One night I returned to the hotel after dinner, they had live music!! Unfortunately the band was singing the last song of the night which happened to be one of my favorite songs “No Woman No Cry”?

The hotel is 20 years old but well-maintained. The service is very enthusiastic; they'll even make a special trip for a single person for airport transfers

The hotel was very delightful! The staff were helpful and the facilitates were immaculate. Overall, it was a nice place. Try the pool, Asian restaurant, and mini beach!

They offer a free airport shuttle service, which is a great Marriott standard. The interior is massive, almost like a maze. While the hotel is a bit older, it's maintained better than other older establishments

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The service was warm and attentive, the facilities were well-maintained, and the atmosphere made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my stay

Everything from the room cleanliness to the quality of amenities exceeded my expectations, making my visit truly enjoyable. I would gladly return and recommend this place to others

We stayed in room 11011 from January 31st to February 9th. For a 5-star hotel, the bathroom needed a refresh. The silicone in the shower and dark furniture throughout the room and bathroom don't give it a modern feel

But that wasn't a major issue for us since we were out of the room most of the time anyway. The room was always beautifully cleaned and smelled nice. Things that should have been in the room were replenished

We also want to mention Muhammed, who carried drinks, juices, water, and other things to the beach. He was a wonderful, wonderful young man. We had the opportunity to get to know him better and grew to like him very much

We wish him and his newborn son all the best. I also have to mention the entertainment team. What a positive team! Their energy, passion, and dedication were truly inspiring. It wouldn't have been the same without them

Every evening, during showtime, we cried with laughter. If I forgot to mention anyone, I apologize in advance. There were so many of you and I didn't know everyone by name, but be proud of yourselves

The gentleman who always cleaned our room was very kind. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. From the gardeners to every member of staff, genuine friendliness and smiles radiated

During our holiday we experienced Mr. Mansour in various á la carte restaurants in hotel SUNRISE Remal Resort. (We stayed in Remal Beach ourselves) We were pleasantly surprised to be served by Mohamed's team

Food is so tasty! Juices r from boxes, coffee machines, pizza and ice cream on the beach, ur children really never will be hungry! 3 swimming pool, 2 of it with heater. Hotel is so clean and calm.

Very beautiful reef at this hotel, the staff was courteous, first checked us harm, and then settled into a luxurious room. The food is delicious, the grounds are very beautiful

Mohamed is very friendly and is very pleasant and charming to deal with. He clearly enjoys his work and smiles and knows how to provide your guests with a wonderful evening

He can also give substantive clear answers about a dish to avoid any misunderstandings. The empathy in him is commendable and was very much appreciated by us

The team really works together to create delicious dishes in Elia, Manohar and Frida restaurant

But what made the experience extra special was the staff (receptionist “specially Aya”, Animation Team, Room Service Team, each and every one) – they were the absolute best part of the trip! So friendly, helpful, and always smiling

Lovely clean hotel, the waiters and lifeguards can’t do enough for you. The animation team are really pleasant and happy with plenty of activities to do. Food is lovely with plenty of choices.

We had a very good vacation at three corners sunny beach resort. The hotel is very clean and nice. The food is good and the staff is so nice and entertaining especially Mohamed from animation crew

The hotel is child friendly, lots for them to do; Nina who is in the kids club is so good with the children and my son especially loved making his own pizza! An extra special thank you to Marco who made an effort with us every day & has been absolutely fantastic with my 4 year old - he now says that they are best friends!

This hotel was truly a pleasant surprise! Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately greeted by exquisite decor and a warm aroma. The staff's friendly greeting was like a spring breeze

We slept well beds comfortable, the only slight issue is the hotel opposite and I think what must be a disco for the hard of hearing due to the volume blasted out until 3am- bring ear plugs! Massage by Sameh was divine and at a very reasonable price

No lifts apart from one up to the hotel which we knew beforehand having visited before, hired a mobilty scooter and then encountered an issue as after the lift was a big kerb, having to have assistant to get said scooter up and down everytime we went out, shout out again to Abd EL Raham

We always found something to eat and never ate out, it may not be too everyone's taste and there is not much 'English' food but what was served met our needs. The location is excellent near enough to the main *****

Beer was good not so sure about the spirits. Great evening entertainment but the evening music geared towards the Russian guests which made up the majority of guests, would be nice to have more Egyptian music

Entertainment team work their socks of I don't think they sleep! such good fun and activities galore! Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, soap and shampoo miniatures provided

To the hotels credit a ramp was built especially this was greatly appreciated

rooms are amazing, food is very delicious. they have 4 pools, and long beach where you can do snorkelling. I would advise you to rent snorkelling fins and goggles for 30 egyptian pound each from city center for 1 day

I love the vibe. The hotel is full of hidden gems. It has 2 salt water pools and one fresh water. The rooms are spacious and very pleasing. Several restaurants offer breakfast and dinner.

This is a great resort, fully accessible by golf carts, multiple pools and restaurants, views from beach front rooms is amazing. Stayed for 5 days and have seen 5 wonderful sun raise from the room...

