La Rosa Boho Aqua Park Hotel in Hurghada

This hotel is a safety hazard. I’m not the first or last negative review! Room flooded while trying to use bidet, knob came loose and as I tried to figure out how to put it on I couldn’t stop the water from pouring everywhere. Purchased this as a timeshare and I have been stuck with it and every year I come nothing changes. The manager offered to upgrade and put us in a different room only for it to have the same issues, I have had to get relocated to 3 DIFFERENT rooms in my first day …. Says a lot about this scam of a hotel stay away at all costs or you’re genuinely going to have a bad stay. Many more options in hurghuda

The place was shocking.... we were placed here after our flight was cancelled and was totally shocked. . No clean water or bottled water. Dirty The pictures speck for themselves. What ever you do, do not stay here. Animal bones all over lobby. Electricity wasn't fully working.

the worst hotel that i had seen ever . no rooms ,no cleaning ,no staff and there is no hotel really ,I don't recommend it at all,I've never had such a bad experience before. So I do not recommend it to anyone if he wants to spend a good time in Hurghada

Very bad hotel very dirty, no water in room on arrival or tissue bathroom, waited over two hours for toilet roll and water. Said food being made two hours later gave us bread and hot fruit. Very bad experience we checked in late night 10.30 pm as easy jet cancelled our flight. Got bitten by mosquitoes all over, it's very dark and scary on the hotel as they keeping lights switched of in corridors to save electricity. This has been bad experience avoid this hotel dangerous hazards..

If i could give this a zero star. I would have. Its a garbage pit not an hotel. Save your time and your vacation and book somewhere else. Horrible horrible horrible. Horrible attitude from staff members, we asked the receptionist ‘mohamed hossam’ if there were mosquitos in the room, his answer was ‘ah inshallah’. Very hospitable indeed.

After this comment from the management, that my comment is fake, I’ll even clarify more how they are thieves,
I got a voucher from their management for 2 weeks stay in their hotel.
And when I called to seize it, the lies started to appear, AS EXPECTED!!

First of all, I talked to 2 representatives on the phone whom they were very rude.

Then started to say you have to pay this amount of money in order to take this voucher, which was the same price of the 2 weeks stay, also not included food , not included service or taxes.

And you’re saying that I am fake hahahahahahaah, better you close your scam place, and stop giving people bad service.

Worst place ever 😡😰, actually I can't imagine this level of every thing in this hotel.
Reception, hospitality, room service, food, cleaning 🤮, ...ext.
Really very bad choice 😤
