Staying at new hostgram hotel is always a lovely experience. Mr. Emad the place's owner is very nice and welcoming. The place is quiet and very private. They have cute little birds in the balcony that you love waking up to. Overall it's a great experience. Highly recommended
It's okay, I'll make do with it
Generally speaking, the location is not easy to find. It is located on the edge of the commercial street in the city center. It can be a bit noisy at night, but it is convenient for shopping and suitable for people who want to buy. The price/performance ratio is okay.
My trip to Egypt
This place was nice, clean and comfortable with ac, hot water and tv with a balcony with a nice city view, the room was pretty big, employees were nice too.. walking distance to everything, stores, restaurants, Ramses train station, Tutankhamen museum, Nilo river and khan al Khalil bazar erected.. I really recommend it. I’ll definitely stay here again…
Great place, reasonable cost, and perfect location.
Staff are very friendly ☺️

This hotel looks old, my room is fine, almost empty while I stayed there. It’s a main traffic area so it’s noisy all day long.
I stayed at the hotel for three days. It's a great place for price/value.
Location #1. Just a few steps from the Nile River. With a wonderful restaurant on the bank. Good quiet place to have breakfast (if you prefer it to the (decent) hotel breakfast) or lunch. Walking distance to the Cairo National Opera, and a must visit if there are any performances. There I saw the Chinese Ballet and it was really...
Great time
Wonderful Stay -Great Staff especially the front office,Every body is very helpful and smiling while the hotel is quiet and very clean ..Thank you
We urgently needed a room on 1st January as one of us was unwell. They gave us an early check-in and breakfast. The hospitality was unmatched and total value for money.
Very convenient location. Great staff and very clean I would come back and stay again
Amazing Location in the centre near the river. But it's the friendly staff that makes the difference. All people in the hotel are so nice and friendly especially Mr Sami who makes so much of an effort to please you. Thank you Mr Sami for everything you have done. It is quiet, clean and you feel safe. Breakfast is much more you can eat I feel sorry to waste that much food. Hotel is great value for the...

Cairo, 15 Talaat Harb (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is in a key location, making it easily accessible to all the major sightseeing. The room itself was nice, but one drawback is that the walls are very thin you can clearly hear noise from nearby rooms and even the reception area. Additionally, there was no name board outside the building, which caused delay in finding the place. I would advise the management to display a proper signboard for...
The customer service at Regency Inn is truly outstanding. Bebo, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, demonstrating just how fortunate the inn is to have such dedicated employees. Additionally, the homemade breakfast was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great experience.
Great value for money.
We spend two nights at Regency Inn and it was definitively a good choice.
Room was very spacious and spotless clean.
But what makes the difference is the staff. Basma and her colleagues were very attentive and professional, always willing to help us. Totally recommended.
Take a front room with a balcony. Nice room, hotel located right in the city center. Courteous and friendly staff. Ready to help us. Pleasant stay. Comfortable bedding. It's important to take a room overlooking the street. Fridge.
Pluses:
1) Location. It is located near Tahrir Square, so most places of interest are nearby. However you might have some difficulties finding it. There would be no super-clear sign, you have to look at the signboard on top of building entrances. You may find place called "Felfela" easily (Btw it's a nice street food), hotel is on the left to it. In daytime there might be a shop on the first floor...
Great place to stay. Mohamed and Ahmant made our stay easy. They were very helpful with everything we needed, the even helped us to get our PCR test for our trip back.
The room was nice and matched the pictures. I will definitely recommend this little hotel to anyone looking for an affordable stay in the heart of El Cairo.

For what we paid, excellent quality and service
Do not judge a book by its cover is the best explanation to describe Lotus hotel.
At first look from the outside it doesn't seem appealing, you finally get into the elevator and it has no doors and you might be wondering what have i gotten myself into.

This is a lovely hotel nestled in the heart of Cairos CBD. The hotel reception is amazing and very helpful. We had a car and guide booked for the pyramids. His name was Ahmed, and he was amazing. He spent the entire day with us and even took us to try out the best local Koshary in Egypt. 🇪🇬The hotel is close to all the shops and gives you a true Cairo experience. Not far from the Nile River , there...
Tha property has been refurbished but it has lost its old charm and its old management and staff. The airport pick up didn't work which was a bit of a hussle but at least the staff at the reception desk apologized.
Strategic location, cleanliness is maintained and service is quite good

good location, friendly staffs, good service
This hotel is right in front of the pyramids. It's about a 40-minute taxi ride from the airport. Although I arrived quite early, I was able to check in. Eating breakfast on the terrace while gazing at the pyramids is simply the best. The shower in the room was a bit broken, but it was still usable, so it was acceptable. The front desk staff were kind, and there was no forceful solicitation for tours...
Excellent location. Breakfast morning dining with best view of the pyramids. Highly recommended! Room comfortable. After searching and finally found this hotel that can accommodate 5 pax per room. Hotel staff helpful and responsive. Easy check in too. Must try their delicious falafel during the morning breakfast.
Great views of the pyramids from balcony and breakfast rooftop cafe. Rooms simple but clean with towels and toiletries included.
Great location with views from the rooftop restaurant of the pyramids 😊

The room was in good condition but the bathroom had a very strong sewage smell that was very disturbing and gave me a bad headache, even with the bathroom door closed. I reported it to reception so I hope they do something about it.
Very nice & classic hotel located cairo City-Center, Front of one of the Most famoust statuts in Egypt. Many thanks for the nice reception team & Houskeeping . We had nice clean Room with balcony, we were satisfied in this hotel. Many thanks to Joyce, Rim , Ahmed & Reda.
A good choice if you want a city centre location for a couple of nights, I chose it because it was close to Ramsis Railway Station... Problem arises because there are no external signs to tell you where it is and also one of the photos of it is not of the correct building but one across the other side of the ''square'', luckily one of the local shop keepers recognised the name and pointed me back...

