Had a great vacation here! The animation team, Ibra and Fatima is very welcoming and good at their job! Stretching in the morning, Aqua gym and dance classes. Always smiling and taking their time for a chat

The other staff members are also very welcoming and nice. Specially the people working in the bar, at the breakfast and dinner

They have another team here, Bravo team, but they are only entertaining people from Italy and only speaking Italian even though we say we speak English

The hotel is very good, staff is great and very helpful. The problem was the renovation works that day which was very annoying. Also next day the garden moaning was annoying and woke me up

6th of October City is about a half-hour drive west of Cairo. The hotel has strict security, including checking the driver's ID at the main gate and checking luggage in the lobby

The environment is nice, with a garden and a swimming pool. There are checks at the entrance and exit, so it is very safe

One of the best hotels to run business events! the location in 6th October city is easily accessed from every side and road! The people responsible for the service are so friendly and the rooms are suitable for training and team building activities as well as the outside garden! Beautiful!

Just got back from an amazing 10 day holiday. Mahmood and all the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Rooms lovley and clean and cleaned nearly everyday with fresh bedding

The room doesn't match the photo at all! It's like a dorm room with wooden beds and a broken wooden closet. Old floor tiles, whitewashed walls, a glass door leading to a balcony with broken glass

Eden Rock is the first hotel in Egypt that didn't provide beach towels. Cleanliness in the restaurant was poor; tables were dirty and were only cleared, not cleaned

The view from the hotel is simply amazing. The food is average. The hotel is home to a family of cats.

The in-room phone wasn't working, and when I called the front desk from my mobile to report it, they didn't offer any solutions. Looking at other reviews, cold water seems to be a common issue

I was in a hurry to check out, but they insisted on a 10-minute room inspection. After the inspection, the front desk didn't bother to inform me, and their attitude was generally unhelpful

As a small suggestion, it would be great if the hotel could consider providing a shuttle bus service for guests to travel around nearby places such as Senzo Mall, which would make getting around even more convenient and comfortable

Although the price was 4 pounds, it felt much safer, clearer, and more reliable. For other travelers, we would recommend using the hotel’s taxi service for peace of mind, especially if you are unfamiliar with the area

We had a disappointing experience using Uber while trying to go to Senzo Mall, which is actually very close to the hotel. The price shown in the app was 1 pound, but the driver asked for 5 pounds instead

This made us feel uncomfortable and sadly felt like we were being taken advantage of. Because of this, we decided not to proceed and instead booked a taxi directly through the hotel

There is a relaxing pool with total quietness and then a pool with music, a bar and all of that. The value of money I really nice and we really enjoyed our trip to Egypt in club reef

I booked a family room, and the hotel upgraded me to a family suite for free. Both rooms were spacious, with two large sunny balconies perfect for sunbathing. The rooms looked to be over 100 square meters

We didn’t realise it was 6 courses! So we had Course 1 hors d’oeuvres, Course 2 I had smoked salmon and husband had Cappuccino Soup (which was delicious), Course 3 Waldorf Salad, Course 4 a lemon sorbet soup, Course 5 I had Sea Bass and he had Beef, Course 6 I had Fruit Platter and he had Cheesecake! It was all absolutely delicious and we highly recommend booking a table

Yes, it's 40 km from Hurghada, but it's ideal if you want peace and quiet. The food was delicious; we booked the all-inclusive package. The alcohol was excellent, and there was evening entertainment

There are two pools on the property, but the water was chilly in December

They provide free masks and life jackets on the beach. The coral reef off the beach is magnificent! The staff was very polite, and everything was clean. The room was large and bright

The pool and beach staff are friendly and responsive. However, the receptionists don't listen attentively to what's being said. I asked for a queen or king sized bed, and got two twin beds instead

They had a nice pool, a great pool view from the room and private beach. It's noteworthy that the sea in that area is green-ish due to pollution and we occasionally found trash in the sea

Chosen for a short Mediterranean getaway from September 1st to September 4th, 2025, this resort was flawless in every aspect—from the check-in process, to the assigned room, and all the services provided

We enjoyed room service in our lounge or garden every night! Really generous portions, spent less on eating at the hotel than we'd expected. I feel totally rejuvenated after our 4 night stay

The hotel was quiet with few guests, and the scenery was beautiful, though it was very windy in winter. For breakfast, there was a good variety of hot and cold options

Lunch was casual fare by the pool, and dinner offered a rich selection of both international and local dishes

Since it was just after the holiday, there weren't many guests, so I could relax on the beach chairs as much as I wanted! The check-in staff were professional and enthusiastic, giving me a detailed introduction to the various areas and facilities of the hotel

The location altought is far from city center is better than other resorts

The room was good, the bed was confortable and they have a huge land with beach restaurant, pool restaurant… The food was not the best, they had some handmade food that was tasty, but mostly was not good Quality in our opinion

Let’s be real you can not accept “Hilton” level of details, but that is why i will always rather accept to go to Pharaoh Azur than Hilton, it’s feel more natural and friendly not fake glitter

Here you unbelievably big park full of threes, grass and even a lake in the middle. We will for sure come back again. Also a big recommendation for Farfasha Caffe and Mohamed

Chef Sayed didn’t just cook for us—he looked after us, and that made all the difference. If you go to Beach Albatross, Culina is the place to be because of him

The room is spacious and clean, the decor was fine, and the beds are comfortable. The pool is very good and it's heated, but it is very crowded as people just come in the afternoon and evenings for swimming lessons

It's a good place to go with kids. The only other problem was the big screen TV before the pool was very loud

I just needed a 30 seconds iron to freshen up a shirt that got wrinkles during travel, bit I had to call laundry, shell out 40 EGP and wait to get something this simple taken care of. Overall a decent, value stay

I suggest they should look into this. The only disappointing things was that had no irons/ iron board in the room
