Superb hotel in a very quiet area, overlooking the Canal de la Villette. Very clean, excellent bedding. The room had enough space for two adults and one teenager. The only downside was the heating, which couldn't be adjusted, and at 26 degrees Celsius in a room, it was far too hot (we slept with the window open). The breakfast was very generous and of high quality. In short, excellent value for money

Breakfast and budget are OK , but the facilities need renovation. In the room for two we had only one chair (?). The other guest must either stand or be able to use the bed.. We demanded that they add another one, but that didn't happen. They also didn't change the bed linen for several days, even though it was stained. They just turned it over? Apparently there is a problem with the staff.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was wonderfull. Very budget friendly due to being in the 19th arrondisment, but has a great location in proximity to metro and being located in a very cute and charming area (as well as being along the canal). Room was clean and well presented, with two balcony doors making the room feel larger. Concierge was lovely, attentive and kind - although I paid €35 for some very small happy birthday balloons. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. A breakfast (just a cup of black tea, a glass of juice, and three pieces of bread) took 45 minutes to arrive, and it was almost the end of breakfast time! It's absolutely ridiculous!

I checked out a day early. No one answered the hotel phone. I tried to communicate with Ctrip but to no avail. In the end, I had to pay the full amount. I will choose a new hotel next time I go to France to attend an exhibition.

Located in the city center, it has a rare sense of security

The room window faces outside. It was New Year's Day and it was quite noisy at night, with the sound of motorcycle engines. The automatic curtains were not smooth. The service was five-star, and the luggage pick-up was very worry-free. Breakfast was ordered and had to wait for a while, which was not suitable for guests in a hurry. Considering all the conditions, the room price was high.

Very clean, and super convenient for getting around. Downstairs there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, and bus #72 is just around the corner.

Room and bathroom: On the smaller side. Location: Not far from the Seine River, with a supermarket right outside and a bus stop a few minutes' walk away. Gym: Small and enclosed. Breakfast: The same every day, but you can boil your own eggs.

The room is relatively small; it's a bit cramped for two people. There's no hairdryer available; you'll need to go downstairs to borrow one.

A good budget hotel. Decent breakfasts for €10, considering that there aren’t many breakfast spots within a 3 km radius. Daily cleaning, fresh bed linen and towels every day. Close to the metro and tram stops.

The name says it all, it really is a budget ibis. The rooms are fine based on the price for them, the pillows are very soft, so keep in mind if you want a stiff pillow. The breakfast itself can be better, but the staff are incredible and very kind. Basically you get what you paid for. It's near a metro station 4, so it's easily connectable to the whole of Paris.

Finding a hotel in central Paris at this price is a rare gem, especially with real estate being so expensive here. The place was easy and accessible, it was sometimes hard to find a staff member but the hotel it was attatched to helped us a lot when we couldn't find them. Other than that the stay was reasonable for the price we paid.

We stayed here in July. It was a great hotel, clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very small. I wouldn’t stay here again but for the price I can’t moan.

The room was very comfortable and well-equipped with kitchen appliances like a microwave, induction hob, and dishwasher, plus an ironing board, making it perfect for self-catering. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, and three metro lines are right on the doorstep. The Eiffel Tower is just a kilometer's walk away, making it ideal for a short stay.

The facilities are pretty basic and a bit old, but there's a kitchen. It looks a little different from the pictures.

The environment is okay, and the location is good, but it's very noisy. You definitely won't be able to sleep without earplugs. Also, every time the subway passes by, you can feel the vibrations. I don't recommend staying right next to a subway station.

The hotel is located near the Eiffel Tower, and my second-floor room had a view of the spire. I imagine the night views from higher floors must be amazing. The hotel breakfast is quite basic, so I'd recommend eating out; there are plenty of restaurants and bakeries nearby.

The location is fantastic, right next to the train station. It's very close to Printemps and Galeries Lafayette, and you can easily walk to the Champs-Élysées, Place de la Concorde, Arc de Triomphe, and Opéra. Plus, there are plenty of supermarkets and coffee shops downstairs!

Location is great, room was okay sized for a hotel in Paris, but the sink in the bathroom and the bath tub were both very clogged and took ages to drain the water. And we were informed by the receptionist that guests would need to pay extra (about €60-70) for the spa facilities which we didn’t expect based on the name of the hotel. Definitely not worth the value.

Returning from Northern Europe, I once again stayed at Ascott The Residence Champs-Élysées. The service was excellent, and the location was superb.
