Cairo, 118 Mohammed Farid, Frist Floor (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The location is great for anyone who wants to explore downtown Cairo. It’s close to several important places, including the Nile. The hotel is clean, and the staff are so kind and friendly, especially the team in charge of the breakfast service. Just one small note: the photos on the website don’t fully reflect the reality of the hotel (not 100%).
Room was generally clean and spacious. They just need to make sure the sheets/linen are clean, hairs and moldy stains are seen in the sheets. No elevator. 3 flight of stairs.
Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff was really appreciativep p(all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in cairo. The breakfast was absolutely palatable. The location was perfect, everything was nearby except pyramid. Everything is available by hotel just make sure to bring ...
The cleanliness should really be improved as well as the basic equipment of the room (had to ask for towels, no bed covers, no shower gel/shampoo, no breakfast). However, it is very well located and I would like to give a special mention to one of the ladies at reception who went out of her way to keep my bag after check out while I visited Cairo. The room are cheap so you shouldn't expect a 5*, however...
Centrally located , very convenient, cosy room. it would have been better had there been a mirror and a dustbin in the room and a hook to keep the towel in the bathroom. The service is very good. Break fast and coffee are fine. The service of staff especially Mr. Bishnoy and miss Nourhan are excellent. .

Amazing Service and a lovely team. Rooms are always very clean thanks to Ms.Nada and her Team. You can easily book ur room by calling the recpetion.
Staff was extremely nice despite any annoyances we caused and the beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were very nice compared to the price
Amazing place with a wonderful staff 😊😊😊
Relative to price, it's a very good hotel. Simple breakfast. Each room has an air conditioner, minibar and TV. Private bathroom with shower and clean white towels. Location is very good.
Not so bad comparing the price but for one night only
nice place and the top restaurant is amazing and reasonable prices and serve alcohol

Cheap price for a decent motel. Looks sketchy at first, but room was nice, breakfast nice but didn’t start until 8am. If you need toilet paper just ask. English is limited but used google translate. In downtown convenient to places. It does have street noise most of the night like most hotels in Cairo. Has a great atm with no fees about 100 ft from motel. (Don’t use the closest one-it has fees). ...
This hotel offers excellent service and is very considerate. Whenever I go on a business trip to Cairo, I always prefer to stay at this hotel! It is definitely worth recommending!
The best part of this hotel is the owner and his staff. They are so accommodating, helpful and very hospitable. We felt so welcomed and safe coming from Canada. We would definitely stay again if we had the opportunity. Thank you Khaled and your team at The Location Hotel!
The location was perfect the staff was amazing
Had a little trouble finding the entrace, it was located on the third floor of a building complex. Would be nice to include a picture of the exterior entrance in the hotel description. Other than that, the room was great and staff were friendly. Was offered tea/coffe upon arrival. The breakfast was a simple and hearty local Egyptian platter, which I really enjoyed.
Everything was fine.It was a perfect stay.Bed was comfy.Breakfast was excellent. All staff were excellent. They are very helpful, always smiling.I would like to especially mention two of them:Mohammed Alaa-Zyad. They were very kind and helpful Whenever I needed something they tried their best to solve the problem.Among others Nevin was also kind. One thing that impressed me the most was we had to chek...

You can specify the breakfast time and request what you want to eat. You have to request room cleaning, such as changing bath towels and emptying the trash. It was nice that the plugs didn't need to be changed. There's a hotel sign at the entrance, but it's on the 5th floor, so it's difficult to get there without the elevator. Be careful with the elevator; there's no door when going up, so don't get...
The hotel is in a great, central location, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good and plentiful. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available.
Excellent service prime location not expensive highly recommended if you are on a budget to be in this hotel close to everything
The location is very good. The staff has been very helpful in taking care of all our requests. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast was sumptuous. Only suggestion is they can put a billboard of the hotel on the ground floor of the building in which the hotel is located, with the floor number mentioned in it (the hotel is on the 4th and 5th floors of the building).
2-day family stay Very close to Tahrir Square. On the 5th floor of the building. Having 3 beds in the room is positive for a family with children. Breakfast on the balcony is nice. Staff is helpful.
Pros: - there was an attentive staff and an friendly staff. Cons: I reserved a room with queen beds and breakfast. - triple single bed assigned. I would've not reserved it if it were single beds. - Breakfasts instructed to be delivered to our room 8:30 in the next morning but never delivered after long wait. Keep saying five more minutes though, there were no meal for guests. So breakfasts were not...

