Really nice and clean hotel. The balcony and suite upgrade was a nice touch. Friendly staff and easy to get around to everywhere.

Great customer service from Ben who provided us with a room upgrade to a twin room for one of our rooms. Our other room which was a double could be cleaner, especially the toilets. The shower area had hair from previous customers and the toilet bowl could have been more thoroughly cleaned before our stay. Location was abit far (15min) walk from the nearest metro.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel bel Ami. Our room was renovated and very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a bit small but very nice. Service was exceptional from the front desk staff, concierge and housekeeping. The location is great - walkable to many restaurants, shopping, and the metro.

I just stayed a few nights to go see an event in the adidas arena and was in the arena from 8am til 10pm so I just went to the hotel walking to sleep the night. Overall everything needed is there, very basic room and amenities. The neighbourhood is terrible so I recommend you have a good reason (like the arena which is just in front) for choosing this location, and I wouldn’t recommend walking around...

Good, clean hotel for affordable money, not a great area, I stayed for 3 nights, overall satisfied.

The room was better than I thought, but there were a few things I was disappointed about: The bedding was a bit dirty. (There was often dust and hair.) There was no hair dryer or refrigerator. Still, it was good to use when traveling alone.

The hotel is right outside the metro station, making it super convenient to get around Paris. Coupled with the city's weekly transport pass, the price offers incredible value for money! The hotel is located inside a shopping mall which has a Carrefour supermarket. Being able to buy groceries every day and cook our own meals was a real lifesaver for our 'Chinese stomachs'!

Maison Astor is a beautiful hotel perfectly situated centrally to all the major tourist sites around Paris. Staff are warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Great breakfast selection and a lovely bar to relax later in the day with some great cocktails. Would highly recommend.

The room si very small and smell badly. I had asked for a non-smoking room yet my room smell like an ashtray. I am very alergic to tobacco and the cigarette smelling. I asked to have the room change but the hotel only provided a person came up to my room to treat the smell. The room still smelled like an ashtray but the hotel would not change my room.. I love the room facing the street but not noisy. I love the friendliness and understanding of the staffs here too. I am busy at work and they certainly did a good job with room services and common area services to allow me focus on work. The room walls are not thin too so its quiet. Location is good too as i need to head to the train station the next morning, its very close. All is good with this hotel

Holiday Inn Gare de Lyon was incredible! Our check in/check out process was seamless and the service was top-notch - some of the best I’ve seen while on my travels. The room was rather small for 2 travellers in 1 room. The shower screen was not the best at keeping water out of the shower area. Overall, the room is okay for a quick stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Although the room is on the small side and we were placed on the back of the hotel on first floor to which the room feels quite dark. Excellent stay! Clean and hygienic. They even upgraded my room to the Fuji Loft for free, which was great. The service was also very good. You can ask for toothbrushes, and slippers are provided free of charge. Overall, a very pleasant and satisfying experience.

The bathroom was a good size, the internet worked well even with 3 of us hitting it, and the air conditioner worked well for the June heat wave. And even the twin foldout chair>bed was comfortable! Everyone was kind and helpful and the breakfast was very good with excellent cappuchinos. Lots of little shops down the street, Monoprix on the corner, metro station around the corner.

Overall everything is good, if there was a refrigerator or a kettle it would be even better.

Nice little hotel rooms small but enough for a short stay. Room was dusty and not really cleaned well before use. Shower head was he'd the whole of the bathroom. The ground floor serves as a party hall, perfect for entertaining or enjoying a coffee. This hotel is super convenient due to its proximity to Gare du Nord, making it incredibly easy to get to and from Paris Airport.

Location is near to Metro ease of transport to airport and other areas.  Quiet area for family.  Only thing is no kettle in room for hot water but can boil hot water and lobby- free coffee & tea- self Service . Thats fine.

The room size for City Centre and very near to train station was very good as usually they are quite small. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite good and plentiful. The only thing that was poor was my bathroom sink would not drain. I did inform reception but as I was only there one night maybe they did not have the time to fix.

This was the perfect accommodation for a short sight-seeing trip. The rooms are relatively small, but they're clean and they have everything you need, when you plan to be out all day. Walk-in showers are good for access (no need to climb in and out of a bath); the air conditioning works; the bed is comfortable. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord, so no need to struggle with suitcases...

Had a lovely stay here, quiet and clean. Short walk to 2 metro stations, and a few really nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Maybe 20min walk to Eurostar train station, which was perfect for us.

This was my first time in Paris and unfortunately the last 2 days, we were spending it at Belleville. The area felt a little more dangerous as compared to others and I wouldn't recommend it to others. The room was fairly clean, there were stains on the toilet bowl that I had to get rid of myself. The shower was pleasant but unfortunately there was some issues with the drainage and the water leaked...

The check-in/out process is efficient. We stay for 5 nights and between those nights, some days the tea bags are not being filled in. Thus standardize might be to look into that. A little advise for the Air conditioning (AC), please let the guest control the room temperature considering each has its own comfort to fit. Thanks.

The room layout was perfect for us, with a large double bed and a bunk bed. The hotel receptionist was really nice; even though check-in is usually at 3 PM, he allowed us to check in early when we arrived at 8 AM. To our surprise, he even gave us a bouquet of flowers upon check-out as a Women's Day gift!
