This hotel is disgusting. The alcohol tastes like it should not be ingested, even the “premium” alcohol. This hotel should not even be classed as an all-inclusive as you have to pay for entertainment, proper alcohol (that tastes just as bad as the free alcohol) and you get bare minimum in your room. Barely any toilet roll, beds don’t get changed and are hardly cleaned. The cleanest part of this hotel was the lobby as they were regularly polishing the floor and that’s about it. Moustafa, Sultan and the man who works in the shop are the only welcoming people who worked here and the rest seemed very intense towards the british. Other staff would haggle you constantly all day every day even if you say no thank you they will not stop. I recommend that you grab one of the “do not disturb” beanbags where you get your towels from (near kid pool) as you will non stop be harassed otherwise. I will admit as an all-inclusive, brits usually struggle for food but this hotel caters fairly well for brits and many other nationalities, serving food such as pizza, pasta, chips, mash, rice and more. Although this was the case, my whole travelling party of around 20 of us, every single one of us had a very unsettled stomach and some even became bed bound for a few days. Even when we could make it to the restaurant, we would be faced with incredibly rude staff members and other stuck up guests making us feel uncomfortable. The pool was ALWAYS very dirty and we noticed on multiple occasions, a build up of algae and food floating on the surface of the water. My grandson also came up with a severe rash just from entering the pool which is absolutely vile. My son also refused to get in the pool after witnessing an oil-like substance being released into the pool from the filter pump area. Rooms are very outdated and found that doorframes were rotted, tiles shifted out of place, exposing the inside of our room to the outside. The rooms also smelt very dirty. as if someone had been staying in there for weeks and sheets were never cleaned throughout our stay (10 nights) Drains and plug holes in the room sink was also disgusting and looked like it had never been cleaned before. The supposed beach that the shuttle takes you to is also pointless and is mostly hard floor as if the sand has been flattened down so many times it’s solid. All the workers here other than maybe 5 are males who get right up in your face- even while eating, and stare at you and speak about you in their language so you don’t know what they are saying. We felt very unsafe. We also traveled with a 5-month old baby and had to try and bath him in the shower!? Baby cot was also very rotted but lucky safe enough for him to sleep in. We were given 3 small bottles of water every day and so had to go to the shops to buy big bottles of water every other day to be able to feed the baby, although this was expected anyway so not too fussed. We booked as a large family group of 18, but were placed in 8 separate buildings. After raising our concerns, the hotel did change our rooms, which we appreciated. However, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. • ️ Rooms: Outdated and in need of serious attention from management. • Staff Attitude: Generally rude unless tipped—then suddenly very accommodating. This felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. • ️ À La Carte Restaurant: A complete letdown. We arrived 20 minutes late and were treated poorly by Yousuf, the waiter. He even tore a page from the menu to limit our choices, which left us feeling embarrassed. • Buffet: Same limited menu every day, both for lunch and breakfast. Very little variety. • Pool Snack Bar: Repetitive options—just donuts and burgers daily. A rotating menu with grilled items would’ve made a big difference. • ‍ Reception Staff: Surprisingly helpful and polite—one of the few positives during our stay. Overall, this was our first visit and unfortunately, it will be our last. The hotel needs major improvements in service, food variety, and room quality to meet basic expectations.
