Cairo, Beside Family Park, Km 26 Suez Rd, Second New Cairo, 11841 Nyu Kayro Siti, El-Kahira, Egipet (23 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The environment is nice, but it's very close to the event venue, so it can be very noisy late at night if there's a wedding, making it difficult to fall asleep. Other than that, the facilities and services are very good. It's best to check event availability before booking.
Housekeeping was excellent Check in was horrible Took 2 hours to check in and get luggage. They tried to charge extra Visa wouldn’t work for check in had to pay cash Response time to fix ac was too long
Hotel is ok. Not bad. But not value for money. Rates seems high as compared to what they are offering. No outside food allowed. No Cafe. Limited options in breakfast. Internet very very slow. One cannot work from the hotel. Safety is good. Balconies are big.
It was the best hospitality ever, the staff were very kind and helpful, special thanks to Mr. Abdulrahman from the reception, he was very professional and helped me with everything I needed. Special thanks also to Mr. Abdullah Saad from the housekeeping team, he was very helpful and kind. Special thanks to Mr. Ayman from the restaurant for his excellent service. My only complaint about food and beverage...
Old hotel. The only reason I gave it 5 points is that I stayed in four hotels in Egypt. The handsome receptionist at this hotel was the first one who saw that I was Chinese and used translation software to talk to me in Chinese.
The transportation is quite convenient, but there is no village or store in the back, so you have to take an Uber to go out! There is a swimming pool with good lighting. Everything looks good. You can order food at the restaurant! The light in the morning is also good!

It was such a great stay , the room was good the place is quite , but it's so difficult to get a transportation or Uber there unfortunately, but I would like to thank norhan from the front desk team for her genuine care and assistance she helped me to get Uber which made my stay much easier each time
The breakfast was good; at least there were vegetables for a salad. The room had a bathtub and welcome fruit. The room was quite spacious. The swimming pool was a decorative pool, so hardly anyone would swim there. The gym equipment was a bit old, but it was large. The restaurant was quite good. It's a good place to stay!
This place is super nice. My room was not very big but I had a beautiful garden. I was super sick and had to stay inside the hotel all week and Hassan from front desk was checking on me twice a day, sending me fruits and bringing medicines when I needed. Such a lovely attention! The Japanese restaurant was really good and also have a shisha restaurant with Morrocco food but as I was sick I couldn’t...
Great services. Great housekeeping especially cleaning lady Ms.Hela. Mohamed and Sharif are super friendly. Great receptionists too. It's funny there are so many people called Mohamed and Ahmed. Had a great stay for the month I lived there.

Super desserts from the chef who had prepared our fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. We were so delighted with it and told him so, and he gave us some complementary desserts.

The batroom is not clean and good. Too old.
I always choose to stay at this hotel whenever I’m in the area. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, and the service is always excellent. The staff are welcoming and attentive, which makes every visit feel easy and relaxing. It’s been my go-to place for years, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant stay.
Unfortunately, this time I experienced a few issues with the room. The tap was clogged and, after it was repaired, the sink became clogged as well. The door was also partly broken and had to be pushed very hard to close properly. As a business traveler, I usually have breakfast early in the morning. At 6:00 a.m., however, the breakfast room was already crowded with a large group of very noisy tourists...
A friendly 5-star hotel and a team of well-trained staff. Mushroom soups were delicious especially on cold winter nights in Cairo. Breakfast spread could be better done though.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and it was a very pleasant experience. Very quiet and secure hotel with all facilities needed and more. Staff and room service excellent and I recommend this hotel.

Hi, First and foremost location is great if you would like to visit the pyramids? Staff and the service that they provided was excellent! The food was also great 😌 being a typical Brit I tired there fish and chips! And again the fish with its crisp batter was great. The swimming pool area was superb 👌🏽 Another great thing was I got chatting to the Guest Manager lovely person and she mentioned this...
I recently stayed at amarante in Egypt and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, but what really stood out was the exceptional service — especially when it came to organizing tours and excursions. Essam who runs the amarante tours & taxi went above and beyond to help me plan my itinerary, offering great recommendations...
This hotel was great, there was a slight language barrier from the kitchen staff for my allergy however it was dealt in the end. It was a good price for our experience with a good location and big pool, however the pool was VERY COLD. We had gone on a tour through the pyramids, Memphis and Sakhara with Essam the tour manager and Mohamed the tour guide, they were both absolutely amazing with great hospitality...
The hotel is very old, bad plumbing, the hair dryer is 100 years old, the air conditioners are all dirty and the buttons on the window are also dirty, the curtains are all stained
I had an amazing experience during my stay, and much of that was thanks to Isam, who truly went above and beyond to ensure my visit was perfect. From the moment I arrived, Isam greeted me with a warm smile and made check-in a breeze. Throughout my stay, he was incredibly attentive, always offering helpful advice about local attractions and ensuring I had everything I needed. His professionalism and...

