I paid for breakfast when booking, but for some reason the hotel didn't receive this information. They asked for an extra $10 for each breakfast, which affected the overall experience. The location is convenient, a leisurely two-minute walk from the room to the sea. The shower never ran dry.

The location is fine if you like walking, shopping and nightlife, because it is in the middle of the shops and cafes. Big NO for the ammount of food, some specialties are disappearing within minutes after the meal time starts and, also, disappointment about room cleaning. The stuff is friendly, the rooms are spacios, but old designed.

A classic resort with decent standard food. Overall, very comfortable. Lots of lawns and decent landscape. You want to come back to such places. On the negative side - very weak animation, designed to make people buy tickets to Naama clubs from them out of boredom. The sound system of the disco bar is decrepit and very cheap. Hello, it's so good resort with all confort. Evry year we came here and everytime all it's ok. The rooms are big and near swimingpool. All attention about the guest. It's in naama bay and the beach 3 minutes by foot. DO NOT NEED BUS OR TAXI. EXCELLENT

The hotel is situated on a hill with a beautiful view of Naama Bay. The rooms are renovated but unfortunately not very clean. There was no toilet paper in my room upon arrival. Eden Rock is the first hotel in Egypt that didn't provide beach towels. Cleanliness in the restaurant was poor; tables were dirty and were only cleared, not cleaned.

There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, no hot water, and the showers didn't work. There were bugs in the rooms, and hair and other debris on the floor, so it felt like the room wasn't well-cleaned. The doors were hard to open, and some of the cleaning staff were unfriendly. The breakfast wasn't very tasty either. However, the pool was nice.

Okay the only good think I’m gonna say about the hotel is the location and the staff in the morning were so helpful. But what I wasn’t impressed was how can a hotel have no internet in the room regardless of the price of the hotel. I booked this hotel because all I needed to do was sleep until I check into my other hotel, which had no availability for that night.

The room was old, the bed smelled, and the sheets had a bad odor. The hotel's only saving grace is its location. The staff were sometimes haughty; it felt like you were annoying them! The breakfast buffet wasn't good. There were a lot of guests from the Gulf region with significant etiquette issues. Avoid this place unless you only care about the location and are staying for a maximum of two nights

Stayed here at the start of an Intrepid tour. It's clean, the bed comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. Breakfast was perfectly decent, with omelettes made to order. It is scruffy in places, but good value. Location is very handy - there are Nile-side restaurants five minutes' walk away. It is noisy - even with windows shut they sound open. Egypt Adventure tour with Intrepid This was my final night in Egypt, I was travelling with an organised Intrepid tour to Cairo, Aswan and Luxor and was finishing my stay here and leaving for the airport during the early hours of the 31st December.
