If you’re looking for an unforgettable breakfast experience in Cairo, the Steigenberger Hotel is the place to be! From the moment we stepped into the dining area, we were captivated by the warm and inviting ambiance that perfectly blends luxury with comfort

I'd really suggest the hotel management try a sip of the cold water served by the waitstaff, then a sip of tap water in a guest room, and finally a sip of actual mineral water

At the reception Mohamed made me feel as if I’m a regular quest here, very professional super friendly. If I’m coming back again is cause they made me feel welcome and felt safe, as if they known me for ages

The breakfast spread was ample, but the cold water served by the waitress in a glass cup tasted distinctly like tap water, and I couldn't tell if it was even mineral water

Pool is very nice and breakfast buffet is incredible with all varieties you need, we enjoyed

The outdoor swimming pool was incredible too and I felt like a princess when I looked around at the Royal Kempinski Palace

My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary, we had a wonderful time. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. The staff were friendly and helpful

Rooms are spacious, new and clean, we had a balcony view to the pool and it was nice to chill in it at night. Overall, it was an outstanding experience

Room: the room was very large, however it was a weird arrangement because it was clearly a 2 double bed room pushed together to be a awfully wide king size bed, which means the plugs and light switches are at a weird locations

The hotel needs to up their game, I was allocated a room at check in which had already been occupied by another guest, you could imagine the surprise of myself and the guest when I tried to open the room at midnight

The reception gave me an upgrade, but the room wasn’t very clean it had stains in a lot of places, packaging of the tooth brush look like they date from the times of the Pharaoh

Resort is really good place to stay in and enjoy the holidays, with trees, plants, spa and swimming pool. Resort is very big in terms of land area. Only problem is the wifi is poor.

The swimming pool offers refreshing water on hot days, and there's a bar next to the pool. There's also table tennis, billiards, and a gym

The location is abit far from the cairo international airport but the distance pails when you arrive. The ambiance is wonderful for families. The room decor is beautiful and the private balcony is perfect

The only reason I gave it 5 points is that I stayed in four hotels in Egypt. The handsome receptionist at this hotel was the first one who saw that I was Chinese and used translation software to talk to me in Chinese

Nice hotel at 10 minutes from the pyramids. Air conditioned in many rooms didn't work. We were a group and many had the same problem. The pool area is very nice, it has a bar. The terrazce faces the pyramids, great view

We stayed in the room with pyramid view and the view is really amazing! Apart from that, it is far from the city center, so if you are coming here only for the pyramids, stay in the center of Cairo if you are going to visit the city
