurants, as it was pretty much the same food just in a different form

There is lots of stuff to do on the beach such as ping-pong, badminton, horseshoe, volleyball, and basketball, and tennis. A lot of locals come in for the weekends but they never caused an issue and stayed to themselves

Excelente facilities , amazing food for a all inclusive and good price . It was worth every dólar Ext Confortable , luxurious and clean

I got food poisoning and was sick for two days because of it. Housekeeping is simply awful! Whether I left a tip or not, absolutely nothing was cleaned. Instead, the lady helped herself to the drinks in my minibar.

Amazing place to stay with family, great food options and amazing service

People working there were always very helpful whenever assistance was needed. Food was tasty, and the room we booked (suite with swim out) was awesome

The place is very big, so be aware that there will be quite a bit of walking to get to the lobby (where most restaurants are)

When getting ready to leave, you can ask for the bellboys to get the baggage with you back to the lobby in one of the golf cars that they use to move around

I don't remember the name of the person at the reception who changed our hotel but we'd still like to thank him. It's also worth mentioning the drinks at the bars, which were of excellent quality and the very clean pools

Great first trip to this resort. Check in took awhile as the room was not ready when we arrived, but they sent us to go get drinks/ food at the beach. Love the long pools as it spread out guests

The beauty of the Caribbean Sea cannot be described in words. The beach of this hotel is very beautiful. There are six restaurants in total, and food is available all day

Always had a pick of sun loungers! Food at the buffets were good and lots of options especially for vegetarians ( which is usually hard to find at these resorts)

The all-inclusive package is really great, and all drinks are free

100% recommendable! The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always smiling. They even gave us a complimentary late check-out because our flight was very late. A big thank you to all the staff.

Friendly staff, energetic and actually loved their jobs (or are good at faking it haha) The food was amazing and no shortage of it! Drinks were great and very fast service. The pool is perfect for kids and adults

We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana and really enjoyed our time at the resort. The atmosphere, facilities, and service made our vacation very relaxing and memorable

A special thank you goes to Maireni from the Coco Bar. He really made our stay even more enjoyable. Every time we saw him he welcomed us with a big smile and great energy

Great little spots along the pool to eat and drink so you don’t have to go far. We will be back with our kids next time. I am so happy we came here! Thank you all!

He was always friendly, communicative, and very funny, which made spending time at the bar even more fun

The biggest one was that the toilet ran constantly during our stay, which was a little frustrating and made the room feel less polished than expected. The food was one of the more disappointing parts of the stay

In regard to meal options, there are many. The buffet was great as was the Japanese restaurant. The Italian restaurant was ok

We used the Privilege pool and the 2 attendants, Carlos and Daniel, were superb! There were plenty of towels and both Carlos and Daniel made sure we always had plenty of drinks and food! I recommend if you want pool chairs with umbrellas, you need to get them early as most are taken by 9:00 AM and only chairs without umbrellas are left

The service at all the restaurants was great!! All of the bar service was great, with some of the bars serving top shelf liquor!! If you are a beach person and would like a cabana or chairs with an umbrella you will need to be out on the beach early as most are taken by 8:00 AM or earlier

Other members of our family ate at the Mexican restaurant and Route 66 and said the food was ok. No one in our group ate at the steak house as the steaks we like had a up charge of $50 to $100 per person

Also, with the exception of Bodegon steak house, it was a hassle to make reservations at the dinner restaurants only to end up disappointed

The team communicated effortlessly in both English and Spanish, which made everything feel smooth and comfortable. The beach was absolutely stunning, just as beautiful as the photos online, if not more

There were free drinks all days and nights, and A LOT of entertainments. I met new friends because of the entertainments. The only things I had a little issue with was the beds

Had a very good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the food is delicious, and the entertainment was really well done. The staff were generally friendly, although some could be a bit more attentive

The food was amazing (only tried Food market, beach house and the sports bar for food) I didn’t even feel like trying the restaurants because Foodmarket was that good in my opinion

This hotel is very large and the reception is adequate! The only downsides are the limited selection at the all-you-can-eat restaurant and the limited availability of the other restaurants; I wasn't able to try them all, which was a shame

The reception and cafes are far from the rooms so you need to take a minibus which is not confortable. Restaurants were always fully booked but they looked empty when walking around

The facility was good but the service was sometimes slow and needed to wait for a long time.

