No frills, well run hotel, which has everything you need and is very well located. Everyone does their job diligently, all the staff are very hardworking. Very old room stock. Many problems inside the rooms. The general area is normal, the beach is private and the sun loungers with umbrellas are of the old format. I liked everything! The food was plentiful, lots of different dishes, everything fresh and tasty. The sea is super! The very center, there is where to walk. The embankment in the marina is 10 minutes walk away. The rooms are normal. Linen, towels are fresh. I recommend the hotel.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Excellent location - on the central Sheraton street, next to a pedestrian street. Private beach with excellent access to the sea, several swimming pools. A variety of food, there is a cafe on the beach.

Excellent stay with outstanding services, but to pay for car parking while you are a guest for 6 days , it is really very confusing. However, I recommend to stay in such place, but try to find another place to park your car overnight.

The staff were excellent, very welcoming and genuinely customer focused. We were greeted by Mr Ahmed at the reception, who was exceptionally polite, kind and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, ensured we were comfortable, and patiently answered all our questions, which made the overall experience very pleasant and reassuring.

A perfect stay, highly recommended! On the first night, we had a problem with the toilet flush—it was broken and the toilet kept running. Even though it was evening, the reception immediately sent a technician who fixed it, so great service. And the breakfast was absolutely perfect—an incredible selection.

Spent a night. Room is small and rather dark. It wasn't clean. Room wasn't prepared well. No bathroom towels. Housekeeping staff couldn't understand English well. Pleasant surprise to have dinner and breakfast included. Lobby and grounds are lovely, well kept. Location is ideal near airport. Free airport shuttle shuttle half hour was an advantage.

The room was spacious and close to the airport, which was great.

The hotel needs to up their game, I was allocated a room at check in which had already been occupied by another guest, you could imagine the surprise of myself and the guest when I tried to open the room at midnight. The reception gave me an upgrade, but the room wasn’t very clean it had stains in a lot of places, packaging of the tooth brush look like they date from the times of the Pharaoh.

Clean. The staff is welcoming. Special thanks for the water in the room and for arranging a taxi. The grounds are well-kept. Unfortunately, there are many dilapidated buildings around the hotel, and there is nowhere to walk outside the grounds. But the overall impression is very good.

The room had a sea view, but the food was just average and not very good, and the seawater wasn't very clear. It was quieter without children staying there. The music during the hotel's weekend evening activities was quite nice.

Cleopatra Sharm Adults Only is an amazing property with phenomenal and attentive staff. I spent 7 nights and was able to enjoy two dinners at the Asian Restaurant on property. I also booked in a Spa Programme and was incredibly relaxed. I’m so happy I chose this hotel.

Service was terrible and unprofessional. Been asking for a tennis court in email and reception they told me it's in another hotel so i went to another one, then the hotel tells me again to another one. After i finally found it there's no one, although they told me to no reservation needed. Then I called they say they'll send someone, yet 30 mins passed and no one came. Wasting customer's time completely...

My friend and I stayed from November 15, 2025, for 13 days. We absolutely loved the hotel; the grounds are extensive, lush with greenery and flowers. The infinity pool is stunning.
