Good hotel in a vibrant area.

Shower is slippery like it's oiled. You will slip and hurt yourself. The beds were terrible. The room is too small to move around. There aren't any places to put your bags or put your clothes.

House keeping doesn't do much but change the towels and make the bed.

Quiet rooms. AC worked great. Has elevator.

Free coffee and bread in the lobby bar.

Best hotel around. The staff is nice, place is very close to every metro and bus station, rooms are clean...

The location of this hotel is excellent, with easy access to many places, only 10 mins walk to opera. Unfortunately, that’s the only positive part of my stay. The room facilities were old and had an unpleasant smell. Even worse, the staff I encountered were snobbish and unhelpful, which made me feel very unwelcome. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I will not be returning to this hotel.

The price was reasonable. The room was on the street side so if your window was open there was lots of noise from bars nearby.the room was small the bed was huge.
The water pressure was great and the water was both cool and hot. Nice updated bathroom the staff was very helpful. My room was cleaned every day

The location is good, with plenty of places to eat and close to the station.
The room was also in good condition.
I had emailed the hotel several times requesting three beds for three adults but hadn't received a reply, which worried me, but when I checked at check-in they had made the adjustments.
I would definitely stay here again.

I made a reservation over the hotel's own website, and everything went well. Yet, a few hours later, I received a message from the hotel that my reservation was cancelled. No further reasons were given, and my email inquiry remained unanswered.
I tried a second time: rooms were still available, at the same rate I had booked before. However, this second reservation was cancelled again, also without providing a rationale.
This is not the way I want to be treated as a customer. Our planning relied on having a place to sleep in this area.

Wonderful little gem of a hotel!
Great gem right at the intersection of the 2nd and 9th arrondissement. Wonderful staff, great sized room, A/C worked great, had a view of the neighbourhood - really nothing more we could ask for. In terms of access, the hotel is located just around the corner from the Grand Boulevards Metro station - so within 5 minutes you can get anywhere you want to go!

I would happily spend another 12 days here is the future

This was the best choice we made. All the restaurants and night club are near by. No need to to take taxi.
