The hotel is located just a short distance from the main beach of Biarritz, close to the city centre. The rooms are decorated in modern and elegant style. In the mornings the restaurant serves a Breakfast buffet. Casino, Spa centre and the Palais des congrès are less than a ten minute walk. Good place for a beach holiday.

Consists of one 4-storey building.
Only 43 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach, 300 m from the hotel (2-coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Sun beds, umbrellas - for a fee. The beach is 1 km away.

For One time in our way to San Sebastián was a really good Choice, it was really a good decisión tu stayed there
Being part of a 2,000 mile road trip we picked this hotel because it provided parking facilities for €20 per night. I was sent a pre-check in questionnaire which I duly filled in ahead of time, part of which was my request for a parking space close to reception as I have a painful back issue (slipped disc). However, upon arrival I was promptly told that there were no parking spaces available, despite the hotel offering spaces and my request for said parking. At no point prior to check in was I informed that there were no parking spaces available, instead I was told I could park in the pay and display areas around the hotel but these were prohibitively expensive and therefore out of the question. I was then left to try and find alternative parking elsewhere and ended up a twenty minute walk from the hotel. A poor show that tainted an otherwise excellent trip..
I arrived very late at 4am and the night staff member on reception was super helpful and friendly despite the busy streets full of revellers from the festival.
Hotel was adorable, loved it. Definitely go back and stay again.
Great quiet hotel, well situated at the heart of Biarritz. I will certainly consider to stay here again for our next visit.

Location is ideal - St Charles is a great little area to eat & drink, and very close to central Biarritz and beaches.
Everything was as described and rooms were clean and comfortable.
Big shoutout to Roman, extremely nice and chill dude with some good local recommendations.
