The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was big and quiet, but the hygiene standards were far way from five star hotels. The bed linens smelled bad had stains and body hair on them
The room is large and comfortable and the staff is helpful too. We paid an extra fee for early check in the morning for cleaning ourselves and it is acceptable for that
The hotel is near the airport and we can get to the airport in early morning as we had an early flight. We had a welcoming drinks when we arrived and it was very good
Apparently they were not removed and replaced between guests
my mistake for not reading more reviews before booking. like most reviewed, it's a dated hotel beside an abandoned mall. loud music everyday from morning till wee morning, not for sound sensitive sleeper
cleanliness is questionable, the 2 drinking cups were dirty - 1 with hair, 1 with very visible stain. the staffs were the only commendable ones, with expectable service and friendliness, nothing beyond

Great service all around the hotel is spotless, the food hits, and having multiple restaurants inside is a huge plus. There are also tons of cafes and dining spots right nearby, so you’re never short on options
Good place, cozy, tasty food, friendly staff, a lot of activities can be done, wedding halls, sports bits and you can enjoy having different meals there at any time and delivery can reach them easily
We have spent the last 2 nights of our holiday in Egypt at Guard hotel and we selected it specifically as it was closer to the airport. But it turned out that it was an excellent stay
The location sits in a quieter part of Cairo, which for me was the only downside but honestly, for anyone chasing calm and comfort, that could be the perfect vibe
The room was very cosy and spacious and the bed was very comfortable and it was perfect for our last days as we were super tired after exploring Egypt
And the room was equipped with all the necessities and the service also awesome

It was a great way to start the day. What truly made the stay even better was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile
The biggest highlight was the hotel staff. Especially the reception desk with Rimon (I hope I wrote your name correctly) and other people working there
The shower missing the movable part, but it is still fine, but adding the movable part that allows washing the lower parts good, would be great. With a few more smaller things it would be 5/5
"We recently had the pleasure of staying at Santana Hotel in Egypt with my family, and it was truly a wonderful experience! The breakfast spread was exceptional, offering a diverse range of options that catered to all tastes and dietary preferences
I had a wonderful stay at Santana Hotel, made truly exceptional thanks to Rimon From the moment I arrived, Rimon was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely accommodating
He went out of his way to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable, always with a warm attitude and a willingness to assist

So far it's my favorite hotel in Cairo. We stayed for a day and we had access to the pool and gym which is usually limited for the very short stays in other places
Facilities: Well-equipped and quite modern. Cleanliness: Generally good, though the bed sheets felt a bit worn. Service: Very attentive and quick to respond
Mina for their warm welcome, excellent service, and for facilitating the check-in and check-out procedures. My sincere appreciation to them
Location: The location is quite good, similar to an embassy district, with a wide variety of shops nearby offering plenty of choices
A wonderful hotel with a beautiful panoramic view of the Nile. The staff was exceptional and their service was top-notch

The room is spacious and clean, the decor was fine, and the beds are comfortable. The pool is very good and it's heated, but it is very crowded as people just come in the afternoon and evenings for swimming lessons
It's a good place to go with kids. The only other problem was the big screen TV before the pool was very loud
I just needed a 30 seconds iron to freshen up a shirt that got wrinkles during travel, bit I had to call laundry, shell out 40 EGP and wait to get something this simple taken care of. Overall a decent, value stay
I suggest they should look into this. The only disappointing things was that had no irons/ iron board in the room
Overall average, but the price/performance ratio is OK
It's so attractive place and they have a corporate staff, i will back again to repeat my experience there...............

Had a very scary experience and the management and staff have been super incredible with their hospitality. The room, service, food, wifi and the list goes on is 10/10
I have been taken care of more than i can imagine and being alone in Egypt waiting to fly home to SA next week this has to be the best hotel i could have wished for. Thank you from cleaning staff to top management xxx
Small hotel but very nice service
When we stayed there the wifi was not working throughout the whole stay which was very inconvenient as we had just arrived from the airport and needed to book a lot of other places and do research for the rest of the trip
The bathroom was clean although it showed many signs of age. There is noise from the streets but that is Cairo. There is no double glazed windows but you can ask for a room in a higher floor which reduces the noise
The hotel is showing it's age, but i found my room comfortable, the air con was not too noisy, the mattress was comfortable the sheets crisp, and they gave us a king sized bed when we asked for one
The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the view was absolutely stunning in every way, they had a lot of amenities like a large swimming pool and a playground for the kids, the quality of them was great
Nice hotel good location , it’s renew but need little more care in towels
Filthy and the breakfast is forgettable, but at least the location is good.
[Best Value for Money] This hotel surprised me! For a few hundred dollars, I enjoyed a five-star experience. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and there was a complimentary minibar
The location is super convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the mall. The service was warm and attentive; I will definitely stay here again next time!
This hotel was amazing, it succeeded and went above our expectations

