Mercure Paris Gare De Lyon TGV, Paris1 / 30
8.6
Paris, 2 Place Louis Armand (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Great location. Directly above the station with easy access to many trains and metros. Down side? Reception service could do a lot better.
Hotel location is ultra convenient as located on top of the gare de Lyon. the lobby is at the same level as the departure quays and is at 3 minutes. The hotel rooms are sound proof and just sufficient for 2 persons
If you are planning to travel with train and have a lot of luggage, you better spend 1 day in this hotel before your travel day. Location is great, and you can still enjoy the FnB outlets around it until 1 AM. Will definitely come back here.
Absolutely convenient. Clean and comfortable bed. Staff could use a bit of smiles and customer service training.
Mins to station and easy for trip out. Carryfour city just 3mins away.
Hotel is in good location just beside the train station. However the room is small but clean.

A pretty disappointing experience as we came back for the 3rd time and service was very poor. - no greetings upon enter ting the hotel - No greetings when approaching desk and discussing topic (just answering strait away the question) - no smile of any sort, no consideration of our enquiry on bathroom cold (due to wind coming in the ventilation) - no helping hand when we have 3 XL luggage each...
I booked this hotel for a colleague. The room was quite nice.
The hotel was quite nice. Not the best service, but still ok 👌🏼
Location was great, near to metro . Room was clean and spacious . Amenties was normal just like any European hotel standard , don’t expect slipper , toiletries etc. towel is kind of thin . Telephone wasn’t working to call Recep 😜。if you need iron your cloth you need to go a an ironing room, which is very small and iron was not hot . Overall is a nice hotel to stay a few days.
Location is great. Near train station and a lot of restaurant nearby. Room is nice and comfort. However, the staff service need to improve. There is no shower gel in my room and housekeeper did not realize that. I called front desk 3 times in 2 hours to get the shower gel. Housekeeper clean my room very late until I came back to my room in evening, My room still was not clean up.
If you want to discover Montmartre or a big fan of Amélie, thé location is definitely the best. It’s also easy to get to other districts in Paris since the bus and metro station is close.  Staff was always so helpful and they even kept my butter, which l bought, in their fridge after l checked out ;)

The room was spotless and incredibly spacious. The staff, from the bellhop who helped with my luggage to the front desk, were all incredibly warm and welcoming. There was no discrimination against Asian guests whatsoever. I gave a small piece of feedback to customer service and the hotel immediately sent a generous gift of chocolates and champagne 🍾. I was so delighted! Plus, the executive lounge is...
Very good hotel , everything by was ok
Super good location! It’s right next to Lafayette for easy shopping, and also close to Café de la Paix. The room is comfy, and we can even see the Eiffel Tower from our window. Really recommend staying here!
Good for short stays and great service. Very near tourist spots
Very good service. Perfect located near Garniers opera. Room: nice and spacious, but the window didnt give much light/view, in a corner of a small yard.
The location of the hotel was perfect, it was a short walk from everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The room was fantastic and worth the stay; the restaurant was also very good.
The room was very clean and the staff were very attentive to every detail, and I'm grateful for their hard work. They were all so friendly and made my commemorative trip with my friend even more meaningful! The birthday cake and champagne were also delicious. Thank you very much.
Had a wonderful stay at four seasons hotel george paris. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent. Perfect location and great service. Highly recommended!
We had the most wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and cared for. The service was flawless—thoughtful, attentive, and always with a genuine smile. Every detail of our stay felt effortless, from the beautifully appointed room with its elegant Parisian charm to the little touches that made us feel at home. The location was perfect...
Retire the category. The Four Seasons George V is the best hotel ever. They need more stars for this as it’s truly in a class by itself. The rooms are spectacular. Parisian style and extremely comfortable with a bed and blackout shades that will give you the best nights sleep you’ve had in years. The food is legendary. The breakfast buffet is something I will dream about for years. The setting is...
I not even sure where to start with this review. The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing and our stay was perfect. From the private transfer and pickup from the train station to the hotel, the greeting and escort to our room…service was just beyond expectations. Had to wait a bit at the front desk for check-in. There's an elevator, and the bathroom and shower are shared. Room entry is with a 6-digit code. City tax is extra (make sure to have exact change ready).
Good and clean stay. It is convenient to Metro and bus stations. Overall service is good and reasonable price.
we had a very pleasant stay at HotelF1 Paris Saint Ouen Marché Aux Puces with my friends. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized and smooth. The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping maintained the rooms and common areas perfectly throughout our stay. The location is excellent, especially for travelers who want easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions, including...
It has the great advantage of being very well connected to both metro and bus networks, which makes it easy to reach tourist areas. In terms of value for money, it is quite good. However, the shared bathrooms (one for the entire floor) are uncomfortable, and sometimes the hot water runs out. They are cleaned very frequently and hygiene is clearly a priority, but it can still be inconvenient. I highly...
The room itself was simple, the place is really just for sleep so I guess it’s alright if your whole purpose is out all day. But the soundproofing is SOO BAD! Because the hotel is right next to a night club! So every night it was SOO loud til like 5am. Even with the window closed you can hear the music from the club and there is a food truck parked right outside the hotel. So if you’re coming back...
The front office lady is very rude. Her behaviour is like we are staying there for free. Bathroom are and rooms are clean . Stay was good other than the behaviour of the lady. Location is not near Paris centre you need to take a half an hour metro from port de st ouen station.

