3 star hotels in Auvergne

The bathroom was really small. Only one set of towels for 2 people. No coffee or tea making facilities. Bed mattress was like a topper, and all bedding was plastic lined so very hot and uncomfortable. 12€ for unsecured parking. We are now in an holiday inn suits hotel in Reims and is a 100% bettter , car park free and under cover. Ibis have gone down in my opinion

Perfect location for visiting Star Music and eating at Carnagie Hall! The staff were very friendly, the Ibis Comfort room was great, and having on-site parking was a major plus. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Looking at the hotel from the outside may give the wrong impression. You can expect a super friendly and committed staff. Small but very clean and comfortable rooms. Since the "old" Ibis times breakfast has evolved to a full offer of fresh products nicely displayed. You would definitely not expect such a good experience looking at the price, hotel class and the outer look.

I liked the room cleanliness, the kindness of the staff, the private parking and the short distance to the metro station. The room was little but it was what we expected from the description.

A good choice for business trip in Lyon. If you are not at the University of Lyon, there is no need to come here. Traffic is not good, environment is average, breakfast is OK in time for the European Cup. Other than that, I probably won't come again Ibis is Europe for seven days

The hotel is quite nice and well managed. The staff is attentive and professional. It is a short walk from public transportation and also the amazing public park Tête D’Or. We were in room 509, which was comfortable, very clean and quiet. One of the nicest Ibis Styles hotels we have stayed in! Breakfast was awesome.

Not in a central but convenient area, with the metro 10 minutes away on foot. The rooms are basic. The service is mediocre, as is the bar service. Breakfast a little confusing but decent. Price too high for the services offered. the wi-fi worked very badly.

There is nothing wrong with this quiet hotel with a secure car park and easy access to the city. However, the sanctimonious claptrap written on the notice, to save them the cost of room cleaning is very iritating: "I am eco responsible do not clean my room."

The accommodations, the restaurant, the breakfast, all the service, especially from Cassandra and Jacob! Very attentive, answered all my questions (I don't speak French) and helped me resolve some unusual details. Thank you immensely! I will certainly be back!

The location is great, very convenient to the train station and close to the UTMB terminus. However, the room facilities are rather basic; the lack of a refrigerator and drinking water was inconvenient. But the staff were very friendly.

This hotel is very conveniently located. It is clean and comfortable except for the heavy duvets on the beds and no top sheet. Even with the windows open we sweat most of the night, but it was too chilly to remain uncovered.

Nice reasonably priced hotel very close to the Place Jaude (in effect the centre of Clermont-Ferrand), but in a fairly quiet street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast.

The breakfast salad was never fresh, and there were lots of flies in the restaurant.

It is relatively close to the train station. Although you can go to the old town along the river, that section of the road is quite secluded and the timid may not dare to walk it.

The transportation is convenient. I always like to stay in Ibis.

It is a 10-minute walk from the train station and opposite the old town. But it's not too far to walk along the river to the old town. Overall it's ok. It's simple, clean and convenient. Annecy is not big. If you don't go hiking, two days is enough.

There is a government-developed parking lot nearby. It takes 3-4 minutes to walk and is safer. Everything else is quite satisfactory. The only thing I hope to improve is to brighten the store sign at night, otherwise it will be really difficult to find it.

The staff is very kind, but in some rooms the shower is cold.

The hotel is nice and tidy but then they do not have hot water for shower when we arrive and we have to wait for more than an hour to shower.

Cool little hotel perfectly located near the off/on ramp to the main freeway (A75) as to not waste time while traveling. At a 5 minute drive from the Kyriad hotel is E.Leclerc supermarket or should I say shopping mall where you can buy EVERYTHING. The hotel offers a small swimming pool, which is super relaxing after a long day of driving. There's also a gym, but we all know that's just there to collect...

A classic Ibis, the hotel has small but well designed rooms with decent sized bed, great mattress, good sound proofing and blackout curtains , effective air conditioning and plenty of clothes storage space for a few nights stay. There’s a desk and chair and good TV. The bathroom again is small but enough space to lay out toiletries and a good hot shower. Plenty of electric sockets but no usb ports...

Top breakfast Room fut for use Parking too expensive

2 nights stay in a road-trip to Provence. The hotel was right in the centre with excellent parking. And the staff were fabulous. But the overall shabbiness of the property was disheartening. At almost twice the price of the previous nights’ spotless and spacious Adagio in Dijon - it felt that some of the profit could be channeled into renovations.

Just stayed there for one night. A very old hotel, good location at the city centre, my room was facing the street so did hear some noise outside. Overall was alright

Rooms are a bit small like prisons have larger rooms (only what i seen on tv), but for the money it's okay. The breakfast is a bit basic, it only has scrambled egg and bacon for the hot section. I would have liked some sausage or potato like hashbrown. If I stayed again I wouldn't get the breakfast here.

Cold Cold is the first thing that comes to mind… Heating in the room is blocked at 22 degrees Celsius. Bathroom has no heating and it is very cold in there. Staff suggest to keep bathroom door open to have warmer air flow in there. Unfortunately cleaning staff closes the bathroom door when they clean the room, despite front desk instructions. Sure Hotel Annecy offers a convenient stay with ample parking space and an EV charging station, which is very helpful for travellers. The room was a bit small, though this seems to be quite standard for hotels in the area. Overall, it was a comfortable and practical base for a night in Annecy.

I rate Hôtel d'Angleterre Grenoble Centre a “5”, not because it is a “great” hotel, but because it is very good - and a very good value for the dollar (Euro). It’s a little old and tired, but it’s perfectly functional and clean. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and patient. You get what you pay for and this hotel may actually be underpriced. I don’t think you can find a better location...

We stayed there for one night. We checked in at 2am. They were very friendly, the system didnt work but it was all good. We got our room - the room was cute. The parking was also easy to manage.
