Rixos Premium Magawish Suites and Villas in Hurghada

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Magawish. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort.
The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options available every day. Every meal felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!

My experience at the Mykonos Restaurant in Rixos Premium Magawish was absolutely exceptional. The service was nothing short of phenomenal — the staff were attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel welcome.

There are A la carte restaurants to book for free, but if the hotel is full of customers, you might end up not booking any.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect — the staff was incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.

What impressed us the most was the cleanliness of our room — everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. We have never met a housekeeping person as wonderful, kind, and dedicated as Mohamed Gamal- REALLY! He took care of our room (Villa 10007) every single day with such attention to detail and genuine kindness.

I’m writing this from the bottom of my heart — he truly made our stay special.

We also want to thank Mr. Mustafa (I unfortunately don’t remember his last name) who was always very friendly and took great care of our safety at the pool and made sure we always had fresh towels.

We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

We really liked the spa complex. Many thanks to the massage therapists Nana and Tik. They made wonderful massages to me and my daughter, carefully and thoroughly worked out all the problem areas. We especially liked the massage with hot stones.

Everything was so good that one of the staff named Hacer, facilitated my requests in advance to my arrival, and even upgraded my room type. Another staff named Ahmad, also managed every of my request in the cabana and during my stay. I had an amazing experience here! Appreciated!

The room is quite large, but it is inconsistent with the presentation in the hotel room pictures. The pictures show a two-person connected sofa, but the actual room has two separate small sofas for one person. In addition, although we had indicated in the requirements that we hoped to be arranged in a room with a better view, the hotel still gave us a room with a balcony tucked in. Although we can still see the sea, it is obviously different from the room with a protruding balcony. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, with a shower but no bathtub, and double basins. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, except for seeing two ********* compatriots at the moment of check-in, we didn't see any Asian faces. Most of the people in the hotel are European. All the hotel staff basically speak English or Russian. There are no Chinese service staff, and the service staff are friendly. The hotel's greenery, swimming pool, etc. are well maintained. Drinks, cold drinks, and food in the public areas are free to take and eat, and the minibar in the room is also unlimited.

My child and I stayed at the Rixos Hotel. It was a great hotel for families with children, and the service was excellent. However, because the resort is so large, you might have to travel by golf cart. While the buffet restaurant is good quality, it doesn't offer much food that suits Korean tastes. It's a great place to go to the beach with children, and the airport is only 20 minutes away. It's also close to the snorkeling boat dock, which was nice because we didn't have to wait long for the car ride. The reception staff's English wasn't very good, so I had trouble understanding them at first. It was nice to have an ATM at the reception. Since it's an all-inclusive hotel, there were very few in-house expenses, and credit cards were accepted. My child loved it, so I highly recommend it.

I'd still recommend against this place for Chinese tourists. First, the prices are high, the service is average, and the hotel is mostly populated by Russians. While there are plenty of restaurants—six in total—reservations are impossible to get. I stayed two nights, and every restaurant was full, forcing me to eat at the buffet. However, there weren't many people dining there. I think it's a hotel gimmick. They say you can choose from a variety of restaurants, but none were available. I complained to the front desk, paying for three meals, but nothing was available. They had no choice but to book me one night at People's, the Italian restaurant. However, there were actually very few people dining that night, with many tables empty. The pre-prepared dishes were also quite unpalatable. The hotel is so large, and the service isn't up to par. All services are centralized on a website, similar to a mini-app. I find it less convenient to call, something I'm sure most Chinese people wouldn't be used to. Also, all the bars are free, and reservations aren't required. The cocktails are truly terrible, and the bartenders are incredibly incompetent. I insisted on trying three, and none of them were good. But let's be honest. Their strawberry juice is truly delicious. I always go in and down three glasses straight away; it's the authentic flavor.

I booked a pool villa, but the location we were given was just average. From inside, there was no view of the ocean. Chinese people definitely don't get the best views. Also, the pool wasn't private; it was shared by about five or six other rooms, which I wasn't expecting.

Throughout the entire stay, no staff member asked if we needed any help. We had to fend for ourselves. I felt the price was completely disproportionate to the service we received. Honestly, I don't recommend staying here.
