We were fine in general. We found rather more than expected. Food was good. Napkins were on demand. I really enjoyed riding aqua park facilities. There are busy swimming pools and those without anyone. Espresso was excellent. But sea isn’t too deep for adult, but good for kids and kite surfing beginners.

The hotel is accessible via a covered bridge from Terminal 3, and a free shuttle bus runs between Terminals 2 and 3. Very old hotel, needs a lot of refreshments but the employees are really making a difference. The biggest problem is the top floor dining room for breakfast with only 5 elevators. Rooms are not bad and bathrooms need renovation.

All good except the beach. They do their best but it’s just not good. Also I am not a fan of the horizontal spread of rooms across large area especially when the water is expensive to turn the spaces to a real greenery area. But it’s ok. Food is ok rooms are ok and staff are also ok.

The location is quite good, right next to the old Egyptian Museum, which you can see from the terrace. We were a family of three, and the hotel proactively added an extra bed for us. However, overall, the service felt a bit lackluster. To attract more high-end Chinese tourists, the quality of services needs to be improved.

The river view room offers a spacious view of the hot air balloons across the river, even though it was foggy that day. We also received a complimentary fruit platter upon check-in, and the front desk staff was very warm and attentive.

The hotel is located on a pleasant island, about a five-minute ferry ride away, with the ferry provided by the hotel. The services are average, and the breakfast is continental. However, the facilities are quite old and not very clean, with noticeable dust on the floors.

We are currently staying at this hotel. Overall holiday is great, all staff are very friendly and attentive. Very child friendly hotel and no pushy sales. Food is hot and beer is cold. The hotel is very very beautiful. The people here are so nice and are always there if you need help. The entertainment for the children is very sweet and the animation is so funny! The live singers are so good, specialy Bee Gees. Will come back definitely
