The service exceeded my expectations!
It was my husband's birthday, and the hotel specially decorated the room with balloons, birthday wishes, some champagne, and a cake!
They helped with parking and gave us bottled water and chewing gum before we left!
This hotel perfectly embodies "understated luxury" and "restrained attentiveness."
Ambiance: The design seamlessly blends local culture with modern art, making it feel like staying in a boutique art museum. From the carefully selected furniture to the displayed artworks, everything is incredibly tasteful. The guest rooms are spacious and well-laid out, with walk-in closets and marble bathrooms that...
The location is great, but prices were quite high due to the National Day holiday coinciding with Fashion Week.
The service was exceptional. We casually mentioned the noise in the courtyard to the restaurant staff, and the young woman immediately contacted the front desk. They promptly changed our room, showing great consideration for our guests' comfort.
The hotel is beyond gorgeous. The valet service is awesome 👌 👏 👍 Top tier.
The Restaurant Jardin D'hiver however was a bit of let down.. The food were "Meh" the burger was utterly dry and the fries were just there as a decor. No taste too cooked.. The champagne was delicious. The grilled cheese caviar was a delight . The salad can't remember the name was awfullllll.. The ambiance in general was okay...
I would like to thank Lisa for her exceptional service and professionalism. She was very kind and helpful, and her positive attitude made my stay even better. Thank you, Lisa
We visited the hotel during our last visit to Paris to try their desserts !
A truly exceptional experience, we sat in the lounge that was very luxurious with a beautiful decor .
We took rooibos tea and chamomile tea along with a dessert Mille Feuille ! That was beyond delicious! The best I have ever tasted in Paris 👏

The room cleaning was a bit perfunctory; they didn't take away the old towels but simply left new ones alongside them. However, aside from that, everything else was great. The Christmas tree in the hotel lobby was beautiful.
Extremely convenient, with the subway station just a short walk away. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it. The service was excellent.
The hotel was nice and clean, staff are nice but it’s quite noisy especially how heavy the door is.
This was the worst Marriott I've ever stayed at! The check-in staff only asked for my passport and pointed to the elevator, without any further communication. They didn't tell me where breakfast was, what time it was served, or the check-out time. They had a completely blank expression, even a bit grumpy. It's not like I don't speak English; their attitude was just awful. I have no idea how Marriott...
Good selection of breakfast. Helpful with late check out request.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, staff were great also.
I enjoyed my stay at here and it felt safe. However, the room is very small but the location is great! Will consider to stay here again if I ever travel back to Paris.
We were taken care of very well by Mr Rehan, the FrontDesk Manager. He was attentive and helped to address our concerns promptly. The hotel location is superb as it’s close to Lafayette, lots of good eateries, and walking distance to St Honore and the Lourve. Will definitely stay here again. And hopefully we get to be assigned a room that’s facing the main Rue Haussmann!!
I love this hotel :)
The location and service was perfact!
Especially thanks to Vanessa!
She cares about our honeymoon, and ask her menager to do something for us.
Actually we left 3 more days in this hotel, but I'm sure choosing this hotel is one of my best choice during honeymoon.
Room condition, hot water, location, service, everything is all good.
Thank you for making lovely honeymoon 🫶
Good location but hotel not up to much. Rooms are looking little tired, bed was uncomfortable as mattress was so soft you could practically feel the springs and the room was red hot. No proper climate control installed so had to sleep with the window open. Breakfast was fine but nothing to shout about. Wouldn’t rush to stay again.
I had a wonderful stay at the M Social Paris which is in a great walkable location and also super close to Metro. Staff was friendly and kind, my room was beautiful and quiet with a nice view. There were thoughtful touches like welcome madeleines and fruit juice. Bed was nice and comfortable. I enjoyed room service breakfast (only additional 5 euros for this) and is delivered promptly. The room was small and did not have a refrigerator. Soundproofing was average. Guests can enjoy unlimited complimentary coffee, tea, and chocolate on the first floor of the hotel each day.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great and overall facilities are good. The only minus is the size of the room. We booked 2 single beds but because the room is small, they were joint as "king size" bed.
Nice hotel in the middle of Bastille area. Supermarket is nearby.
Great welcome and very comfortable bed, very good location
Love to stay in this hotel, I am just missing a gym or fitness center
my mom and i loved our stay here! the hotel was very clean and all staff members were friendly. the location is also great since it's near many subway stations and bus stops. there are also a lot of amazing restaurants, convenience stores, and bakeries nearby!! the room did get a little bit chilly on some nights but it wasn't anything out of the ordinary.

