The hotel is small, but the location and environment are great. The 5th arrondissement feels very safe, and you can walk to the Pantheon, Notre Dame, and other attractions. The service was good, and breakfast was plentiful. My only complaint is that for a twin room, there was only one duvet.
My overall experience was very good. Very friendly, helpful and caring staff - reception , breakfast room, cleaning staff. Our room was very good. Very clean and tidy bathroom. Also a small balcony with a view to a side street leading to Pantheon. The mattress and pillows were comfy and clean. The breakfast was very good with a fresh croissant and fresh bread as well as a nice buffet with a variety...
Central and accessible. Very good service
I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Quartier Latin. The room was clean and pleasant, and it came with a lovely balcony that offered a nice view, which was a definite plus. The staff were very helpful and friendly, which added to the positive experience. The hotel's strategic location is also a major advantage, being close to Notre Dame, the Pantheon, and several Metro stations. I would definitely recommend...
This lovely small hotel couldn't have been in a better location for my visit to Paris. It is an 11 minute walk to Notre Dame and the B RER train station. A metro is a block away and there is a lovely bistro across the street from the hotel. The desk person was very helpful in giving me directions to go to Versailles. I know having appliances is often not possible in small old hotels but I wish there...
The location is excellent and I like the breakfast very much!

Hôtel Madame Rêve is absolutely a hidden gem in Paris! The Junior Suite is incredibly photogenic with timeless old-money elegance, offering a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. Every corner is perfect for stylish photos. The front desk staff are friendly, professional and attentive. Breakfast is delicious with great service. Prime location, top-notch atmosphere and exceptional quality make it my first...
A wonderful hotel, we had a view of the rooftops of Paris. The breakfast, service, room itself, and location were 10 out of 10 for the price. We were very pleased.
The best hotel in Paris in terms of price/quality that I have visited.
An excellent boutique hotel.
Our stay at the Madame Rêve was wonderful. We found the location perfectly positioned to easily walk to the 8th, 1st, and the Marais (3/4). Hotel it self is stunning. The main restaurant on the first floor (The Kitchen?) was wonderful. We enjoyed the soups for lunch and steaks for dinner and they have a robust cocktail menu with well balanced flavors. The ambiance is young and fresh but inviting to...
I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is very attentive. The hotel is immaculate. We had dinner in their restaurant ‘the kitchen’. One of the best dinners we’ve had. Their rooftop bar is a must visit with beautiful views. We only stayed for one night but will definitely stay there again in our next visit

The location is amazing with good bistro around it. Front desk is very helpful. However, the sound proofing of the room is not amazing as I can hear my neighbour's moving things around and also water sounds which lasted for 30mins or so.
Because of the environmental conservation, the air condition is set at 22°C in winter which was a bit warm for me unless you open the window but because I'm on the...
I booked because they always responded to my emails. I needed a panoramic view of the Eiffel Tower. The young receptionist with glasses and long hair was extremely friendly and smiling when explaining the hotel's services to us. The room is very clean and completely renovated in a modern and luxurious style. The view is exceptional, you can see the tower from the bathroom, the bed is very comfortable...
I stayed at Maison 46 during my visit to Paris and had a very positive experience. The location is truly excellent: the hotel is close to several metro lines, allowing you to reach any point in the city in just a few minutes, making getting around extremely convenient. The rooms, while not particularly large, are spacious compared to the Parisian average, well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all...
very nice hotel, you can see that the reception and rooms have been renovated, the rooms are small but clean and tidy, in the room apart from the bed there are bedside tables, a few hangers, a desk, a safe and a small portable mirror (perfect for women who put on make-up) the bathroom is small but sufficient - shower, towels, soap and shower gel (for hair and body). near the hotel there are two Carrefour...
Very friendly and welcoming staff. The room was very well maintained and everything was very clean. The location is also very close to the Eiffel Tower, where there are many restaurants. The best part was the breakfast, which I highly recommend. Everything was freshly prepared with great care and attention to detail. Without a doubt, if I return to Paris, I would stay here again; they made me feel...
I stayed in the Suite 46 for my birthday, and I had so much fun with my daughter, the room was always clean, we loved the staff, always felt welcome, mostly from the dark skinned gentleman at evening shift, who made my birthday much better after a bad day and the breakfast was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! I don’t like how they don’t clean your room every day nor did the heat work it was very cold
The property and location are decent, service is good, and it's a quiet place.
The room was neat and well-equipped, with convenient transportation and a supermarket downstairs for easy shopping.
It was very amazing, if we ever visit Paris again. We would love to come back. The staff was very kind and helpfull.
Clean hotel, good location near the tram-way station and the bus stop.
Hotel located on the edge of the ring road. The rooms are decent with adequate amenities. But the hygiene leaves something to be desired. The sheet covering the mattress was wrinkled as if it hadn't been changed and contained brown crusts, an unpleasant odor in the entrance that wasn't reported. A wonderful hotel. Stayed for 5 nights lsat year. Stayed for seven nights in February 2026 and have booked another seven nights for October. Gorgeous hotel located perfectly in the 6th arrondissement. The entire hotel staff was attentive, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was charming. Breakfast was great. Cocktails were fun. The pool and suana are a great highlight. We love l’Hotel and can’t wait to return.
This was our third time back at L’Hotel. The second time I stayed at the hotel I felt very under the weather after checkout and asked if there had anywhere for me to sit for a while until we were to leave for the flight. They gave me a free room for 5hrs to properly rest as well as free food and drink. Amazing service that they had no need to offer but did anyway.

