Staying at new hostgram hotel is always a lovely experience. Mr. Emad the place's owner is very nice and welcoming. The place is quiet and very private. They have cute little birds in the balcony that you love waking up to. Overall it's a great experience. Highly recommended

It's okay, I'll make do with it

Generally speaking, the location is not easy to find. It is located on the edge of the commercial street in the city center. It can be a bit noisy at night, but it is convenient for shopping and suitable for people who want to buy. The price/performance ratio is okay.

My trip to Egypt This place was nice, clean and comfortable with ac, hot water and tv with a balcony with a nice city view, the room was pretty big, employees were nice too.. walking distance to everything, stores, restaurants, Ramses train station, Tutankhamen museum, Nilo river and khan al Khalil bazar erected.. The hotel is in a key location, making it easily accessible to all the major sightseeing. Great place to stay. Mohamed and Ahmant made our stay easy. They were very helpful with everything we needed, the even helped us to get our PCR test for our trip back. Tha property has been refurbished but it has lost its old charm and its old management and staff. The airport pick up didn't work which was a bit of a hussle but at least the staff at the reception desk apologized.

Nice place if you're not looking to spend a lot of money

The room was in good condition but the bathroom had a very strong sewage smell that was very disturbing and gave me a bad headache, even with the bathroom door closed. I reported it to reception so I hope they do something about it.

A good choice if you want a city centre location for a couple of nights, I chose it because it was close to Ramsis Railway Station... Problem arises because there are no external signs to tell you where it is and also one of the photos of it is not of the correct building but one across the other side of the ''square'', luckily one of the local shop keepers recognised the name and pointed me back...

Location is very good, walking distance to Tahir Sq. wanted somewhere to sleep for a few hours and have a shower as my flight landed at 3am. So it was for that sole purpose. Got what I paid for and thus cannot complain. Do not have high expectations, this place is a hotel only by name. Arrived at 4am and check out at 11am.

The hotel us in center, but need to search for the address carefully, the place is near everything , have small lift, it's OK for one to 2 nights but not longer as u can hear the voices of pple, and the toilet makes a bad smell

Well located, on a street with a lot of atmosphere and food and metro areas. Also in the room you can't hear the noise from the street. They upgraded me to have a private bathroom, even though it was really small. Reception staff my friendly. Normal cleaning

The cheaper rooms have no windows, so they feel closed in! I was bedridden for two days with diarrhea, and not having a window is depressing, lol. The room is surprisingly spacious. normal number. there was a one cockroach in the room. The inside of the kettle is very dirty. You can stay for one - two day, but not longer. The air conditioner was broken, but it was fixed. The hotel is new and the staff are very friendly. They helped me with my luggage, and when my Uber driver got lost, they even used their phone to call them for me. Good hotel, excellent location in the center of the country, for a stay for two or three days

The staff is a bit too uncooperative, each floor has one landline to the reception and the 2nd floor line isn't working. Ordering anything from the reception is challenging and once you order there's a huge chance they won't do it. Other than the staff the hotel is clean, quaint and spacious.

The hotel seems to be good, the staff is excellent. But the lack of a normal window in the room was very disappointing.

Was staying at Pyramid Inn for 3 nights.