An incredible Hotel's experience. the themed suites and the roof top restaurant in the heart of old Cairo are exceptionally beautiful
What an experience staying at this amazing hotel!! The rooms have a classic flare of traditional Islamic decor and architecture. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location is unbeatable as you are in the heart of "The Great Street" and just steps away from the busy bazaar. The only reason for giving them 4 stars on location is that there are restaurants next to the hotel that...
Le Riad Hotel de Charme has an interior exactly as shown in the photos, and the staff are well trained and very professional. It is a beautiful and well-maintained property. However, the surrounding area was extremely noisy. Loud music was played on the street until around 2:00 a.m., and the sound echoed inside the room, making it feel like being inside a concert hall. For travelers who want a quiet...
Only came to dine after exploring the Grand Bazaar. The reception desk was so kind and accommodating. Our waiter, Mohammed K was the best- attentive, great recommendations on food options and made for an overall wonderful experience. Location is perfect- away enough from the chaos but close enough to feel the vibe! Food was really tasty too.
A real blast from the past … amazing … authentic and very unique hotel with 17 suites each one is different that the other and tells different story … ana amazing fine dining restaurant on the roof top and just wonderful staff … very recommendable
I went to Zeeyara restaurant on the roof of the hotel, in the middle of Almoa'z Street .. Such a beautiful scenery, cozy place, delicious meals & deserts, together with a nice helpful staff😊❤️💫.. Highly recommended

Cairo, 26th of July Street, Zamalek (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Comfortable stay with warm Egyptian hospitality I stayed 4 nights at Jewel Zamalek Hotel Cairo, in different rooms, and overall, I had a very good experience. The location is excellent—right by the Nile and close to other well-known hotel brands. The rooms are large and well-equipped, with facilities such as a fridge, a hair dryer, dressing gown, and balcony. The hotel also has a pool, a rooftop terrace...
It's so beautiful, so neat ♥️
On the first day of check-in, there was only a large bath towel in the room, and it was placed on a high shelf. A 1.75 meter tall person had to stand on tiptoe to reach it. There is a 25-meter long swimming pool downstairs, which was what I booked when I booked the hotel. But it is actually a public swimming pool. When I checked in on the first day, there were dozens of children and several coaches...
The location is great, in the city center, surrounded by prosperity, compared to other areas in Cairo, it is really good, the hotel breakfast is also ok.
Basically, it's OK. It may be a problem of voice communication. Many people don't speak English very well. Generally speaking, the service attitude is very good and friendly. The location is very good. It's convenient to go anywhere when you are bored. The hotel is a bit old, but you can see the antique shadows, with British colonial and Turkish styles. My room was OK on the first day, but I don't...
Hotel in the center, close to shops and bars, but on the main road, so it's noisy 24/7. They don't have earplugs at the reception and the balcony doors don't close, so it's hard to sleep. The hotel is clean, the service is friendly. Breakfasts are average for a 4*, plus there's no coffee (only Nescafe sachets) and plastic cutlery, which I've never seen before. For 1-2 nights it's ok, for longer stays...

It’s def not the ritz but the staff is very kind. I’ve stayed in a lot worse places over the years but they could def improve on cleanliness. The bathroom smelled terrible. But location is good and the price is very fair. Very close to Tahrir square in downtown and a good place to stay if you are visiting the Giza pyramids as a budget traveler
This is one of the most great hostels I stayed in The staff are very friendly and helpful specially anas he is really helping me so much The place is totally clean and they care so much of what you need the price also is really good for the service they provide I totally will come again and recommend it for all my friends
Beautiful stay! Amazing staff and service. Love everything about this hotel
The hotel is old but the staff was nice. There were no towels in the room. In order to go to the front desk at check-in, you have to climb the stairs to the 4th floor.
We like this hostel overall , but we don't like the check-in process, as the hotel lobby is on the 6th floor, no access from the ground floor unless you have an access card, which you'll get after you check-in.  Free breakfast is served, with great coffee and tea, basic but nice. Parking is right by the street, but you need luck to find one. This hotel is only minutes away from the famous and must...
Good room with affordable cost but the room needs some fixes and cleaning, the closed is literally broken and you have a stupid chair too, I don't know why they don't fix these small things, they won't cost them more than $60 or so, and the same for the bathroom, it just needs some small fixes, that's all.