When we went to the main restaurant, nobody said "good morning" or "how is your day"? Waquel in your main restaurant was the ONLY staff that was personable and exuded a warmth demeanor

We loved our two-week stay at the hotel. All the staff were friendly. The negative reviews are unfounded and dishonest. I would return without hesitation, even though this is our fourth trip to the Dominican Re

I prefer to be able to walk from my room to the restaurant or the gym or the beach. I do not want to wait in the hot sun for the carts that drive you around

You will most likely need to use the complimentary transport service they offer at the resort. It is at least 1/4 mile from the main lobby to the beach

My husband and I stayed at the Bahia Punta Cana to attend my friend's wedding The good: The grounds are clean and beautiful

Trees and grass and flowers were colorful The beach was gorgeous with soft sand The food I the main buffet was really good

Our first night at the Excellence El Carmen we ventured into the Agave restaurant. My wife and I had a table outside overlooking the resort. The food was outstanding, courtesy of Chef Alvin. And the service was top-notch

This this is only my second time out of the country and my first time in Punta Cana and 1st all inclusive. My experience has been great so far. The room was great tho I wish I would have sprung for the beach view

I’ve only tried 2 restaurants here so far but what I’ve tried at Oregano and The Grill has been decent. Wish I would’ve come with someone but Overall I will be coming back

My recent visit to Excellence El Carmen was absolutely phenomenal, exceeding all expectations! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that everything here is top-notch

The resort truly lives up to its name, providing an experience of pure luxury and relaxation. What really made my trip special, beyond the stunning facilities and beautiful grounds, was the incredible service

My view is still great but nothing beats a beach view. The give you a glass of champagne when you arrive. There was a bottle of champagne waiting for me in my room

Honestly, I would like to give more positive feedback and review but I had better experience in 3 or 4 stars hotels around the world

I can't say enough at how wonderful the people treat you here

Majority of staff do not speak (or don't want to) basic English, so if you don't speak Spanish - you better find other place

I had to thanks the amanzing entertainment team, Roselyn, Estiven, Mirian and the other guys made our stay suuuper special, we couldn't enjoy more. 💃🏼😍 The hotel had multiple bars and restaurants

And remember yes all inclusive but for what staff does for us on these vacations tips are so appreciated Juan has 3 beautiful daughters he is working hard for

Your vacation will turn into a staycation had so much fun drinks are great but I can't thing of anything more right now lol

While this kind of behavior might unfortunately be expected outside the resort, it is completely unacceptable from people operating inside the hotel. This experience seriously affected our sense of safety and trust

The hotel does not offer a shuttle service and provides no real assistance for arrival or departure. Transportation was chaotic when we arrived at the airport, and we almost got left behind

You really have to figure everything out on your own. If you’re stuck at the airport or trying to leave, the hotel does not help — you’re basically on your own

In my case, the seller stood next to me at the ATM, attempted to handle my bank card, and tried to select a savings withdrawal himself

There was a lot of pressure to pay immediately, including rushing guests to the ATM, which was extremely uncomfortable

He withdrew 12,000 Dominican pesos, saying he would return with change, but never did, even after we asked for it

Perfect relaxed long-weekend getaway at this all-inclusive resort! Junior suite with jacuzzi, pool, private beach, and multi-cuisine food options, including in-house restaurants, made the experience memorable

The nightly shows were very entertaining - like having our own Coco Bongo experiences! They have an entire team dedicated to entertaining the guests with games and parties, so much to do! The food was fantastic - 5 restaurants to choose from and we never had the same thing for dinner twice! Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful experience for a family vacation. Teppanyaki at Ma+Suri, and Le Gourmet are the best restaurants here. The buffet food is average, nothing phenomenal, but nearly on par with any buffet back in the states

Buffet at beach is the same every day but we switch it up with the Al la carte luncheon in the Gourmet restaurant

