Wonderful budget friendly hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff! They have a few dedicated drivers/guides available to schedule for anything from a quick trip out to dinner to a full-blown all-day guided tour around Cairo

I left a tip on the first day for the cleaner, what they did is just add tissue box,soap and changed the towels but they didn't clean the room and another tip the next day, the tips were taken, but did not clean the room or even do anything so we had to inform reception to clean the room but also they didn't change the sheets, which was disappointing

The pool and seating area provide a peaceful environment to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet is varied and satisfying, offering a combination of Egyptian and international dishes

I had one day with nothing planned so I asked one of the drivers, Said, to show me around to his favorite spots and we had a great day full of handmade pottery, coffee and tea along the Nile, a little bit of shopping downtown and capped it off with a delicious feast of some amazing Egyptian food! I really felt welcome staying here for my 6 day trip - a truly unforgettable experience

The hotel’s location is convenient—close enough to key attractions without being in the middle of heavy traffic. It provides good accessibility to central Cairo while still offering a calm retreat from the city’s hustle

Arrived at 8 AM but check-in was at 3 PM. They let us check in at 2 PM since a room was available. The front desk service was just okay, not particularly welcoming. The breakfast buffet was quite good

The entire street is lined with various country embassies, which made me feel a bit safer staying there! It's also backed by the Nile River, offering visible and beautiful scenery!

I chose this hotel because it's located within the embassy district

And it is not exactly in the center of Zamalek. So you need to walk out around 10 min to the main shopping area. Their hotel is located at the embassy area which is safe

I absolutely loved everything!!! It's clean, the grounds are huge, and there are a la carte restaurants. I did miss a decent coffee machine at breakfast, but that's just nitpicking

Otherwise, it's excellent for the price

I like the location of the hotel, opposite the Grand Egyptian Museum. The room is much bigger than the one in the city center, and the bathroom is big and good

The location is close to the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, but very far from the airport. You can use Didi (a ride-hailing app); the driver was happy to accept a ride for 500 Egyptian pounds, no more

The internet is fast and reliable, and the pool towels service is well organized. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel

Hotels of this size stand out when they have remarkable staff like these two gentlemen. The food was outstanding, the swimming pool area was excellent, and every aspect of the service exceeded our expectations

The outdoor pools were not heated and unused, whilst the pool in the spa is a lovely warm temperature

Fantastic hotel. The staff were so kind and too care of all our needs. The kocation entrance can be slightly tricky for user drivers but if you let 5hem know in chat where exactly you are, I helps considerably.

They were very helpful and showed me around the hotel, and honestly, I felt a level of care I haven't experienced at any other hotel. I signed up for the gym and will definitely renew my membership

The hotel is located in the city center. We only stayed one night in the hotel and the front desk free upgraded us to a deluxe room. Though the room was a bit dated, but it was clean and spacious

In October 2025, we spent two nights at the Steigenberger Pyramids Cairo. The room was comfortable and looked out over the pyramids and the new Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM)

Egyptian falafel, unlike the Syrian falafel that we get in the States, is made with green lentils and in our opinion is much tastier and not as dry as Syrian falafel

The downside? It also looked out on the highway so was fairly noisy. But, hey we were jet lagged, so that did not pose too much of a problem

The breakfast buffet had just about anything one could desire, including cold hibiscus tea and Egyptian falafel

I stayed in this hotel about five months ago and it was still under construction or now I am happy with what I saw because it is one of the most beautiful places around nature and the staff are very friendly and a normal luxury restaurant of the highest quality has been established I think its name is Tasty Walpole also was wonderful

We stayed at the hotel for the last night. We were going to visit the Pyramids the next day, so we decided to stay near the scenic spot so it was easy to walk there. The pyramid view room is a bit noisy near the roadside

The hotel is located next to the Giza Pyramids scenic area. You can see the pyramids from the room. The parking lot is in the yard downstairs and it is quite dusty

There were also lots of food options at breakfast there is a buffet at the neighboring steigenberger hotel (both campus' are connected) and for lunch and dinner there is a restaurant behind the pool

We stayed in the room with pyramid view and the view is really amazing! Apart from that, it is far from the city center, so if you are coming here only for the pyramids, stay in the center of Cairo if you are going to visit the city

My stay at Mamluk Pyramids Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is clean, cozy, and beautifully designed with an authentic Egyptian touch. The staff were polite, helpful, and made me feel comfortable

Of course they are very kind people but it’s just a hassle for customers. Another issues we encounter is the poor wifi connectivity and that gets into our nerves

It's exceptionally clean and tidy, the staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are comfortable, on par with standards expected of a good mid-range hotel chain

If I had to mention a minor point, the rooftop restaurant is quite expensive, with many dishes priced around 70-80 RMB. Luckily, more affordable dining options like KFC and Pizza Hut are conveniently located nearby

Good place to stay in Cairo. Clean, good breakfast, laundry at a very good price, good location, and kind staff. My only suggestion would be higher-quality towels

The pool is warm, but we didn't swim. There are no sun loungers, just plastic chairs. In the evening, local children trained there. Breakfast is normal, delicious Turkish coffee (but you have to ask the waiter)

Next to the hotel (where the pool is) there are playgrounds for children, something like a mini amusement park for kids - cars, a train and something else (worn out, but the children still enjoy it)

I don't know how many times I have stayed at this hotel. It is very convenient and close to the airport. There are also many delicious foods nearby. A hotel worth recommending. And it is very safe. Recommended!!!

There were not enough plug points in the room. The washroom had thr necessary amenities but there is no jet spray to use after using commode. We used the same towels for 4 days

The hotel's location is excellent, right near the Grand Egyptian Museum and not far from the pyramids. Getting a taxi is very convenient. The room was clean and well-equipped, and even had a balcony

This hotel, part of a Chinese state-owned enterprise, has a friendly lion statue at the entrance – a pleasant surprise, like meeting an old friend in a foreign land! The two young Chinese managers were very warm and attentive, and the Egyptian staff were also very polite

The surrounding area is quiet, and the streets are clean and tidy, which made for a very pleasant and relaxing stay. What truly touched me was the Chinese food here! The flavors were authentic and incredibly satisfying

The Jewel Sports City and Aqua Park offered a remarkable experience for us as a family. The rooms provided were comfortable and well-maintained for a pleasant stay. I cannot praise the housekeeping staff enough

the hotel was super quite at night. Room was very tidy and clean, good AC. It was a little small, but for a 1 person it was ok. they told me it is not available. Breakfast was not the best but does the job

However, the reception staff need to be more professional, improve their customer interactions, and show more attentiveness. Other than that, everything was great—the room, the view, everything deserves 5 stars

Some rooms are dated esp the ones in the old part of the hotel, bathrooms are challenging and shower poorly designed. Front desk reception and porters were very good. AC was ok but noisy, pool was clean, decent and warm