The only challenge we faced was booking a car service during our stay as Ubers are not as accessible as Cairo

It may not be a fancy hotel but it is probably hard to find another hotel for this price that serves three meals a day, is close to the sea and has a pool

Almost every evening there were organized events and entertainment. A really big hotel with several pools, many restaurants and a nice beach

Lots of pools for kids and adults. Good food and much food

The location of the resort is great. Quite close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the marina. The pools and the beach area are amazing and were the highlight of our stay

Location was really nice and all pools and beaches were nice and clean. One issue I had was how early everything closed, pool closes at 5 beach at 7

I spent 1 week there and everything was great. The furniture was not the latest fashion but it was conformable. The staff was friendly, smiling and responsive. People who work there really care about the guests

They all really strive to make everyone feel good and entertained with scheduled pool gym, regular stretching, volleyball and other activities, as well as just hanging around and finally there's evening events

The area is quiet, big, green and clean. Two beaches have space to everyone. Every day and evening varied entertainment for adults and children. Special heated pools and water attractions to children

This was my fourth stay in Seagull. I choose this hotel bcs of good location in the centre of Hurghada, near main street - nearby many caffees and shops- good for shopping and enjoying local food and life

An Oasis in the centre of hurghada with 2 beautiful private beaches, fantastic gardens multiple swimming pools, water park, plentiful food and drinks and very good staff

The hotel is comfortable, staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms are comfortable and clean, some are a bit tired but renovation is in progress. Lots of things were changed better since last year

The majority of the staff are friendly. Pools are colder than they say they are. The food is very hot and miss. Dinners are very much the same thing repeated as is breakfast and lunch

I had an amazing stay at Hilton Alexandria Corniche. Everything was perfect from the warm welcome to the beautiful sea view and spotless room

There is a shuttle bus to the private beach (2 mins only) it is very clean but no coffe shops to buy anything on the beach. It has a panoramic swimming pool suitable for both kids and adults (on the roof)

The hotel itself is beautiful and meets the physical standards you’d expect from Hilton. However, the staff experience was the worst I’ve ever had at any Hilton property

The Hyatt is a very good corporate hotel. The proximity to the Giza plateau is great. Not really an impressive “Pyramid View” … obstructed by power lines and not good sight lines

I don’t think that they understand that the majority of their guests are there to experience Ancient Egypt … would have been better use of the screen to show off Egypt and Egyptian music

The breakfast is delicious, and when we got tired of Egyptian food we stopped off at the restaurant towards the end of the day. The pizza and french fries were amazing

It's a bit disappointing that it's easy to hear noise from the next room, but I'm glad I chose this hotel over a hotel in the city

The environment is pretty good among hotels in Cairo, not far from the Giza Pyramids, but far from the city. The hotel service and breakfast are pretty satisfactory.

The hotel is simple in a good way. The rooms are small but well designed so it is ok. The pool is huge and everybody is around not in which is even better for people who like to swim quietly

The a la carte menu that you can have at the pool bar or at your lounge chair is short but very tasty

Little deception with the buffet that we took at dinner on our arrival, but you have so many options to dine out as the hotel is located 50 meters from the "center", an open air food court with very good restaurants if you choose carefully

Very nice hotel within 5 minutes to major attractions via tuc tuc. We stayed for 1 week and there was not a single day that I was bored with breakfast. The lagoon is amazing.

The beach is artificial but that is the way it is. The breakfast is outstanding, on of the best ever, and god knows how many breakfasts I have eaten in hotels

Excellent value for money! You'd be hard-pressed to find a better hotel at this price, and the service was also impeccable.

Management are very professional but still frequently engage in a bit of banter which is nice to see as are most of the staff. The whole of the bay is a gated complex so very safe to walk around with almost no hassle

The staff were incredible and always so helpful — they really couldn’t do enough for us. The food was great, especially the desserts, and we loved the really nice seating areas around the hotel

The staff are amazing, from the reception, to the restaurants, around pool area, the room attendants and even the garden staff, nothing is too much trouble and they are always happy and smiling

The management and staff are very helpful and help make it a great experience. There is a beach area available which is a short shuttle bus ride but we preferred to stay around the pool

The Germans are literally up at 6am to put their towels on the beds which limits your pool area choice. The hotel overall is very good and the staff were good apart from Hanna on the pool bar

Expect attempts to sell you trips, massages etc every day but they arent pushy and are polite. Airport experience was aweful and our flight was cancelled. Airport staff are beaurocratic

We were both ill within 36 hours of arriving for 3 days. Thank goodness for Antinal from the pharmacy. Not the food but more likely the lack of hygiene from guests and staff

The staff handled this quickly and professionally and accommodated a double bed without any issues. The only minor downside was that the curtains were not blackout

The **bar staff and waiters are absolute superstars**, constantly going the extra mile and making guests feel welcome. We had **all-inclusive at Panorama Restaurant**, and our experience there was very good

Mahmoud stepped in and **ordered fresh fried fish, prawns, and king prawns for us**, and **refused to take any money**. This gesture meant a lot and shows what real hospitality looks like

Good things : main swimming pool is nice, aqua Park is nice, restaurant is nice, lobby is nice

Bad things : rooms are tiny, beds sheets are dirty, mattresses are dirty and not comfortable, quilts are are dirty, room carpets are dirty, night shows are socks, food has no varieties

Nice hotel at 10 minutes from the pyramids. Air conditioned in many rooms didn't work. We were a group and many had the same problem. The pool area is very nice, it has a bar. The terrazce faces the pyramids, great view

The view of the Nile from the rooftop pool was breathtaking. We were very satisfied with the variety of dishes served at the breakfast buffet. Location is in proximity to the Egyptian Museum and convenient
