Ac did not work. Room was not great. Bathroom smelled. For the price not worthy

Excellent location on many bus routes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Beds were particularly good. Nice hot shower with shower gel and shampoo. We had rooms overlooking courtyard which were lovely and quiet. Coffee, tea and drinking water available from lobby. We didn’t have breakfast but the eating area was clean and funky. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is one of the best hotel experience we ever had. I had some issues with my Luftansa luggage and I had it arranged to be delivered to ibis Paris Gare De Lyon Ledru Rollin 12th, and they just managed it wonderfully. Breakfast was amazing, locker facilities were good and I want to particularly call out Audrey who was an absolute delight. She gave all explanations and all the help to navigat aroud as well. There was also a gentleman whose name I dont recollect who helped to collect the luggage. I would certainly stay here when I visit Paris and would strongly recommend everyone to use this hotel. Please keep in mind that there are various ibis hotels in the same neibhorhood, I am talking about ibis Paris Gare De Lyon Ledru Rollin 12th

Some experiences:
1. Bath tub jammed, hair not cleaned we end up cleaning by ourselves.
2. Requested no rom cleaning, front desk gave wrong message, by answering not displaying message tag means no cleaning required, but cleaning clerk still entered and threw some of our clothes on the ground. The next date, we asked another front desk employee and said, just display the tag....
3. Luggage could not leave more than 24 hours and requested to find outside locker. We are returning next day just over 24 hours. Later we argued and the city locker opens at 8am but our train leaves at 7:30, finally hotel allowed to let luggages stay at hotel storage instead. Good ending but cause a lot of worries and time to figure out solutions.

Would suggest improve on employee's training and IBIS is a chained brand hotel, customers are expecting services are nothing to worry.

Easy to find and just round the corner from our main train station. Fresh filtered drinking water, clean and compact rooms with a good selection of breakfast ideas. Nice tidy outdoor gardens for a central location.

The location was very convenient since we were catching a train to Switzerland. Even though it’s by the street we barely heard any noise and slept like a baby. The family room was not spacious but the layout was great. The breakfast was surprisingly good and the staffs were so helpful. Especially Anita, she’s been very friendly! We would def recommend for those who need to catch a train!

Not good value for money at all! In a room for 3 people just one chair, no safety box, a very small desk, not even a litter bin, old furniture and old style (not at all what you see in the website images). All the staff, except one, don’t even say hallo, good morning or goodbye!