Great location, very comfortable stay, and delicious breakfast.
Hotel location is perfect, the type of room was quiet large compared to standard paris hotels, with nice breakfast. Our room window unfortunately had an issue, with glacial winter wind entering the room. We were staying 7 nights, signaled it at least four times to the staff, no solution was found, no other room offered, and not even a discount (only an electric heater the 7th night ). I fell sick with...
From check in to check out, our experience could not have been better! Genuine warm staff trying to fulfill any wish you might have. A room offering everything we need incl a good bed. Breakfast top, free drink offered later during the day. A superb location making it easy to walk to many of the sights. What we liked the most is the smaller size of the hotel, allowing it to be more personal and never...
Beautiful hotel with helpful, friendly staff and an excellent location in the city. We enjoyed breakfast at Café M one morning and dinner in the lounge at La Chinoiserie one evening—both were lovely. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was perfect for our family of four, including a 9- and 12-year-old. We would absolutely stay here again.
Chose this hotel primarily for safety and transportation:
The location is a bit farther compared to hotels near the Opera district, but that also makes it quieter and safer. Upon check-in, we were immediately offered a glass of champagne. The minibar was complimentary on the day of arrival, but the selection wasn’t appealing—we didn’t touch anything once we saw it was a sensor fridge, still wary of...

Really nice hotel, lovely and clean
Although it was a 3-star hotel, it was spotlessly clean, daily cleaning, towels and sheets smelled wonderful, rooms were small but good for a 3-star hotel, centrally located, 3-4 minutes walking distance to 2 different metro stations.
The suite was the way to go. Spent 8 nights at the hotel. They had housekeeping every day which was surprising. The suite was roomy.
The only thing I was disappointed in were the drapes. They were dirty and stained. The AC was off and turned to heat so you have to open the windows for cool air. It was slightly warm in the room but cooled off nicely.
Room was very clean, staff was okay. Location was the most convenient being close to many restaurants and bars, including only 10 minuets away from multiple metros. Would recommend to others, stayed for 10 days
The location is great as it is not a far walk to different metro stops. The staff is amazing!!! Room was serviced each day. The suite had room with a sitting area and bed in the back.
Problem with the room was the curtains were so dirty. Stains all over them. They need to be replaced big time.
Hotel was in perfect location for the Metro and walking into the old quarters of Paris. Lots of cafes and dining options. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable, appreciated the elevator after hours of walking around with bags.

