The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful but it seems they lack of flexibility to turn the situation toward a satisfaction. The room where I stayed was on 3rd floor, very bright with full of lights from the glass window on both main (bed) room and the bathroom. But it was quite freezing.
The heater in the bathroom is not functioning, although the staff was kind enough to send a technician to fix, but he could not. So their solution is that I shall open the shower head to full heat and hope the hot steam warm up the bathroom - which is not possible also.
The central heater for bed room is also set at 22 degree max and they can not change, so the fact the the room has 2 big glass window turns out to be a disadvantage at night, because it was freezing.
I stayed in some different hotels in Paris and this is the first time this kind of problem with heater happens.
The bath towel seems used with unpleasant odor too.
The room has everything that you need, a comfortable bed and a nice breakfast (pay €12pp).
Hotel staff are very kind to let us check in earlier, keep our luggage in a store room and let us have a seat until we have to catch a train.
