Hotel Splendid Etoile in Paris

Very nice hotel and goid location

Had a great stay here!
We came to Paris for a photoshoot, and the hotel kindly gave us a room with an amazing view.
Even after our flight was delayed for 10 hours, they still kept the room for us.
Super clean, quiet (even right next to the Arc de Triomphe), and the staff were wonderful.
Thanks for making our Paris trip unforgettable!

Great location, clean room and bathroom, staff are great, I recommend it.

The very first thing we did after arriving in Paris was check into this hotel — and the staff couldn’t have been warmer or more welcoming. When we arrived, it was still too early to check in, but the reception kindly confirmed our booking and stored our luggage for us. Later, after a bit of shopping and lunch, my husband realised he’d accidentally lost our luggage tag — but one of the receptionists actually recognised me by name and brought out our bags straight away (now that’s professional service!).

One of the lovely reception ladies playfully told us she’d given us the best room — 507 — and she wasn’t wrong! It was absolutely amazing — right in front of the Arc de Triomphe, with even the bathroom sharing the same breathtaking view. From the balcony, you could even walk around to the side for a completely different street view. The champagne and macarons waiting for us on arrival, and the in-room breakfast service the next morning, made the stay feel even more special — definitely worth the little extra.

I just have to say — the reception team were all so kind, cheerful, and professional. We felt truly well taken care of, and I absolutely loved their warm service!

Our recent stay at the Hotel Splendid Etoile in Paris was truly splendid! 🌟☺️ I loved the breakfast service; it was so delightful to enjoy a full breakfast delivered right to the room. The pastries were fresh, and the selection of fruits, yogurt, and juices was perfect.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right across from the Arc de Triomphe. Waking up to a view like this was an unforgettable experience. The staff were also very attentive and helpful.

Great rooms. Spacious, clean, well equipped. Good air conditioning, curtains kept the room nice and dark.

Good location for metro, champs Elysee, arc de triomphe etc

My only concern was for the reception/ concierge staff. They recommended the restaurant over the road to us which was terrible. Got a feeling they did that as a favour to the restaurant.

Also, one night I came back in a taxi. The taxi driver refused to take my credit card. I went to reception explained the situation asking them for help. They basically shrugged their shoulders and said not their problem. I went out myself and told the driver I had no cash and he pulled out a card machine. Basically trying to get cash from me and picked on me as a tourist

Would have loved to have the hotel have my back but definitely wasn't the case
