the room was quite good, everything worked for us, it has air conditioning that cools extremely well, the terrace is also very nice, we didn't have chairs and as soon as we asked for them we got them, the toilet is also very good, we have no complaints about the room, neat, clean, praise
There is not much interaction for children, in the evening music is played and some people sing, many people gather around the lobby, children dance to the music, but there is nothing else to entertain them.
The path is very beautiful, always clean, lots of plants and flowers, poorly lit at night to the restaurant but that's not a big problem, there are bins, pixles, there's plenty of shade, the whole resort has palm trees, there are 6.7 shops where you can buy souvenirs and clothes and jewelry and perfumes, all praise for the workers in the shops, they are very kind, they know how to make you buy even if you don't want to buy but it's in their blood, be aware of that. It's about 700, 800m from our room to the beach but again I say there's shade so it's not hard.
the food is quite good and we are satisfied. it has a correct selection of chicken, fish, bread, potatoes, rice, pasta and some of their dishes, sweet, cakes, salad, there are many, delicious
The service was excellent, whenever we needed something, we left a note on paper and he always brought it to us that day, always leave at least 1 euro, it will mean something to them, our bed was always made and something made of towels, the toilet was always clean, new towels every day, he brought us water every day, every day when we went to the beach we saw a lot of them cleaning the path and wiping the lobby, the beach is also cleaned, there are a couple of workers who will always help you find a sunbed and the like, the workers are very friendly and kind, we have no complaints.

Serious hygiene issue during lunch — witnessed by multiple guests.
Today, during lunch at the hotel restaurant, a mouse was seen running through the dining area. Several guests and me noticed it. This is a major hygiene concern and absolutely unacceptable in any hotel environment. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to address and prevent such incidents.

The hotel is in a good location, has its own beach, the food is plentiful, the staff is polite. The rooms need to be renovated, as well as the sun loungers and mattresses on the beach. It is important to know that the hotel allows locals or from the area, which was a cultural shock for us, such as manners, way of eating, which we will definitely not repeat our vacation there

the place was fun, we stayed in the Private Real Estate (926). Though as we arrived the place wasn't clean, as if someone was there before us. Sheets were messy, and there was food in the fridge. They eventually took care of that. The light in the bathroom in the living room was flickering a lot, making it almost impossible to use. The water is weak, only strong in showers, but for some reason the washing machine had water, it was halfway full. The beach & pool were nice, I can't really say anything about the Aquapark since when we arrived we found out there were technical difficulties, tho Mr Mohammed who was there explained everything in a nice way. (+ when we first arrived they drove us to our place by Tok Tok) The restaurant at the beach had okay food, we got pasta (alfredo), fish & pizza. The pasta was bland and too watery, the fish & pizza were tasty. Mr Kareem at the restaurant was very nice, and another waiter whom I don't remember the name for seemed like it was his first day. 🤷🏻♀️ The animation team are very fun, and the shows are interesting to watch, tho please do be careful of wet floors!! I almost slipped many times, and the floors outside are wet often. Over all, it wasn't bad. :)

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!! DONT COME HERE! The hotel was a nightmare. The first thing that happened was that we arrived at 6 am, and the reception was not even a little helpful. Told us that we had to wait until 2 pm to check in. We were 4 people including two children. We said that we could pay for a room in the meantime, they said that they did not have a room available. Such a big hotel and they cannot handle fixing a room. They said that they would fix one in an hour. When we arrived after an hour, we had to wait another hour. Until 1 pm we got the room. The room was absolutely terrible. We had no water in the shower or sink.When there was water, it was so cold. We had booked for 4 people. We got a double bed and a single.. how are we supposed to be 3 people on one bed. We asked for an extra bed. We got an old one that was broken. In addition, the bed was full of bedbugs. The person is still full of wounds and had to go to the doctor when we got home from vacation. It was that bad. The reception said they were mosquito bites. The doctor here in Norway confirmed that it was bedbugs and not mosquito bites. After that we changed rooms. Same problem there, the reception is very unprofessional and very rude. We got food poisoning from the food there. The reception said that the food was clean and that it wasn't them. We hadn't eaten anything other than the food at the hotel. One person fainted from the food poisoning. This whole trip was ruined by rude people at the reception ,food poisoning, cold water, bedbugs, and a really bad place to be

I’ve stayed at many hotels in Hurghada before, but Mirage Bay Resort & Aqua Park Lilly Land is by far the worst.
From day one, the AC was broken, there was no hot water, and in some rooms no functioning showers at all. The electricity kept cutting out several times every hour, making it impossible to rest or sleep.
The bathroom was full of ants, and the entire room reeked of sewage. The smell was unbearable. We couldn’t even stay in the room without feeling sick. Despite several complaints, the staff did absolutely nothing to help – service was almost non-existent.
The food included in the all-inclusive package was cold, tasteless, and at times inedible. There was no variety, questionable hygiene, and it was served in a chaotic environment.
To sum it up:
✔ Unclean
✔ Unhygienic
✔ Terrible service
✔ Completely unacceptable accommodation
Avoid this place if you care about your health, comfort, or vacation experience.

Worst hotel i have ever been! Please do not book. Food is horible (absolutley no meat). Rooms are old and dirty.
In the bathroom the hot water is not working. I told 3 time to the reception that we don t have runnig water to take a shower and they did nothing….we washed with cold tap water…
In the room we had a big lizzard.
In the second night the electricity went out and it was a chaos outside, everyone stayed with theys phone flashlights till the NEXT DAY!

المستوى العام للمنتجع سيئ جدا .. الغرف بعيدة جدا عن المطعم وعن الشاطئ .. لا يوجد تنوع في الطعام .. جودة العام وطعمه سئ جدا باستثناء الحلويات..ملايات السرير والالحفة غير نظيفة .. طاقم المنتجع والعاملين والاسنقبال غير متعاونين والمعاملة سيئة جدا .. لا انصخ به مطلقا ..

But the staff is very friendly.

Food is good, breakfast was a bit less good.
If I had to give it a score, it would be a 6.