Loverly nice hotel With everything Thanks to every one work in this hotel
I visited the hotel, everything was perfect, everyone was so friendly , the breakfast is amazing! Service was incredible! The hotel is extremely clean too! Thankyou so much 10/10
The service here is excellent, the location is okay but you will need to get taxis to get around if you want to visit tourist attractions. The room was nice, if you don’t mind some old fashioned style furniture and interior decoration. To summarise: not the most modern building but the top quality service makes for an enjoyable stay.
Beautiful on the outside, large hotel with an impact in every way...but the rooms have carpet! The bed fell apart as soon as I got in! Breakfast ended at 10 but by 9.40 they were already taking away the few things that were there! Tell me if it's a three star...
Honestly, this is my first time visiting the hotel. The reception was wonderful, the staff were very respectful, and they responded to any requests quickly. I would especially like to mention the reception staff, who are very, very, very wonderful.

Best hotel in Cairo swimming pool lovely staff super friendly clean and safe big ten +
Some rooms are dated esp the ones in the old part of the hotel, bathrooms are challenging and shower poorly designed. Front desk reception and porters were very good. Tried to get the 'complimentary airport pick up' - I sent messages on the app, emailing countless times, they dont answer the phone. Only good for a night
The shower runs out of hot water quickly. The window in the room is a bit of a joke. Rooftop view is the best part
Absolutely fantastic stay which is very near the Giza Pyramid entrance! The location is unbeatable — waking up so close to the pyramids entrance is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. What really stood out was the hot shower: strong water pressure and consistent hot water, which was incredibly refreshing after long days exploring Cairo and the pyramids. It’s something many travelers don’t realize...
The view from our room was pretty much non-existent, just the wall of the neighboring building through a small window. The hotel is in a great location, just two minutes from the ticket office, the terrace offers a beautiful view of all three pyramids, and the breakfast is very delicious. There comes a time in life when the heart quietly asks: Why am I here? What is my purpose? Islam gives clear answers — it teaches that there is only one God, the Creator of everything, who knows you, loves you, and wants you to return to Him. All prophets — Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad (peace be upon them) — came with the same message: to worship God alone, live with compassion...

My one-night stay on the 4th floor was incredibly disappointing. After arriving exhausted from my travels, I finally settled into sleep, only to have my rest cut short at 8:00 AM by the floor supervisor. Hotel got great location, near tube station few minutes walk and all amenities nearby . Decoration need significant update , WiFi average cover.

Everything is so good!and breakfast is so delicious! How nice a hotel it is!
The lobby was nice, and they offered a complimentary buffet breakfast which was quite good. However, the room facilities were quite poor, and the bathroom felt a bit unclean.
Everything is satisfying, Especially Mrs. Amany, the receptionist, For her help in check-in all the time when going there and to all restaurant staff. Other than that the only two problems are that room 503's room key is very tiring to open the door because it is broken and has been re-soldered and also the bathroom exhaust fan cover is not well secured and has fallen off more than once

Nice hotel with good location but the only problem is the noise from the cleaning staff inside the hotel
It's not the best thing, and I wish they would care about the service and answer the reception phone when I call from the room. As for comfort, there is a lot of noise from the hotel staff.

Great service. Location is good. If the food coat in the mole were open, it would be more great, but it was not their faultult
The facilities in the hotel are very poor
my mistake for not reading more reviews before booking. like most reviewed, it's a dated hotel beside an abandoned mall. loud music everyday from morning till wee morning, not for sound sensitive sleeper. cleanliness is questionable, the 2 drinking cups were dirty - 1 with hair, 1 with very visible stain. the staffs were the only commendable ones, with expectable service and friendliness, nothing beyond
The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was big and quiet, but the hygiene standards were far way from five star hotels. The bed linens smelled bad had stains and body hair on them. Apparently they were not removed and replaced between guests.
The hotel is near the airport and we can get to the airport in early morning as we had an early flight. We had a welcoming drinks when we arrived and it was very good. The room is large and comfortable and the staff is helpful too. We paid an extra fee for early check in the morning for cleaning ourselves and it is acceptable for that.

Disadvantages: On the fifth floor of an old residential building, the service attitude is OK, but the hardware is too poor, like a guesthouse in China in the early 1990s. Stayed here at the start of an Intrepid tour. It's clean, the bed comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. Breakfast was perfectly decent, with omelettes made to order. It is scruffy in places, but good value. Location is very handy - there are Nile-side restaurants five minutes' walk away. It is noisy - even with windows shut they sound open. We had a balcony with a view of the Nile.