Cairo, 42 talaat.harb (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Location is very good, walking distance to Tahir Sq. wanted somewhere to sleep for a few hours and have a shower as my flight landed at 3am. So it was for that sole purpose. Got what I paid for and thus cannot complain. Do not have high expectations, this place is a hotel only by name. Arrived at 4am and check out at 11am.
Room small in downtown. Nearby so many restaurants and shops. Easy to go everywhere
The hotel us in center, but need to search for the address carefully, the place is near everything , have small lift, it's OK for one to 2 nights but not longer as u can hear the voices of pple, and the toilet makes a bad smell
Well located, on a street with a lot of atmosphere and food and metro areas. Also in the room you can't hear the noise from the street.
They upgraded me to have a private bathroom, even though it was really small. Reception staff my friendly. Normal cleaning
It is one of the best places in Cairo for environments and services. I highly recommend seeing Cairo.
It is very comfortable and convenient and easy acess on the main road.

Not the nicest hotel but you can’t beat the location. Breakfast seems to be served once and not replenished even if it is mostly all taken.
There was someone else's hair on the bed linen when we checked in.
It was gone by breakfast at 9 a.m. (The photo is what we managed to find).
The view from the room was of ruins.
But the view from the hotel rooftop is good.
Title: Great Pyramid view, but be aware of hidden charges and pushy tips.
Pros:
• Friendly Staff: A senior security guard was very helpful and assisted us with an early check-in at 8 AM. Also, the two male staff members working on the rooftop were the kindest people in the hotel.
• Hot Water: It takes a while to heat up, but once it starts, it works well.
Cons:
• Unreasonable Fee Request: We initially...
Great location! You can see the pyramids from the rooftop, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the ticket office. Breakfast was basic but filling.
The cheaper rooms have no windows, so they feel closed in! I was bedridden for two days with diarrhea, and not having a window is depressing, lol.
The room is surprisingly spacious.
The shower water smells a little. (The water in Cairo smells bad, but this was the smelliest compared to other hotels.)
And the view from the rooftop is amazing!!!!
The breakfast was the most inedible I've had in Egypt
I was impressed by the super beautiful view of the pyramids from my room! There is another hotel in front of it, so it's not perfect, but it was more than enough!

Let me start saying that I tend to be picky and pretty difficult to please but hands down to this hotel!
Food at breakfast was great with loads to choose from. Friendly staff. Awesome location (despite the filth in the roads) and what a view! All in all an awesome stay.
Really can’t understand the negative reviews!

Helpful owner 😃 and very welcoming

Breakfast is fantastic

Room rate also is very nice 👍
normal number. there was a one cockroach in the room. The inside of the kettle is very dirty. You can stay for one - two day, but not longer. The air conditioner was broken, but it was fixed. The girl who made breakfast and cleaned the room was very nice. There is a refrigerator. sometimes the water disappeared. Twice the light went out for an hour. Wi-Fi is available in the room.

How would I rate this hotel? Like any other chain hotel, the service is decent. They offer free luggage storage, and the hotel gives you two bottles of water and a pack of cookies. There are toiletries and disposable slippers provided. The bedding isn't new but it's clean. There's no strange smell in the room, but it's just too close to the road, so you can hear the traffic noise. Breakfast has only...
The staff are good, but the hotel has soundproofing issues. The windows are flimsy, so there's constant road noise, plus construction work goes on late into the night nearby. On top of that, there was renovation work happening in the next room for several nights in a row, making it almost impossible to get a good night's sleep. There are also cleanliness problems: the fridge was dirty, there was dust...
The front desk, we have the best guy, named Mr Shawadi, the restaurant, we have Mr Hassan. We will always miss you guys and will be back again soonest to see you guys again.
I was traveling solo as a woman, and this hotel was absolutely perfect! The location was amazing, with breathtaking views of the pyramids from both my room and the restaurant. Plus, the entrance to the pyramids was only about a 15-minute taxi ride away. The room itself was spotless, no complaints there. Breakfast was a buffet with made-to-order waffles and omelets, which was a lovely touch. The staff...
Cleanliness: The hotel is relatively new and clean! The front desk service is good.
Environment: You can see the pyramids from outside the hotel, but it's a bit of a walk to get to the entrance. You can enjoy views of the pyramids during breakfast. The owner even took photos with us, which was nice. The main dining area seemed good, but we didn't have time to try it.
The hotel is new and the staff are very friendly. They helped me with my luggage, and when my Uber driver got lost, they even used their phone to call them for me. The only downside was that the water heater for the room next door was inside my closet. A guest took a shower at 4 AM, and the machine was so loud it woke me up. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Great customer service nice rooms. Also really affordable. I dont think there's heating for winter time though. Location is right in the centre which is great
It's a boutique hotel at an excellent location at Cairo city centre. If it wasn't for the dirty and dangerous building entrance I would have given it four stars. The place is not suitable for old people and families with kids.
The room is spacious and clean. It overlooks the city main road, however, the ceiling is peeled and unhealthy.

Good hotel, excellent location in the center of the country, for a stay for two or three days
The staff is a bit too uncooperative, each floor has one landline to the reception and the 2nd floor line isn't working. Ordering anything from the reception is challenging and once you order there's a huge chance they won't do it.