I love it, good location and great staff with great price, good option for friends and family
It was nice and clean but at night they room service to annoying me for sleep
But what does that have to do with a tourist who booked and paid for a service that wasn't provided? I booked for three days but checked out the very next day and moved to another hotel because there was no water in the bathroom
It would only be fair to refund the amount paid as an apology for the poor service, even if it was beyond their control. The staff, however, were excellent and are not to blame at all
Ms. Sahar is one of the best staff members I’ve met at the hotel. She is very polite, professional, and always willing to help. She made our stay much more comfortable. Thank you, Sahar.
This hotel is not suitable for families. What's worse is that there was no water, and the excuse given was that the entire area had a water outage

After the Fawlty Towers start, where we were escorted to our 3 bdrm apartment (wow!) and then told it was a mistake, moved to a room billowing cigarette smoke as we approached, and finally, taken downstairs, then up again to a smaller flat with a bit of a dank smell, we weren’t impressed
The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, but what really stands out is the staff – they’re incredibly kind, helpful, and always welcoming. Overall, a pleasant experience with no major issues
A nice and convenient place to stay, especially if you want to be close to everything in Maadi. The location is great, with shops, cafes, and essential services nearby
But the room & balcony were lovely, though the shower needed some maintenance. The next door cafes all serve food until late and the room has a fully-equipped kitchen
We were delighted to have tvs in the bdrm
& the living area. Staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our one night here,
That's great, they even upgraded the room for free.

Great Experience in Luxury Hotel and you will find warm welcome from professional staff with smile on their faces and my room was spacious with large balcony with pool view and the breakfast open buffet is very rich and the taste of the food is very delicious and the atmosphere is very nice and friendly and I recommend strongly this hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy his time
The hotel itself is very outdated and my girlfriend didn't really feel safe around all the men working there and staring constantly so we didn't feel like trying the pool
I was initially hesitant because of some older bad reviews, but I’m glad I gave this place a chance. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay
My third visit here, service from staff is of a very good standard, food vey good and plenty of choices, to pyramids and shops, will visit on my next visit to Egypt ,
It seems like the management has really improved things. I had a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to others now
Thanks Tripp for the endorsement

My stay at Oasis Hotel was truly excellent. The place is calm, comfortable, and perfectly located near everything I needed
The staff were very professional, kind, and quick to respond to any request, which made me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-organized, and had a pleasant atmosphere
I had a wonderful experience at Oasis Hotel❤️. The location is excellent and very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure I felt comfortable during my stay

Impecable cleaning room.
I was upgraded to a suite this time, which is definitely a plus. The hotel's main draw is its safety and expansive grounds; the gardens on a hillside are a rare green oasis in Cairo's often dusty environment
The hotel was really nice, we had a pleasant stay. Ahmed at the reception was awesome, he offered me a room upgrade and was always giving me tips and advice every time I asked a question. Will definitely stay there again
However, the hotel is undeniably old, and the facilities are quite dated. In the suite, one of the wall-mounted AC remote controls had its casing fall off. The breakfast selection was also limited
The front desk staff were great; they didn't make us wait until the afternoon to check in. The room was spacious and bright, even bigger than the one I had last time! 👍👍
The environment here is absolutely fantastic! It's rare to find so many green trees in a desert country. 👍 It's also very close to the airport

Golden Hotel is a great place in midtown Cairo. I booked for 4 nights initially. I liked this comfortable hotel and its very friendly staff, so I decided to stay for whole duration of my visit to Egypt - two months
This hotel is well established and centrally located in Downtown Cairo. Although it des not present well from the street ,it is well appointed once you reach front desk of 3rd floor via classic lift
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nabila, is a wealth of information on all things Egypt. He can also arrange tours and travel. The location in old downtown Cairo is ideal
It has a unique location suitable for the purpose of your visit since it's in the middle of the capital. If you are here for work, you can go anywhere easily
I've had many experiences with hotels in Cairo. I never found one that good for that price value. The rooms are always nice, clean, cozy and comfortable
Clean, convenient location, good rates, friendly helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel

The swimming pool was dirty and unusable. It was a miserable experience, the price was 915, but it was not bad because it was on the Nile River, facing west, and it was cool in the morning
It's not easy for taxis to spot because, from the street, it doesn't look like a hotel but rather the entrance to a public swimming pool! The hotel is a 25-minute walk from a metro station, passing through working-class neighborhoods
The bad points: The service is disappointing. If you don't ask, you're forgotten (towels, breakfast tray, terrace cleaning). On the other hand, every time I did ask, I received prompt and friendly service
Perfect place to stay and very friendly staff
Someone happened to be getting married at night, and I was forced to watch the wedding for free until 12 o'clock. I couldn't take a shower, the faucet was broken, and I didn't have the wifi to use my own data
Jewel Maadi Cabins and Club Hotel: The good points: A view of the Nile, which is very close, with a reed bed in the background and the lively atmosphere of passing fishing boats and a few tourist boats

