The room I was assigned was nice, but the hotel service was just average, and I didn't like the food.

Check-in took 40 minutes, I've never taken that long. The staff at the check-in counter had a really bad attitude, and when I asked when I'd be done, they impatiently replied, "Just wait." The massage was outsourced to a third party, which is very unprofessional; I wouldn't recommend going there. The app's response time was also very slow.

The club suite I booked had a truly stunning view, but it was quite far from the restaurant and check-in area, requiring a considerable amount of walking and waiting for the shuttle bus. The heated pool was perfect for my kids to enjoy in February in Hurghada. There were plenty of activities at the pool too. The room was new and spacious, and the location was super convenient. Right next door there's a big mall with a Carrefour, though there wasn't much worth buying. Free parking and a great breakfast rounded out a wonderful stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the airport, with a Carrefour and a beach nearby. The all-inclusive package offers great value for money, and the food and drinks are good. The furniture is old, like you're in a traditional house, the air conditioners are very old and obsolete, the screen is small with limited channels, and the receptionist, Hamdi, needs a bit more experience in dealing with people.

Probably the best hotel chain in Hurghada. Very high level of service, beautiful grounds. Delicious food in the restaurants. The hotel is quiet, and the tourists are all well-mannered and reserved.

Excellent! 👍 Every aspect, including food, accommodation, and service, was superb. 👍 The staff were all very friendly and always greeted us. There were five restaurants to choose from, offering cuisines from Africa to Asia. The hotel is by the sea, with stunning views. I really loved the atmosphere and ambiance.

The all-inclusive hotel only accepts adults aged 18 and above, so there won't be any noisy children running around. It's suitable for adults who like a quiet and relaxing vacation. You can also enjoy the facilities and restaurants at the other two hotels in the same group, but the best restaurant is still the one inside Lifestyle itself.

I have enjoyed a full week vacation in this hotel. It has a great location and free transportation from the airport for repeater guests, also it is not far away from the airport though cant hear any noise from the aircraft. Rooms are spacious and equipped with very wide soft bed, light design, minibar with coffee machine daily refilled. Restaurants are very good and offer many options between facilities...

No heaters .. not even a bit of warm water in the shower .. for a whole week we had to have a cold shower after the beach day .. We faced that with a 2 years old toddler who couldn't stand the water at all

Rooms aren't the cleanest but it's okay , no WiFi as they claim , I stayed for a week last year and asked about WiFi every single day and kept getting told "the it is working on it" asked to have it any way so it starts working when they fix/charge it , no can do cus no one knows the password , last year the beach pass was good but this year the beach is more on the stony side , open buffet was okay...

The hotel is beautiful, but it needs attention in the swimming pools and the parties. There are only two poor ones, but the hotel is beautiful and the people in it have a nice spirit, but the attention to cleanliness is good, and the sandy is better than in past years. The staff was very nice and polite. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was okay and dinners and other meals from restaurant were very good. The pool was also very nice and it was warm which was a big plus in 22 degrees weather.