It's a good and descent hotel to spend a night or two when in Cairo... Location is really nice. ..
It was a pleasant stay . Had booked and paid online. The room was clean and tidy. Nour was present at the reception and she was very helpful. I left the luggage after checkout with them as wanted to tour the city for a few hours. Will surely stay with them again soon. Go for it .
They opened a new branch in Adly Yaken street so we had to try it. It's suitable for short stay. It's smaller than the other branch and the rooms are smaller too. It's cozy but the triple room felt too packed maybe if they organized the furniture in a different way it would be better. The bathroom and whole place was clean. The street itself was too noisy at night unlike where the other branch is but...
We asked for an airport pick up but our flight was delayed so they left, we had to wait an hour for them to come back. We were able to check in early which was nice, the hotel is inside another building on the 6th floor, the lift is ok if you're not claustrophobic. Could be intimidating if you are travelling alone, ask the reception staff to meet you on the street as they did for us. The room itself...

A decent hotel, though let down by poor managerial communication. We particularly appreciated Mr. Ahmad, who was very friendly and amazing.
The place was very good, and it's strategically located close to the metro, bus station, and the Egyptian Museum. There are also many restaurants nearby. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The room was tidy and beautiful, exactly as pictured. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.😍😍❤️❤️🤗
Hotel comfortable and localised in exilente place i recomended
Excellent location near Tahrir Square / Egyptian Museum and Sadat Metro Station. Staff were excellent in particular the manager Mr Ahmed receptionist Alaa and house keeping Azze. Breakfast was good. 7 floors reception and communal lounge on top floor. We had a wonderful stay. Close to Road 9, many restaurants, pharmacy, market. A friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location and very walkable neighborhood. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
Staff were super nice and service oriented. Room service food was good. Hotel was quiet and in a great location. Thank you
Good Overall and the people are nice there.

Entering the hotel lobby, you feel old Cairo and you could see who stayed there in the 60’s and 70’s. If you want to really experience Cairo you have to stay downtown Cairo and at the old hotels. The hospitality of the staff may not be 5star, but it is certainly genuine.
The room is relatively large, but it is difficult to find. It is next to a large carousel, so if you take a taxi, it is best to locate the pharmacy. Otherwise, it will be difficult to park and find the hair dryer. You have to go to the front desk to get it.
Room didn’t have tools, shower no curtain, make sure to have your own soap and shampoo. Room was extremely cheap, and was worth the price.
True flavor of downtown Cairo! This was downtown Cairo. The hotel actually started on the 6th floor. Elevator and entrance needed a good cleaning to say the least. Good location if you have business in Cairo Room service is a little slow. Breakfast service is very slow and unpleasant. Room cleaning is good The internet service is very bad and there is no solution for it If you are staying for work and just need a place to sleep, it is fine.

Very good hotel at the center of Cairo , the room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of Talaat Harb street .
Very suitable for one person to live in. There is breakfast, which is a simple meal, but you can see it. The eggs are fried fragrantly and the milk coffee is filling. It would be better if the geographical location is clearer. It is in the center of the city and a short walk from the museum. There is a delicious American pizza shop opposite.
the location of this hotel is horrible.
The room is old, but the location is right next to Liberation Square. If you like nostalgia, this is a good choice, where you can see antiques collected by the owner from decades or even hundreds of years ago.

Room was clean and organized well. Hosts were very kind and helpful for all things Egypt. Breakfast was amazing and the pyramid views from the terrace are incredible.
The rooftop terrace offers a fantastic view of the pyramids. You can even have the sunset all to yourself. Breakfast on the terrace is also great. You can drink beer and get water. The owner and staff are very kind.
