The location is wonderful - right in the center (in front of Grand Theater Tram Stop, the staff is very nice, accommodating, wonderful cleaning staff, front desk, requested for taxi drop off and that was great as well, no problems with staff. I booked the Club Room - Very small which is not a problem but the furniture is dated, curtains are dark. The hallway and rooms have an old smell.

We found the hotel lived up to our expectations. The location is excellent, not far from the Opera house and cathedral. The room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom. Really nice hotel in a great location. Being just around the corner from the busiest section of the city means that you are centrally located but isolated from the noise. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Parking is not cheap at about €27 per night, but it's close by. Breakfast is nothing special with no cook to order. The staff was helpful.

Kinda expensive but worth it. We even came back again rooms clean. Good beds. Nice amount of space. Right in the center of the old town but room very quiet. Breakfast: ok nothing special but you would need to do a bit of walking to find another place less expensive.

This is a beautiful hotel, set in a tranquil garden, with a lovely view. The staff members were helpful and very friendly, and the room was enormous, interesting and comfortable. This is a very small hotel. We had a lovely room. The staff were all very helpful with supplies that were missing from our room. They helped us with restaurant suggestions and reservations. The hotel is right in town, minutes to everywhere. We did not have the breakfast, as 18 euros for what was offered seemed high compared to other hotels.

A wonderful stay at Villa Koegui! The staff were brilliant and so kind and attentive. This hotel was a great choice for a stay in Bordeaux. Luca at the front desk was amazing!! He helped get reservations at local restaurants and was eager to please. Claire de Lune is close to Biarritz but in contrast-is a peaceful and secluded get away. The main building is very beautiful and has old world charm, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. It's the perfect place for travellers who want to relax and have some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle. We loved our time here and look forward to returning.

linen bags I personally don't like having to carry 25 kg of linen on my back across 400 m, and then spend one hour putting the linen on the beds, coming back to the reception because they did not give us the right set, puzzling over which linen goes where, etc. Sure they provide caddies, but they seem to always be taken or in a state of disrepair. Great vacation center! Despite the fact that I inherited the only apartment where the sun is still hidden by a huge tree. A quarter of an hour between two branches around 6:00 p.m. Otherwise the site is perfect and the apartments are perfect. Very pleasant and sunny heated swimming pool.
