The hotel includes three meals, midnight snacks and drinks Absolutely fine. The balcony overlooks the Red Sea There is also a hotel-exclusive beach 🏖️ and towels for you to use It's very convenient to play in the water

Sun & see hotel - Hourgada - it is a nice and beautiful hotel there are 3 beautiful swimming pools and a very nice beach , people and workers there are very good I spent a very good holiday with my family there from 23-7-2013 up to 26-7-2013 , but the hotel need more proficient management , elevators need maintenance and repairing , air conditions and furniture need adjusting and fixing , bathrooms...

Everything was very good.. The employees were very good.. The reception was the best thing.... A good employee... The food was good.. The hotel was normal.

Excellent hotel with its private beach. Animation all day long, super! Close to the city center, just a 10-minute walk.

The in-room phone wasn't working, and when I called the front desk from my mobile to report it, they didn't offer any solutions. Looking at other reviews, cold water seems to be a common issue

However, I didn't get a single hot shower during my three-day stay; the water was always lukewarm

I was in a hurry to check out, but they insisted on a 10-minute room inspection. After the inspection, the front desk didn't bother to inform me, and their attitude was generally unhelpful

As a small suggestion, it would be great if the hotel could consider providing a shuttle bus service for guests to travel around nearby places such as Senzo Mall, which would make getting around even more convenient and comfortable

Although the price was 4 pounds, it felt much safer, clearer, and more reliable. For other travelers, we would recommend using the hotel’s taxi service for peace of mind, especially if you are unfamiliar with the area

We had a disappointing experience using Uber while trying to go to Senzo Mall, which is actually very close to the hotel. The price shown in the app was 1 pound, but the driver asked for 5 pounds instead

If you cannot find a free sun lounger at the pool lifeguards will go and get you some. Rooms are cleaned every day and free water and coke/sprite was left every day in the fridge. The air con in the room was fantastic

Unfortunately we could not eat at the Japanese restaurant as it was fully booked for our entire stay. I think the booking system should be fairer. There are a lot of flies and birds in the main restaurant

I would also like to mention a point for improvement regarding the sunbeds at the pool. Many guests place towels on sunbeds early in the morning and then do not use them for most of the day

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. The property is stunning, very well maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. You truly feel appreciated as a guest here

The treatments in the salon are a bit over priced. 50 euros for a basic pedicure and would have been 60 euros to have with gel polish. Massages are very good and better priced

However, during our stay we discovered that there is a VIP option with a blue wristband. With this band, guests can access all restaurants and enjoy additional services

The pool closest to the hotel is heated, which was a lifesaver in the cooler evenings. The water slides were an absolute highlight – crazy fun and the kids couldn't get enough of them; no long waits either

The private beach is stunning with soft sand and crystal-clear water right off the pier. Walking out on the pier in the morning was magical – the sea was so transparent it felt like glass

Rooms are spacious, beds super comfy, hot water reliable every day, and no annoying sales pressure ( but make sure at the towel station you get a red flag or you will be disrupted time and time again ) The juice bar by the pool was a nice touch – we got a bundle of 10 drinks for about £20, perfect for refreshing breaks

The good stuff: The resort is kept very clean and tidy throughout – rooms were serviced daily, everything felt fresh, and the pools (there are several) were spotless
