All was good.the porter service on check out was not the best.they delayed bringing the luggage and I was about to miss the bus going back to cairo.

This hotel is close to the airport. I booked an all-inclusive package and was given a first-floor room. The hotel has multiple pools, a wide variety of activities, and a restaurant with a daily menu. The freshly squeezed juice in the morning is delicious. It's a great place to relax and unwind.

Bar at aqua park pool is the best. Tiki bar and barman Gebril are the best during our vacation. We became best friends with him. I really liked the hotel's spacious grounds, which include a beautiful garden, a flowing artificial river, and large swimming pools, one of which has warm water. The hotel is quite large, and the main street is decorated with a festive Christmas atmosphere. The all-inclusive meals are also good, with changes every day except for breakfast. You can also reserve sushi, noodles, and teppanyaki. It's a great place to relax.

The hotel is predominantly white-style, which is considered good for Egypt. The restaurants are generally mediocre; only the buffet is decent. The other restaurants, even those offering reservations and à la carte options, are just average. You can't expect too much from the food in Egypt.

The room was very spacious and had a balcony with a direct view of the sea. All three meals were included, so there was no need to eat out. The Red Sea scenery was beautiful and incredibly clear.

This is the first time at this hotel as a couple and probably the last as my husband gas dementia. But everyone has been so kind and helpful, the food plentiful and the standard very high. There is not one member of the staff that aren't courteous. Well done to the management for an outstanding hotel, all we need is a bit more sun in the afternoon