The entertainment team was a true highlight: Panda, Honey, Hot Chocolate, Francis, and everyone else made every day so enjoyable and were so energetic that it was hard to not want to jump into their activities

I loved eating the Dominican food that was at the buffet, it truly opened my eyes to new flavors and tastes that I want to recreate at home. The food can sometimes be hit or miss at resorts, but this was an absolute hit

Probably the best bartender I’ve had at any resort. Israel at the buffet was another awesome server. Again, incredibly friendly and hardworking. Made sure you got everything you needed asap and did so without issue

José at the steakhouse was fantastic. Worked non-stop, super polite and friendly and made our kid smile to no end. And Sonia, our room staff, was an absolute sweetheart

The drinks are horrible, the pool bar has always a line of people waiting to be served. The beer is cheap swill and so are the drinks. Pina Coladas that just don't taste right

Family friendly hotels are usually a crap-shoot, but this one was nicer than anticipated. Food was great, resort was great and staff were excellent

From the moment I arrived, everything was amazing from start to finish!!! I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun all-inclusive getaway in Punta Cana! The resort complex is stunning, with gorgeous tropical grounds, and a breathtaking sandy beach with crystal-clear turquoise water

Lots of food choices, shows every night, loves the double sinks and double shower in the bathroom. Pretty of loungers and lots of sun or shady spots by the beach. We enjoyed all the restaurants at the resort

It was extremely difficult to get dinner reservations at the à la carte restaurants and our butler never once helped with any of them

I asked for change multiple times at various points during my trip (small amounts breaking a $20 or $40) and I was told no change was available only to watch another hotel guest ask for the same thing right after me and be given change

Overall, the food was one of the best at any inclusive I’ve ever been to and the bartenders and other service professionals were extremely professional and accommodating. Nightly performances weee very nice

He took matters into his own hands and personally walked us to our room and I was so grateful. He apologized for the room check in issues but I got no real explanation as to what happened

We got the run around after I refused to take two twin beds that we were being offered by the front desk so I feel like I was “black listed” by the front desk team as a result

I then asked the front desk if the hotel had an ATM machine and was told by a female agent that it was broken and she advised me to ask the bellhop about a local ATM in town

We stayed in the Reserve, went to the beach reserve and Martin was fantastic! Every morning heading down to the beach, he made sure we had an amazing view of the ocean and had the drinks coming! I would definitely ask for Martin when at the Reserve Beach! Irvin was our concierge, he was also just as amazing! Super relaxing hotel, nightly entertainment that was relaxed and fun!

Our stay at Paradisus Palma Real was truly exceptional and far beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, every single employee stood out as professional, and incredibly helpful

The entire resort was spotless, which made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing

The pools were always clean and beautiful, with a special mention to The Reserve pools, which were absolutely stunning and peaceful

The room cleaning service did an outstanding job every single day, keeping everything perfectly clean and comfortable. The staff in the restaurants and buffets were excellent as well

A special shout-out goes to Guillermo, the concierge, for his amazing service and dedication, and to Henler, who was extremely professional and did a fantastic job explaining the Circle membership in a clear and friendly way

The sampler & pork with sweet and sour. Rodeo steakhouse was a total bust. Service was very slow & pork skewers were undercooked. Reservations were usually required for the a la carte restaurants

Drinks- Caipirinha with double Leyenda rum was our go to. Margarita & champagne were also good. Lobby bar closes at 1am! Entertainment- there was usually live music or some type of show until 11pm

5 Facilities where really nice and manicured 3 stars for food in general, breakfast was the best, we tried some of the a la carte restaurants like Bloved and Toscana, in one of them they offered grouper and gave us red snaper instead without telling us, The food in general was just like banquet hall food Very lame

Food- We thoroughly enjoyed the food at the adult buffet (Monday and Friday only for dinner; daily breakfast). Lunch at La Isla-chicken burger and potato wedges were our favorite. Dinner at Tao Cat was the best

We didn't realize until the end that there are 2 maids (morning & nightly turndown) who serviced our room. They provide water soda, beer, peanuts, oreos. Negatives - I wish there was a late night snack bar