Great basic place in a good location. Can only recommend for a nice weekend stay in Paris.
Excellent location near 3 different metro stations. Clean and welcoming hotel. Room a little small but clean and warm. Comfortable bed. Breakfast a little repetitive but decent selection of sweet and savory options. Excellent staff.
The room was small and there was no kettle. The location was good and convenient, close to the Bastille market on Thursdays and Sundays – you can walk there directly! They have fruit and dairy products there.
I chose this hotel because it has an underground parking garage. It's also a few minutes' walk from the Bastille metro station, making it very convenient. The only problem is the room is small.
My favourite Ibis in Paris - great location and decent sized rooms.
The location is very good. You can walk to the Marais area and it is very convenient for various bars, restaurants and shopping. Of course, it is not far from tourist attractions. The subway is also very convenient. The room is very small. This location is very expensive.

Good location! Very pricey! Service is alright but just reasonable hotel.
I had a buffet and two hot chocolates in the lobby, and they charged me €80.35? This hotel is overcharging!
The hotel location is superb, very convenient just above Metro, and train station nearby. Food restaurant is surrounded. Hotel staff is very professional and friendly. You may seek the staff recommendations for good restaurant. They have a list of it. Definitely will revisit again.
I had a generally good stay at the hotel, but I wanted to share one important point for future guests. The location is convenient, but the rooms on the 5th floor—specifically rooms 575 and 583—experience significant noise from the nearby trains throughout both day and night. Unfortunately, this wasn’t mentioned on the hotel’s website or on Trip.com, so it came as a surprise. I informed the receptionist...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its unbeatable location and excellent management. The shower pressure was good, but the drain was incredibly slow. Every shower felt like it was going to flood the bathroom. The location was great though, just a one-minute walk from Gare de Lyon through the hotel's back entrance.
The biggest advantage: convenient transportation! It's super convenient, just 100 meters walk from the subway station. Both the RER and metro are easily accessible, and you can get to the Louvre and Arc de Triomphe within 20 minutes. It's also very close to Gare de Lyon, about a 200-meter walk. Room: Similar to the standard size of an Atour Hotel in China? It's not small for Paris, but it definitely...
Very close to gare de Lyon station Very comfortable for Paris transportation. Room is very large enough with the full buffet breakfast. Next trip , we will stay again.
I usually do not post review, but this is bad. 1. Aircon is very weak and not cool, have to open windows 2. The hair blower is spoilt 3. Power trip on 3rd day. 4. Mattress is so soft, when u sit on it, it felt like a sinking hole.
The room size was decent, enough for two suitcases, and the 1.5-meter bed was acceptable for two people. The shower water temperature was a bit low, and the pillows and duvet weren't down, so they felt a bit cool. Overall, it was acceptable.

ReMix Hotel’s location is very accessible and just few steps away from train and tram stations. The vibe was so cool. The lobby takes you back in time but also allowing you to appreciate things in the past. Would love to go back in the same hotel in the future whenever I am in Paris.
The room was too small!!! Didnt come with a closet which made it difficult for my husband and I to move around or open our luggage in the room. Nice hotel and very helpful staff! Good location to walk ti Gare de Lyon station just few minutes away. I will be back here again whenever I come to Paris!
The room was clean, spacious, and bright. There are many restaurants downstairs, and it's just a 3-minute walk to Lyon Station.
This hotel is right next to Lyon Station. It's less than a two-minute walk from the moment you exit the station. Plus, it has metro and RER train access (direct to Disneyland and the Eiffel Tower). There are also French restaurants nearby that are open until midnight. The rooms are newer and brighter than other hotels in Paris, and the atmosphere is comfortable. The front desk staff are also very friendly

I am traveling to Paris for the second year. Overall, it’s a good hotel with reasonable prices, but the room and bathroom are very small. The breakfast is not very diverse, so this year we booked without breakfast.
Close to the science city of Paris. But surrounding area is not very safe. Homeless can be found near by. Not so recommend for family trip.
ibis as a company as a whole would normally bring thoughts of cheap, decent budget hotels. Even though this hotel in particular has no obvious indication of being a budget hotel, the facilities are essentially equal and the rooms could be considered of lower quality and size, but still charging a higher price than the budget ibis hotels. The food is pretty good, breakfast is average, and the wine shop service is great.
This is my favorite hotel in Paris right now. It has all the latest amenities, including a Dyson hair dryer, wireless charger, and Bluetooth speakers. The only problem is that it's always packed.
Treated myself on the last night of a Paris birthday trip, the team spoilt us to the moon knowing that it was my birthday. Nobody else celebrates birthdays like Plaza Athénée Paris. And highly recommend you to book the Avenue Montaigne room, totally worth the magical experience!
The hotel is gorgeous, with red and red ornaments, carved beams and painted buildings. Since my room was not available when I arrived, I was given a free upgrade to a suite that cost more than three times the price. The service was also excellent!

We regularly stay at this hotel for our Parisian weekends. The property is always a pleasant place to stay. Just one minor point regarding the spa: the hot tub was out of order, and the steam room could use a bit of a refresh.

My experience with The Peninsula Paris can be summed up in two words: a big, expensive place that bullies customers! While I didn't encounter any major issues during my five-night stay, some details didn't live up to the Peninsula brand's reputation and were far from my previous experience at The Peninsula in Tokyo. I’m not sure if Paris is just expensive in general, but… this place doesn’t really feel like a 5-star hotel. Ugh... I just hope you don't get stuck with a room overlooking a graveyard.
