The hotel has no ceiling lights, which is unique to European hotels. Overall, the stay was quite comfortable. The bread for breakfast was also good. The layout of my friend's triple room was a bit abstract, and the elevator was a bit small. Other experiences were good. The location was very convenient, and the train and bus stations were very close.

The sanitation is good, the room is average, the price/performance ratio is OK, the service is good, it is just opposite the train station, and it is easy to find, but there is a tobacco shop next to it, and there are always a lot of people gathering at night.

This hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Grenoble SNCF station. Correct welcome. The rooms are very poorly heated, which makes the stay less pleasant than it could have been. Breakfast corresponding to brand standards. The story telling of the mountain is much more visible at reception and the common areas than in the rooms. Great time staying here. Staff were lovely, enjoyed the Sauna twice. Sauna is a good temperature, unlike some hotels which have them a bit too cold. The train station is very close by taxi, and the room is of domestic chain standard. The room is OK, but the elevator is very narrow, only two people and two suitcases can fit in without turning around. The hotel service is good, and the breakfast variety is not large. Overall, I am satisfied!

Really nice hotel in the heart of Chamonix centre. Nice interior design in the room we lived in and apparently PERFECT noice isolation, because we were not once disturbed by the best after ski Chamonix has to offer just two floors below our window. Stayed at this gem of a hotel, not far from the main train station and 10 min walk to the bus terminal. A very good location, shops and restaurants are a plenty. The hotel is quite ok and we had a fairly big room, bed was comfy, decor was ok, bathroom a little antiquated, breakfast was ok but the dining room was dimly lit.

It was great to see so many people doing different sports nearby (hiking, jogging, trail running, cycling), which I really enjoyed.