Was welcomed with open arms and greeted with first class professionism. The service has been exemplary. And I stayed deluxe King suite with pyramids view and jacuzzi. I stayed 2 weeks and had the best of an experience
Great hospitality, friendly English speaking staff, owner was very kind. Deluxe King suite with pyramids view with the Jacuzzi was amazing. Best view of the pyramids, walking distance. Nice bar with the pyramids view
It's a one stop shop, you can get your excursions here as well at a great price without the hassle. Thank you Best View Pyramids Hotel and management ,Adam for special attention
Arrived late at 3AM, and was provided a much needed beverage by Ashraf, next morning a special breakfast so much more than I could eat, very authentic and delicious
Mahmoud made great drinks and George the driver was excellent. Definitely a place I would recommend. The view of the pyramids was perfect, sunrise and sunset
The bar was nice and the hotel was in a creditable location. Thank you much Best View Pyramids Hotel the best hotel in the area

The hotel also has a pool, a rooftop terrace, and a restaurant, which makes the stay very comfortable
A special thank you to the night-shift receptionist and the bellman, as well as Rana and Shimaa, for their kindness and professionalism. Their hospitality really made a difference during my stay
I would only mention, politely, that the rooms on the 4th floor are not as beautiful or updated as the others I stayed in, but the overall quality of the hotel remains very good
Friendly staff, clean and good for the price. On the down side the pool is almost 100% a public swimming pool that is used for lessons and races from 4:30am to 12pm, so there is shouting, whistles etc from 4:30am
Comfortable stay with warm Egyptian hospitality
I stayed 4 nights at Jewel Zamalek Hotel Cairo, in different rooms, and overall, I had a very good experience
On the first day of check-in, there was only a large bath towel in the room, and it was placed on a high shelf. 75 meter tall person had to stand on tiptoe to reach it

· The view was amazing!! the staff was wonderful. they took care of us, booked our tours for us, wonderful Included breakfast, we had dinner on the terrace as well! we would recommend to anyone
Great location to view the pyramids. The host is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. 30pm and he stayed up late to check us in the room. The hotel itself is beautiful inside the rooms
The hotel was always clean and with very punctual schedules (breakfast, for example). The terrace is the best, because you can see the pyramids and the sphinx, and it is a private terrace to enjoy the view
When we ran out of plans to do, because we finished the Tours earlier than planned, they were in charge of finding an option (we went on a safari in the Sahara, which was great)
Google's address was great at finding the hotel, we just needed to know the building number, 15/16. Our room was on the top floor, the fifth floor, all stairs and no elevator
I had problems with my luggage (it was lost at the airport) and Osama did not hesitate to arrange the return of my suitcase with the airline

In the old city of Cairo, the 12th floor is a hotel with a rooftop garden. It is very tasteful to see the whole city of Cairo
Nice place, friendly staff, supporting and they will help you in what you need. I was helping a friend to check in there and saw the rooms, the terrace and kitchen. It has card and board games to enjoy with friends
It is very quiet, the light is well blocked, and it is very good to rest! It is about a 10-minute walk from the Egyptian Museum, which is very convenient! The boss is very good
A simple and accessible hotel that offers everything you really need. Remember, this is a two-star hotel by Egyptian standards, so don’t expect luxury, but at this price it’s perfectly acceptable
I had a great stay here! The hostel is in a perfect central location — just a short walk to convenient stores, money exchange, and plenty of local restaurants
The atmosphere is relaxed and social, especially on the rooftop balcony where guests often hang out and chat in the evenings
The hotel location is 7 minutes walking from nearest Metro Station
The hotel was so perfect... The room was clean and tidy.... The hotel team is so friendly.... The value you gain is far over price
If you are looking for the maximum comfort at the lowest prices, this is your choice. At these prices, you will not find accommodations anywhere in Cairo that equals this place
Soft beds, very clean rooms, common areas and bathrooms. Great service, and English speaking staff, going that extra mile for your comfort
The hotel location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was good, clean, and had a nice street view
The only downside was that visitors are not allowed in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient for me

Great experience
I slept there fot two days before my exam in prometric.
Room was clean with all the necessary services you might want , receptionists were so welcoming
The Restaurant and Cafe attached to the hotel has high prices, so it's better to buy your food and drinks from the outside. ( I recmmend Talabat a delivery app, very useful in Egypt )
With your reservation you get to have breakfast included among the services (contains Mortadella "Luncheon meat", white cheese, vegetables salad, boiled egg, potatoe chips, and tea)
The hotel is clean and quiet, with a friendly staff. There's a free Wifi, a refrigerator in each room, and cleaning services
I liked it but there is one problem that it affords very bad food
