Outdated room with airco buzzing

The receptionist is very friendly and helpful even when we checked in very late and had some booking problems which she easily resolved.

The room was cute, but tight. the front desk staff were very kind. Make sure your car is small in order to fit in the parking garage.

Business trip accommodation, convenient transportation

Clean room and good property with 5-7 min walk to the nearest metro station. Easy access to the city and walkable access to some museums.

Staff was very good and bilingual and spoke English. Very accommodating with putting medication in the refrigerator since rooms did not have refrigerators. Rooms were adequate however very small. The property appeared to be recently remodeled.

The staff was supper “sympa” which means they are super nice and accommodating! Gave me good advice as to how to navigate the city of Lyon! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!!

Overall, the value for money is good. The location is good. Cleanliness is good. Parking in the parking lot must be reserved, but you can find a spot outside along the road next to the hotel.

The location was the best thing about this hotel and for my purposes

You can hear your neighbors very well. There are no sockets - to charge your phone you have to turn off the TV. There is no refrigerator or air conditioner. I chose the hotel based mostly on location, but also as Best Western has a good reputation and the price was fairly reasonable. It was easy to park nearby in a public garage and a decent walk to all the sights. The room was, however, minuscule, and the shower almost flooded the bathroom. It should probably get two stars but the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent city centre hotel. Quiet, comfy bed and friendly staff. The decor may not be as modern - but its got an amazing French hotel atmosphere - wonderful internal murals etc. If you want bland - stay in a chain hotel. If you want a comfortable Grenoble experience - stay here.

I visited Grenoble for a week and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were professional and kind, and I really liked my room—it was clean, neat, and comfortable. The hotel is located in the center of the city, the best location I could have stayed. The service was amazing. I will definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Easy checking in and out. Kind, polite and helpful staff. Decent hotel, near public transport and tourist attractions. My room was a bit noisy early in the morning/night due to deliveries to the businesses around. It was ok as it was in Winter, but in warmer times, could be a problem. A very nice family business, a sort of "mom & pop" hotel; run by a very sweet and friendly French couple. Rooms are good, we had a nice balcony, PINK bathrooms and a good breakfast. Bourg en Bresse is a nice town. To travel there from Lyon airport by public transport was pretty difficult, make sure you book a reserved airport shuttle bus in advance, that will save you a LOT of time.

We stayed one night in Logis de Brou. The room was comfortable, and we could see the Royal Monastery of Brou from the balcony. The hotel is in easy walking distance of restaurants in the town centre.

Very clean and quiet hotel with parking and 10 mins walk to the old town center. Staff very professional. We stayed 6 nights. There are good traditional restaurants only 200m away. The hotel is well placed for the tourist attractions of B en B.

The hotel is in a good location for walking into Bourg. The man at check in was helpful and efficient and our room was ready and clean. The hotel itself is incredibly dated and in need of a massive upgrade. It is not like any other Ibis Styles I have ever stayed in. But the price of the room reflected this. Well located for the train station and a clean hotel however we struggled to get parking and ended up giving up and parking in the train station which was an extra charge, despite, the breakfast was nice but very small portions and overall the service from the younger staff could have been better

It was an ideal stopover for one night as opposite the railway station. Beds were comfy and breakfast was very good.

The location of the hotel is very good, in front of the train station, 7-minute walk to the old town. No AC, the room was very hot and the street was very noisy, hard to keep the window open because of the noise.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, 5-7 min walking. One can reach the "old town" by takin the metro in the main station, it's a 10 min ride (approx 2€). There is a shopping mall in front of the train station and caffeterias in the station, that are good to get supplies. It wasn’t clear when we booked this hotel that it was right next to a constantly busy main road so it was noisy all night. The food was okay. We only had breakfast there and there wasn’t a lot of choice. The staff in the breakfast area were not helpful.

Relatively satisfied. However, the sheet and the comforter had dried blood stains. Wine glasses were not available unless a bottle was purchased directly at the hotel. The terrace was not cleaned, and the ashtrays were full but not emptied. There were several parasols, but none were ever opened. The outdoor chairs were not cleaned.

It was a much narrower space than I thought. The window was right above the bed, so when I opened the window, a dried, twisted spider fell out and I was surprised. The bathroom was also spacious, and it was a perfect hotel for a one or two-day stay.
