Hyatt Paris Madeleine in Paris

Hotel location is perfect, the type of room was quiet large compared to standard paris hotels, with nice breakfast. Our room window unfortunately had an issue, with glacial winter wind entering the room. We were staying 7 nights, signaled it at least four times to the staff, no solution was found, no other room offered, and not even a discount (only an electric heater the 7th night ). I fell sick with 40 degrees fever by last night.
Last day, we asked for a taxi and the response was « with the snow youll never get one ».
If i book at a 4/5 stars hotel, at the price point being paid, i do expect superior service. Very disappointed

From check in to check out, our experience could not have been better! Genuine warm staff trying to fulfill any wish you might have. A room offering everything we need incl a good bed. Breakfast top, free drink offered later during the day. A superb location making it easy to walk to many of the sights. What we liked the most is the smaller size of the hotel, allowing it to be more personal and never crowded. This was our 3rd stay in this superb hotel and we will be back!

Beautiful hotel with helpful, friendly staff and an excellent location in the city. We enjoyed breakfast at Café M one morning and dinner in the lounge at La Chinoiserie one evening—both were lovely. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was perfect for our family of four, including a 9- and 12-year-old. We would absolutely stay here again.

Chose this hotel primarily for safety and transportation:

The location is a bit farther compared to hotels near the Opera district, but that also makes it quieter and safer. Upon check-in, we were immediately offered a glass of champagne. The minibar was complimentary on the day of arrival, but the selection wasn’t appealing—we didn’t touch anything once we saw it was a sensor fridge, still wary of being charged unexpectedly.

The coffee lounge downstairs provides one free drink per person, including options like beer, soda, and sparkling wine (though champagne is not included). Do note that it's strictly one drink per guest, so be mindful when ordering.

I’m not a top-tier member, so breakfast was an additional cost. Pre-booking for all days came to €32 per person per day, while paying on the spot was €40. The breakfast itself was quite good—you can order items like omelets and French toast. The coffee and tea were presented beautifully, though the taste wasn’t great, and the staff often made mistakes with orders.

The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff—returning to such a perfectly made room after long days of sightseeing was a real comfort. However, service attitudes among both the bar and restaurant staff were inconsistent. In particular, the lady at the bar seemed visibly bothered when we didn’t order another drink, which felt unwelcoming. A more patient and polite explanation would have been appreciated.

The price-performance ratio was relatively low. I booked a "small suite" for 7,000 RMB per night, but the so-called small suite was just a relatively large entrance space, which had nothing to do with a "suite" at all... The facilities were average, and the bathroom door couldn't be closed... The location was okay, I was on a relatively high floor, with a distant view of the Eiffel Tower.

Our stay at the Hyatt madeleine was wonderful. I wish we could have stayed longer. We were greeted warmly in the beautiful lobby by Elisabeth the assistant manager and she was lovely. She offered champagne during check in and gave us great restaurant recommendations. It was our honeymoon so she made sure she got us an upgrade. AND she sent macarons and some cake as a treat to celebrate our honeymoon. So sweet! Rooms are super clean and have everything you need. All the staff we ran into from front desk to the bar were so nice and accommodating. It was also in a great location. Not too far from major attractions but also on a more quiet side of town with still plenty of things to do and places to eat near by. Next time we are in Paris we will definitely be staying there again!

Love the location, very convenient yet situated in the quiet street of Paris. Had a few strolls around the streets of the hotel. The room is very comfortable.

The hotel I stayed at on my first day in Paris was a pleasant surprise. The room had a view of the Eiffel Tower. The suite was quite small, but it was clean and tidy, and the service was decent. There was a supermarket a few steps away, and while there weren't many restaurants nearby, there were plenty of options if you were willing to walk a little further. It was about 800-900 meters from Galeries Lafayette. Breakfast was delivered to the room, and the whole place had a distinctly French feel. Oh, and the Eiffel Tower lights up every hour on the hour.

This was a hotel I really enjoyed in Paris. Unfortunately, I booked late, and there was only one room available for one night. Although it was expensive, the stay was quite comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and proactive, always ready to help and ask if I needed anything. The madeleines at the hotel were even better than those from professional patisseries. The lemon water and small desserts in the lobby were a thoughtful touch. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Paris!