Kept us entertained from our balcony most nights while we smoked cigars. Room- Very spacious and clean. The shower is large enough for 4 people and has double shower sprayer and rain head showers

The hotel grounds beach pool were beautiful, the rooms were average, beds not that comfortable, low grade finishes in bathrooms and rooms, the restaurants were average, but the food buffet (breakfast dinner) was excellent with plenty of variety

Love it! Nice Resort! Food is good and much variety, nice pools and beach, 5 of 5 star I’ll be back soon

New years eve Party was family friendly and a 10! Very fun and lively and free for guests. Scuba caribe snorkelling was great

Food was great, but we had couple of issues one the bathroom door had a crack, and rooms were clean but seemed a little old and couple of nights the fire alarm went off but otherwise we had a great time

I have been to newer RIU properties for eg RIU Ocho Rios in Jamaica and it was beautiful there. But RIU Punta Palace is nice too. But not as new as RIU Ocho Rios. Still enjoyed my time because the staff was wonderful

Over all the resort was great! The food was good! Customer Service was outstanding! The only thing the WiFi wasn’t that great. The Riu party was lit we definitely had a time! I would definitely stay again!

Maximo was wonderful at Quimera restaurant was helpful and attentive the entire experience! The rooms and the facilities were cleaned constantly and housekeeping did more than could be expected

What a beautiful place with great people. Alejandro upon arrival set the tone for a great stay. Ricardo always at the pool serving drinks to The Level guests creating a special experience

And Octavio in Mar y Sal was the definition of a professional. He was attentive, polished, and genuinely welcoming. Overall, great experience and beautiful environment!

DJ Carlos was great to talk with, and he kept the energy up. Jahaira, who we affectionately called "La Patrona", was always smiling and there to answer questions

There are really too many to name as everyone was just so consistently nice, going above and beyond to help improve our stay in any way they could

Martine and Ana at the spa are absolutely wonderful. Orlando was always there to ensure we had the best excursions planned while staying safe

Other than that, most staff were very friendly, as a woman i noticed I was treated poorly by some women staff while my husband had no issues at all

He is full of energy and great entertainer!!! We went with our while family and took our moms and we enjoyed our trip. Would recommend this resort to any families

Absolutely amazing high recommend it had everything you needed right on the resort without a doubt I will be returning back

Final Thoughts: The staff made this trip unforgettable—from the warm greetings at the entrance to the attentive service at reception, housekeeping, pool bar, coffee shop, and restaurants

Dining: Buffet options were somewhat limited, with a heavy focus on pork and fish. If you don’t eat pork, your choices may feel restricted, and steak or other meat dishes were rare. That said, the food was tasty overall

We just returned from an incredible week at Dreams La Romana Resort & Spa in the Dominican Republic, and we’re already talking about going back! We travelled from Canada and stayed in the Preferred Club — it was absolutely worth it

The people working at the hotel are all friendly and eager to serve. We enjoyed the chocolate that Marta Dino made for us every night, as well as Orquidea's attention to detail when cleaning our room

They made our whole family feel at home from day one. The drinks were fantastic (some of the best all-inclusive cocktails we’ve had), and the food was excellent for both adults and kids

The restaurants around the resort are fun to visit, but service seemed to be a bit slow and the food was always some version of what was being served at the buffet anyways, so the buffet was definitely our go-to

We arrived late in evening, staff is limited but we were able to get our room quickly. At the start, we received room on first floor and was very nice, renovated and clean but a few cockroach in our room

He helped arrange transportation and was always checking in to see if we needed anything. Luisito also had a fun little greeting he would do when he saw us a cheerful “cucú!” which always made us smile

We truly appreciated his care and attention during that time. We felt comfortable every single day because of him. We can wholeheartedly recommend Jose Luis Rodrigue — he does his job with so much care and kindness

He always made sure our room was perfectly clean and tidy, and he did his work absolutely spotless every single day. He was especially wonderful with our children — always friendly, warm, and playful

It became something we looked forward to hearing when we saw him travelling around the resort in his cart. Staff like Luisito really make a vacation memorable. Thank you for a great experience!