While the hotel provides a full range of high-end facilities and meets the essential standards of luxury hospitality, it falls short of the refinement and polish seen in premier Asian properties such as the Bulgari hotels. The public spaces, rooms, and amenities are well-appointed, and service is attentive, yet the overall sense of exclusivity and opulence does not fully justify the price point. Nevertheless...
Service was excellent as to be expected. We just stopped in for some hot chocolate and the three of us shared a light salad. Perfect ! Next in Paris. France is always been a destination for most travelers at some time in their lives. And of course PARIS has been the the focal point over the years and still continues to impress. The hotel is situated ideally in the center of the eighth.
The room design was mediocre. All non-alcoholic soft drinks in the room were chargeable. The pool and shower areas were unsanitary and smelly. I was very disappointed with the breakfast; it was one of the worst I've had among similar hotels. The main problem was the lack of service awareness among the restaurant staff. They would attend to new guests before I had even finished explaining what I was...
A modern 5-star hotel is indeed like a presidential palace worthy of their reputation. The service of all staff is very intimate with each other, customer satisfaction is number 1 in this hotel, the rooms are large, luxurious and clean, the swimming pool is also clean, the food is also delicious.
It's OK but not worth the price. Overall, it's not as good as Bulgari in Beijing. The most outrageous thing is that they gave us a disabled room. We are obviously energetic guys. Xiaohongshu says that disabled rooms discriminate against Chinese people. But they also gave us an explanation, which is not very acceptable.
My stay at the Bulgari Hotel in Paris was nothing short of spectacular. I genuinely believe it's the best hotel I've experienced in Europe. The service and staff are absolutely phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and always going above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The hotel itself is pure luxury, with beautifully designed interiors that exude elegance and comfort.

Superb hotel in a very quiet area, overlooking the Canal de la Villette. Very clean, excellent bedding. The room had enough space for two adults and one teenager. The only downside was the heating, which couldn't be adjusted, and at 26 degrees Celsius in a room, it was far too hot (we slept with the window open). The breakfast was very generous and of high quality. In short, excellent value for money
Breakfast and budget are OK , but the facilities need renovation.
In the room for two we had only one chair (?). The other guest must either stand or be able to use the bed.. We demanded that they add another one, but that didn't happen. They also didn't change the bed linen for several days, even though it was stained. They just turned it over? Apparently there is a problem with the staff.

The accommodation is extremely luxurious, a truly high-class hotel that exudes the unique elegance of Paris, the City of Lights. The attentive care of the staff makes every guest feel at home.
Probably one the best hotel experiences in my life. It was a very memorable first hotel stay for my daughter (7 months old) and was an amizingly kid friendly to celevrate our 10yr anniversary. This maybe our 10yr celebration spot going forward 😃, so if things work out, see you in another 10yrs
The location is excellent, the service is great, the room details are superb, and the front desk is very responsive. Although the hotel fire alarm was accidentally triggered this morning, slightly disrupting my sleep, the follow-up feedback and apology were handled very promptly. I would definitely stay here again.
The room design was lovely. We had a French lunch and an Italian dinner, both of which were delicious. You could even take pictures of the Eiffel Tower from outside while we ate. Breakfast was also excellent. The swimming pool had a mural of the Seine River, which was visually stunning. The women's changing room had Dior skincare products, which I really loved. 💕

Good location, slightly out of the main city but really easy to get to by metro. Nice bakeries nearby. The 3 for amenities is based on the lack of tea and coffee making facilities and how tiny the rooms are.
Not near the subway. Except this all other things quite good. Bar, reception, room are very nice
No any noisy sounds. Soundproof is really good.
No kettle in the rooms, nor tea bags.
Disappointing for a hotel of this category.
I had a great stay at this stylish hotel in Paris. The room was very clean and, although small, it’s exactly what you’d expect in Paris. Check-in was smooth and the staff were genuinely friendly. The hotel itself has a very cool and modern vibe. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the on-site parking garage is reasonably priced by Paris standards — a big plus. Definitely not my last stay here!
The room is average, relatively small, and the facilities are average.
Environment: average, the window is small and cannot be opened.
The hotel breakfast is good, with many choices, and the restaurant is good.
We have always enjoyed staying here, but unfortunately, this time, our experience was overshadowed by the behavior of the restaurant manager. Everything about this hotel was wonderful! The room was perfect, the staff professional and helpful and the location can't be beat. Will definitely return.
