The hotel is small, but the location and environment are great. The 5th arrondissement feels very safe, and you can walk to the Pantheon, Notre Dame, and other attractions. The service was good, and breakfast was plentiful. My only complaint is that for a twin room, there was only one duvet.

Although it was a 3-star hotel, it was spotlessly clean, daily cleaning, towels and sheets smelled wonderful, rooms were small but good for a 3-star hotel, centrally located, 3-4 minutes walking distance to 2 different metro stations.

The suite was the way to go. Spent 8 nights at the hotel. They had housekeeping every day which was surprising. The suite was roomy. The only thing I was disappointed in were the drapes. They were dirty and stained. The AC was off and turned to heat so you have to open the windows for cool air. It was slightly warm in the room but cooled off nicely.

Room was very clean, staff was okay. Location was the most convenient being close to many restaurants and bars, including only 10 minuets away from multiple metros. Would recommend to others, stayed for 10 days

A modern 5-star hotel is indeed like a presidential palace worthy of their reputation. The service of all staff is very intimate with each other, customer satisfaction is number 1 in this hotel, the rooms are large, luxurious and clean, the swimming pool is also clean, the food is also delicious.

It's OK but not worth the price. Overall, it's not as good as Bulgari in Beijing. The most outrageous thing is that they gave us a disabled room. We are obviously energetic guys. Superb hotel in a very quiet area, overlooking the Canal de la Villette. Very clean, excellent bedding. The room had enough space for two adults and one teenager. The only downside was the heating, which couldn't be adjusted, and at 26 degrees Celsius in a room, it was far too hot (we slept with the window open). Breakfast and budget are OK , but the facilities need renovation. In the room for two we had only one chair (?). The other guest must either stand or be able to use the bed.. We demanded that they add another one, but that didn't happen. They also didn't change the bed linen for several days, even though it was stained. They just turned it over? The room design was lovely. We had a French lunch and an Italian dinner, both of which were delicious. You could even take pictures of the Eiffel Tower from outside while we ate. Room was clean and well presented, with two balcony doors making the room feel larger. Concierge was lovely, attentive and kind - although I paid €35 for some very small happy birthday balloons. The hotel was perfectly distanced to everything and just off the Champs-Élysées making it ideal if you want to pop out. Room serviced breakfast was equally lovely, great quality and delicious.

Finding a hotel in central Paris at this price is a rare gem, especially with real estate being so expensive here.
