My fiance, myself and my parents stayed here. OMG what an experience! We were greeted at the front desk and immediately called by our names. The staff switched rooms around for us at the last minute with nothing but smiles. They treated us like guests in their home. Immediately gave us a map and took the time to circle sites to see nearby and suggested restaurants nearby. Every morning greated with gusto and well wishes. Every afternoon greated with questions about how our day was. I just can not express how the staff here has added an unforgettable experience to our trip. I honestly feel like if we came back in several years they would remember us. I highly recommend staying here as I will be the next time we are able to visit Paris again!

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel due to the attitude of the reception staff.
During my stay, I encountered a receptionist who behaved in a clearly disrespectful and condescending manner. The interaction was uncomfortable and far from the level of professionalism I expect from a hotel. I reported the incident and submitted a formal complaint while staying at the hotel. However, I never received any follow-up or response regarding the status of my complaint or whether any action was taken.
It’s concerning that such behaviour is not addressed, as it directly affects the guest experience. I hope the hotel takes customer feedback more seriously in the future.
Also, the room was very dark and cold.

The location of the hotel is excellent but I must say they don’t clean the room properly. I hope they take this in consideration and improve! We found dust on the lamp, a hair in the spare blanket etc

I was there a long time ago but remember the hotel fondly. It felt safe. The rooms are renovated and the bathrooms brand new. Great breakfast.

This hotel is in an excellent location- a 15 minute walk from Gare du Nord and 40 to Champs elysees if you wish to walk and take in the atmosphere! Rooms are fine, no kettle but you’re hardly in them. Beds comfy. Staff on 24 hr reception are so helpful- have stayed here twice and recommended.

I stayed here for 3 nights in May with my sister. The hotel is in a great location—within walking distance to most of the places we wanted to see, with plenty of public transportation options nearby (buses and subway). The staff were very friendly, and our room had wooden floors, was quiet, and felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The bathroom was also quite spacious. We were on the second floor so we had no problem taking the stairs up and down. If you want to take the elevator it is kind of small, but I guess it’s normal for Paris :). Many good restaurants and groceries stores just a few minutes away too. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a no-frills, clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel 😩😩😩. Despite claiming to be newly renovated, there was absolutely no mention of this on their website or during booking. The smell of fresh paint was overwhelming and gave me a terrible headache throughout my stay. When I asked to cancel the rest of my booking because of this, the staff lied to me about the renovation and refused to help. How dare they treat guests like this! Just look at the newly painted walls—clearly, they don’t care about guest health or honesty. Absolutely terrible experience.
