The location is great for anyone who wants to explore downtown Cairo. It’s close to several important places, including the Nile. The hotel is clean, and the staff are so kind and friendly, especially the team in charge of the breakfast service. Just one small note: the photos on the website don’t fully reflect the reality of the hotel (not 100%).

Room was generally clean and spacious. They just need to make sure the sheets/linen are clean, hairs and moldy stains are seen in the sheets. No elevator. 3 flight of stairs.

The cleanliness should really be improved as well as the basic equipment of the room (had to ask for towels, no bed covers, no shower gel/shampoo, no breakfast). Relative to price, it's a very good hotel. Simple breakfast. Each room has an air conditioner, minibar and TV. Private bathroom with shower and clean white towels. Location is very good.

Had a little trouble finding the entrace, it was located on the third floor of a building complex. Would be nice to include a picture of the exterior entrance in the hotel description. You can specify the breakfast time and request what you want to eat. You have to request room cleaning, such as changing bath towels and emptying the trash. The location is very good. The staff has been very helpful in taking care of all our requests. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast was sumptuous. Only suggestion is they can put a billboard of the hotel on the ground floor of the building in which the hotel is located, with the floor number mentioned in it (the hotel is on the 4th and 5th floors of the building).

Only came to dine after exploring the Grand Bazaar. The reception desk was so kind and accommodating. The hotel is old but the staff was nice. There were no towels in the room. In order to go to the front desk at check-in, you have to climb the stairs to the 4th floor.

Good room with affordable cost but the room needs some fixes and cleaning, the closed is literally broken and you have a stupid chair too, I don't know why they don't fix these small things, they won't cost them more than $60 or so, and the same for the bathroom, it just needs some small fixes, that's all.

It was a pleasant stay . Had booked and paid online. The room was clean and tidy. Nour was present at the reception and she was very helpful. I left the luggage after checkout with them as wanted to tour the city for a few hours. Will surely stay with them again soon. Go for it .

They opened a new branch in Adly Yaken street so we had to try it. It's suitable for short stay. It's smaller than the other branch and the rooms are smaller too. Simple place, if you waiting fancy stuff, definitely this place is not for you, if you don't mind with it and just wanna a place to crash by, it's worth cause of location. Islam is a truly gentleman. Entering the hotel lobby, you feel old Cairo and you could see who stayed there in the 60’s and 70’s. If you want to really experience Cairo you have to stay downtown Cairo and at the old hotels. The hospitality of the staff may not be 5star, but it is certainly genuine.

The room is relatively large, but it is difficult to find. It is next to a large carousel, so if you take a taxi, it is best to locate the pharmacy. Otherwise, it will be difficult to park and find the hair dryer. You have to go to the front desk to get it.

Rahoma is the kindest man I've known, he even drove us to a very good essence oil expert for shopping and also gave us free breakfast. the rooms are very good with air con and en suite bathrooms. The best part of the place is the panaromic view of the pyramids, you cant get enough of this view ever.
