Hôtel Le Mathurin in Paris

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, our room La Mathurin with a balcony was great and comfortable. Enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Nice Breakfast with fresh juice and delicious coffee. Thank you

A lovely hotel in a convenient part of the city. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, which was free. Bed was very comfortable, and staff was very helpful. The bathroom is too dark to do makeup, and has no shelf space--this should be rectified. Also there are many shelves in the bedroom, but they are occupied by decorative books. Some of these, at least, should be cleared for use by the occupants.

Excellent hotel, freshly renovated, close to the airport. The only thing is that they gave us a room with an exit to the road and it was noisy to sleep, but overall everything is great 👌🏻

We stayed here for our final night in Paris to decompress after our 2 1/2 week trip between Paris and Italy for the new year. I loved the hotel! Its cozy and dreamy like atmosphere is calming. Its close to major restaurants and about 45 minutes from CDG airport (if little traffic). We stayed in the suite that has a hot tub and garden terrace. I gave 4 stars for 2 reasons 1. The main reason we booked this hotel was because its 1 of the few hotels that has a private Jacuzzi in the room. Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi was not hot, it would only get warm, which is handy in summer or spring months but in early January when the weather is 28 degrees hot water in the hot tub is a necessity. 2. This is small but it mattered to me. We paid in full for the room in advance 1 week before we left for Europe. Which was in December. Yet, when we got to the hotel we were still charged the €100 deposit. Now in Europe most hotels that I have been to, don't place a hold for the deposit if you have paid in advance. So just be prepared for that. The amount of Euros were not a problem but we shouldn't have had to pay the deposit if the money was paid in full in advance before the stay.

Other than that the service was amazing and the concierge was friendly and very helpful, he came to show us everything in the room. Now lets talk about the room! Its spacious, and designed beautifully. There is a feature in this room besides the Jacuzzi that many will appreciate which is the automatic toilet! Also the closet has a see through floor. And the bed is so comfortable! The hotel street is quiet but close to alot and if you don't want to go out and walk in true European fashion Uber Eats delivers plenty options here! The breakfast buffet is good so you won't be disappointed! Great stay for us we will be back!
