The beds are super uncomfortable. The location is quite close to the pyramids. Nice golf court for golf fans, and a small swimming pool

Delighted with my 3-day stay! The hotel provided an amazing experience. The staff was exceptional, and the housekeeping department did a great job, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Overall, I thought the hotel was okay for a short stay, I only spent two nights there. The location is good and close to a variety of businesses

I loved it, very nice hidden gem, by the Nile bank, amazing view in the morning, breakfast was ok, service was ok, I recommend this place, and definitely I will stay there again

There are also 2 gift shops, a pharmacy, Starbucks and even a massage centre within the hotel premises. As it was winter, I did not have the chance to try out their pool

The bed linen was very dirty, which caused me to itch. The towels were dirty and stained. The bathroom amenities, like the shampoo and toothbrush, were of poor quality

The room is clean and spacious, however, being at the top most floor (Level 8), the water pressure was not too good. All the staff were very warm and welcoming. Safety is good with security checks done upon entry

The hotel is a value for money option in Cairo. They serve a plethora for the buffet breakfast and it was delicios. Dinner buffet spread choices were lesser in comparison to breakfast

Overall, it was a pleasant stay and would definitely be patronising them again

Arrived at 8 AM but check-in was at 3 PM. They let us check in at 2 PM since a room was available. The front desk service was just okay, not particularly welcoming. The breakfast buffet was quite good

The entire street is lined with various country embassies, which made me feel a bit safer staying there! It's also backed by the Nile River, offering visible and beautiful scenery!

I chose this hotel because it's located within the embassy district

And it is not exactly in the center of Zamalek. So you need to walk out around 10 min to the main shopping area. Their hotel is located at the embassy area which is safe

Food is good but 90% of the menu you are told sorry not available. No butter for bread and no jam. Pool is nice but close at 3pm. This is totally stupid in summer especially for guests with children

The hotel also arranged a tour for me to see the nearby tourist sites. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo

Room service is very limited but they do respond quite fast to any issue you report to the receptionist. The location though is superior, you are surrounded with every place your mind can think of

Good hotel with quiet room and beautiful garden, but room has too much dust especially under desk. Breakfast is simple, i almost can't have it as it start from 9:00AM, and recipient mostly are not there.

I enjoyed the stay , breakfast,view, trip to fayoum with the proffessional tour guide and if there is something bothers me in the room or in the breakfast I tell them about it and they quickly fix it, hope to see them again

The view from the roof terrace is breathtaking, and from there we have the sound and light show at the pyramids enjoyed several times for FREE

Clean space and close to the airport but hardest to get to the attractions. Staff could be a bit more friendly and room service could be better. For example for 3 people Accomodation they were only leaving 2 towels.

During my stay in Cairo, I found most places quite cold in winter, but this place had a heater, which was a relief. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable, so I had a good stay overall

I visited the new Grand Egyptian Museum near the Pyramids of Giza and it was 20 minutes by taxi. Just the Grand Hall and Staircase open so far but well worth a visit

Advising on areas to visit , called an uber for us to the market and back to airpirt! “don’t take taxi , they overcharge the foreigners”! Great advice ! Rooms were very clean and great after our long hours trip from Aswan

You can call to request more bottled water, and the breakfast is also good – but you need to go early for the best photo spots! I also requested the first shuttle to the Pyramids of Giza for the next morning at the concierge, which was super convenient

So tu sum it up get a pyramid view room, have dinner at 139 on the terrace and the view on the Pyramids compensates perhaps for you the missing history of the Hotel. I forgot the pool is for my taste to hot

This hotel is quite famous, with high ratings on Xiaohongshu and Trip. I arrived on an early flight and, just trying my luck, asked at the front desk if any rooms were available

To my surprise, they let me check into both rooms, and it was before 8 AM! I felt like I saved hundreds. Although the rooms are a bit old, they're well-maintained and very spacious

The main thing is that it is cheap, the store is a bit shady, and for other prices, you get what you pay for.

This boat has many floors and also is a hotel with accomodations for 1200 a night, all inclusive. There is a pool and all floors carry some sort of entertainment

Food was not very good with limited varities , the lunch and dinner were almost the same but the show for dinner is slightly better. However having the price into considrtion it can be a good average nile cruise choice
