The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff had an excellent attitude. There were so many restaurants with great food options. The fruit was fantastic, and drinks were all-inclusive. The water park was also really fun

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Jungle Aquapark in Hurghada. The hotel is brilliant for families (or anyone who likes to have fun)

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a beautiful direct view of the swimming pool

I just had the most wonderful family vacation at a truly kid-friendly resort! 🏖️ The food choices were absolutely fantastic, catering to everyone's taste buds, which made meal times a breeze

Very big resort, with a lot of nice pools and water slides. Beds at the pool could be more, they were mostly full

Some restaurants were not available with our wristbands (not referring to the à la carte options), beach access through other hotel but not the bar/pools in that hotel

The food was great, and the staff were helpful in most cases. However, when we requested a potty for our child, it was not provided. The room and pools were clean

Tip: if you want to tip them, keep in mind that they cannot make use of euro coins (bank won't accept them), so maybe change the coins for them with bills or Egyption pounds

Food was delicious and a lot of choice! The people who work at the resort (cleaning, service and cooking) were all very helpfull and friendly

Also, people with dissabilities can go to the toilet at as many places as non-disabled people, you don't see that often

It's a very beautiful hotel with numerous tea and dessert lounges, unlimited drinks, multiple swimming pools, and a private beach. The hotel includes meals and accommodation

We've never experienced any discrimination; in fact, they've always been incredibly accommodating. The front desk often gives us priority check-in, and the lemon tea in the lobby is exceptionally good

What I did not really like was the closed bay with no access to the open sea. I do not like this, but for those with children, this is probably even a plus

The only downside is that it's so popular, rooms are hard to book. I hope it continues to improve!

The only downside is the poor bathroom design; one of the door frame legs is easy to bump into

The front desk staff was very friendly. I booked a sea trip on the day of check-out, so I checked out in the morning and stored my luggage. I came back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4 or 5 pm

Overall, while there were some highlights like cleanliness and certain staff members, significant improvements are needed in service consistency, amenities, dining, entertainment, and connectivity to deliver a truly satisfying guest experience

Evening entertainment was almost non-existent, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. Wi-Fi: Connectivity was poor, with frequent disconnections and slow speeds, making work and streaming nearly impossible

Reception was efficient at check-in but inconsistent in knowledge and responsiveness. Facilities & Entertainment: Open areas and gardens were well-maintained, but crowded at peak times

Service: Staff friendliness and professionalism varied greatly. Some were welcoming and helpful, while others seemed disengaged. Language barriers made communication difficult

Pre-arrival Communication: Limited information about activities and services before arrival made planning difficult

Improvements in dining variety, entertainment, Wi-Fi, and service consistency are needed to justify the cost

The hotel is very large, the swimming pool is also very large, the landscape has the sea leading into the hotel and the swimming pool, the environment is super good, and there are many facilities to play

I don't know if it's because of this season, there are so many mosquitoes in the hotel! Especially if you have travel plans in the near future, you must bring mosquito repellent items! Of course, you can also ask housekeeping to provide mosquito repellent

This vacation was one of the nicest. Overall, I rate the hotel very positively. The service was absolutely perfect. We liked the lifeguard at the pool (16+)

Noby Ramadan for his outstanding work! All the gentlemen at the beach and pool took great care of us. The Massage Center and Beauty Salon were fantastic

Before booking, I saw some reviews about the hotel's discriminatory treatment and was quite worried, but after checking in, I felt that it was beyond my expectations. At first, the air conditioner in the room was broken

Maybe because of the season, there are not many people in the hotel recently, which makes the whole environment more peaceful and comfortable. We stayed here for three nights, and each night had a different experience

The pools are good, nobody got sick with Coxackie or Legionella = success! The hotel is safe and is also located in a safe neighborhood. We went to Hurgada Marina a couple of times

Our vacation was great, with a beautiful reef, lots of fish, and plenty to do. The rooms are nice, but only the new ones. The older part of the hotel made a worse impression

Unfortunately, the hotel didn't inform us about the extensive renovations, so the drills and other noises significantly disturbed our relaxation. The service was super, the staff deserve a medal!

Well the property is very serene and beautiful. It would be utilised better for a couple with kids or families. So many things to do around including pools, aqua yoga, gym, water park etc

Water slides are great, and pools are heated except one of them. Simce we had colder weather then expected, it was great to use the heated pools

Also after we checked out we had ordered a taxi for us (not with the hotel) and he was waiting outside by the front gate. I have provided the car registration on reception so they can let the driver in, but they didnt

Great hotel, staff is very kind and helpful. Various buffet food for breakfast lunch and dinner but also have other A La Carte restaurants on site. Clean, great sized room with balcony

(Which is quite far with all your luggages) but we waited 10 minutes and nobody came, but I have told reception the driver is already waiting for us but they didnt seem to care

We only stayed 3 nights and didnt spend lots of time in the room, so it was okay but if you are coming for longer be sure to request a room away from the lifts

They said they cant let anyone in who is not with the hotel but will provide us a car with driver to the fromt gate

A wonderful all inclusive resort with multiple restaurants and bars on property. They also have a small shopping mall which includes pharmacy, snack shop and clinic. Bar service on the main level is 24 hours a day

Food quality and variety is great but taste is satisfactory. Snacks available in the Italian and Mexican restaurants and you should go for them. Pool is clean , enormous, not heated

Sea is slightly rocky with a place for snorkeling and googles are there to hire WiFi connectivity is great everywhere but the speed is so limited , suitable for browsing but not streaming

It's rare to see all-inclusive restaurants for East Asians. There are many swimming pools, but the beach is not big and the beach chairs are all full. The facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is good

Hotel and service is perfect the problem is the sea very shallow beside the snorkeling area end of the bridge, so you need to walk a lot every day if you wanna swim or do snorkeling the hotel is very generous

The animation team did a very good job at all hours of the day, they were really helpful and nice and provided everyone with entertainment so there wasn’t any boring moment during day and night

I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain

I would recommend coming to this hotel! We have had a fantastic week here! Everyone has made us feel welcome ! The food has been fabulous, the entertainment team has been great including playing darts and everyone has been so nice and welcoming! This hotel is close to the airport. I booked an all-inclusive package and was given a first-floor room. The hotel has multiple pools, a wide variety of activities, and a restaurant with a daily menu

All in all, this was my third time in Hurghada and this is by far the best hotel I've been in. People, service, facilities, I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who wishes for a vacation without any worries

All was good.the porter service on check out was not the best.they delayed bringing the luggage and I was about to miss the bus going back to cairo.

I think it is the best beach in hurgada. the furniture and buildings seems old ,the pool and aqua is small ,the variety of food is poor and the dessert is awful. the towels were torn and dirty

Ahmed Is the Best Bartender in Egypt! It is was an amazing stay at Pyramisa Sahl Hasheesh beach resort and one of the absolute highlights was Ahmed at the pool bar

One thing which is good to know for all guests: the WiFi connection is quite bad and some staff from the party group, travel companies, spa and photoshoots can disturb you while you are relaxing on the beach or near the pool

The room was very clean, thanks to Reda from the cleaning service. The majority of the workers are kind, especially Alaa, who works mostly by the pool. The food is really great, with a lot of different meals

I loved almost eveything except singer who was performing on 15. Sorry but she was terrible, like really terrible, heard people talking on bar about her how bad she was. So bad we could not listen to her and had to leave
