It's a good and descent hotel to spend a night or two when in Cairo... Location is really nice. ..

It was a pleasant stay . Had booked and paid online. The room was clean and tidy. Nour was present at the reception and she was very helpful. I left the luggage after checkout with them as wanted to tour the city for a few hours. Will surely stay with them again soon. Go for it .

They opened a new branch in Adly Yaken street so we had to try it. It's suitable for short stay. It's smaller than the other branch and the rooms are smaller too. It's cozy but the triple room felt too packed maybe if they organized the furniture in a different way it would be better. The bathroom and whole place was clean. We asked for an airport pick up but our flight was delayed so they left, we had to wait an hour for them to come back. We were able to check in early which was nice, the hotel is inside another building on the 6th floor, the lift is ok if you're not claustrophobic. Could be intimidating if you are travelling alone, ask the reception staff to meet you on the street as they did for us. The room itself...

Value for money! The hotel owner is extremely nice and helpful. Its location is magnificent, walking distance from the main squares in Cairo. When I return, will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very modest. The only hotel where you had to sign a receipt for every glass. The food was modest, there was little fruit. All fish were delicious. Juices were natural in tetrapacks, and very tasty. For a first visit to Egypt, it's ok.

Set in the heart of Cairo town though in an old structure, this hotel has experienced and well mannered staff that ensure that the rooms remain sparkling clean. Besides, the facilities are working effectively and despite the bursting of the environment, the rooms are serene.

Great for what we needed and the price We stayed for one night as we had a flight that arrived late at night. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Location is a little in the middle of nowhere, but there is a shop 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The room could do with a bit of modernisation but for the price we paid and for what we needed, it was fantastic and we would definitely stay again...

First of all, I would like to say that the host, Ali, is a 10/10 guy. One of the nicest people you could ever meet and will go out of his way to do all within his capability to make your stay as comfortable as can be. The location of the property is great for a night's stay before a flight in the morning. The property is quite old however and is definitely in need of modernisation and a tidy up....

Living room is very cold. Temperature cannot be controlled. Shower cubicle is very small. The breakfast was delicious.

Needed place till 4 am flight and this place fit the bill. Nice rooftop restaurant with room service. I told proprietor liked jewel tone purple shirts. He said only front desk. They were very kind and prompt but while you're there, have them wifi.

Very suitable for one person to live in. There is breakfast, which is a simple meal, but you can see it. The eggs are fried fragrantly and the milk coffee is filling. It would be better if the geographical location is clearer. It is in the center of the city and a short walk from the museum. There is a delicious American pizza shop opposite.

The room is old, but the location is right next to Liberation Square. If you like nostalgia, this is a good choice, where you can see antiques collected by the owner from decades or even hundreds of years ago.

It's okay, I'll make do with it

Generally speaking, the location is not easy to find. It is located on the edge of the commercial street in the city center. It can be a bit noisy at night, but it is convenient for shopping and suitable for people who want to buy. The price/performance ratio is okay.

My trip to Egypt This place was nice, clean and comfortable with ac, hot water and tv with a balcony with a nice city view, the room was pretty big, employees were nice too.. walking distance to everything, stores, restaurants, Ramses train station, Tutankhamen museum, Nilo river and khan al Khalil bazar erected.. I really recommend it. I’ll definitely stay here again…

The rooms are villa-style, and the view from the Nile River view room was superb. The room was clean, and the staff's service was impeccable. The Egyptian massage and sunset cruise were also fantastic. It was such a wonderful hotel that I'd love to stay here again on my next trip to Aswan, Egypt.

Excellent location. On could take felucca or a motor boat to start a day trip. The hotel also offers free sunset cruising. All staff are friendly and restaurants are located at water front. Rooms are quite small though and bathroom is outdated. We enjoyed our stay of two nights.

Wonderful service - guard and porter at the front, efficient front desk, upgraded to a Nile room. Pool side was great with a view of the Nile, plenty of chairs and fresh towels,  although bar staff sometimes a little slow on drink and food refills this could be forgiven Buffet breakfast had a good selection including eggs made to order, staff very attentive Dinner selection was OK but again great service

The room was great! We were upgraded to a beautiful Nile River view. The staff were very nice. The only minor issue was a brief power outage before check-out on our last day.

Decent hotel in the city center.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the bedding was fresh. A big thank you to the staff for letting me leave my bag at reception until the evening, as I had a night bus to Cairo. The location is pretty good, not too far from the promenade once you get your bearings. I took a local mini-bus to the bus station, which was very convenient and cheap, especially since I only had carry-on luggage

A very strange hotel. We booked it just to catch a few hours of sleep before our night flight. The reception is in a different building. The room itself was located in a dark, dirty stairwell. The hotel has a direct sea view & the location is excellent, close to Stanley Bridge. The cost of accommodation is reasonable compared to other hotels in the same area. We stayed at the Jewel San Stefano for two nights. The pros: we loved the view of the Mediterranean from our balcony and the semi-private beach across the street. The cons: the sheet on our bed was dirty when we arrived, the water tank in our room only worked some of the time, and the breakfast had limited options.