The location is incredibly convenient! Seriously, it's super easy to get around from here. It's really close to the Arc de Triomphe, and you can walk pretty much anywhere. There's even a Starbucks just 150 meters away. And the hotel staff were really enthusiastic too!
The hotel room was incredibly small; there was barely any space to walk once my suitcase was open. The breakfast was monotonous, serving the same items every day. While the coffee made by the staff tasted good, the service was extremely slow, and we had to wait a long time. Plus, each person was only allowed one cup, which I've never encountered before.
Nice hotel good stuff and good location
Eveything is really good for this price point.
Very nice hotel in the center of Paris, the breakfast has multiple options, the room are clean and pretty efficient. I liked it.
Unbeatable location. Small room but has everything you need, things are new and very clean. The hotel decor is very chic and staff are friendly and helpful. Amazing bonus that the room was already available at around 11am when I landed early (despite the check in time being from 2pm onwards)! A very pleasant stay.

Good hotel with a beautiful outdoor pool, satisfactory room, good location.
The only negative point is the rooftop, where the products and service are not up to par.
Good breakfast, other things are ok
Nice hotel but definitely not worth the price.
CONS:
. The service is not up to a 5-star hotel standards.
. Slow service: We also asked for cutleries to be sent to our room and had to call back the concierge because we were still waiting for them 15min after calling
. Loud staff: during breakfast time, the hotel staff was speaking loudly and it was quite annoying

It is a beautiful hotel, conveniently located and in a safe area. The room was well-appointed, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the HVAC; getting the room to cool during the evening proved difficult.
Molitor is a nice hotel with a lot to offer, though it’s located a bit outside the city center. The breakfast was amazing, and the room was comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as we had hoped.
On the downside, compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe, the service wasn’t as accommodating. My wife’s hair iron stopped working, and while another hotel was able to provide...
My family stayed at Molitor Hotel back in July for 5 days and I have to say it was one of the nicest hotels and experiences that we’ve had. The customer service was top notch. 1. The hotel's location is fairly convenient. There's a metro station right across the street and a bus stop not far from the entrance. However, all public transport options require transfers to get to the city center. (A taxi to the city center costs 20 Euros, Disneyland 40 Euros, and Charles de Gaulle Airport 50 Euros). Taxis are readily available.

Really enjoyed the stay! The buffet breakfast was tasty with lots of choices — definitely worth getting up for. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. The room was a good size, clean, and quiet — very comfortable overall.

Amazing value for money! It's a 30-euro taxi ride to the Louvre for six people, which is totally acceptable given the distance. Very convenient! The front desk staff were also lovely and incredibly welcoming. And the breakfast pastries were delicious!
Good and safe location near Metro 7 and 14, about 10 minutes walk to China Town. Fresh fruits provided at breakfast and hot drinks throughout the day. Room is okay for short stays
Breakfast was great, really tasty. There weren't many hot dishes, but there was a good variety of fresh fruit and vegetables. They even had chia seed coconut milk, pre-cut oranges and grapefruits, and the croissants were delicious too. Everything else was pretty good, but the hot water took ages to come on, and it was easy to accidentally turn it cold again. Plus, the water pressure was really low...
The hotel's location is unbeatable; it's right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. There's a bus stop just 50 meters away, and the Metro Line 7 is 200 meters away, with Line 14 just 400 meters further, offering direct access to the Louvre. The hotel has a great location, close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. The hotel facilities are excellent and the service is warm and attentive.
Ugh, the room was ridiculously small, and it was ridiculously expensive—this is only Parisian standard. Be prepared, it's less than a three-star hotel in China.
Located next to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, it's a quiet spot in the bustling city, within walking distance of tourist attractions.
Good service, very clean rooms, very friendly staff, perfect location. You can walk every popular spots from hotel. Highly recommended.
The experience staying at Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe was remarkable. From the service (at the reception, bellboy, room service staff) to the room itself, the quality was just top-notch. Felt welcoming every single time I returned to rest after the end of each day, and even during checking out, the staff left a good impression. Will be back to stay at this hotel!

Amazing hotel, no issues here.
It's a little far from the tourist spots, but the station is right in front so it's easy to get around!
The rooms are spacious and staff are available 24 hours a day, so you can rest assured!
The location was perfect. Road construction in front of the hotel was a bit inconvenient, but the room and breakfast were both excellent. I'll be leaving with fond memories of France.
Very convenient location - entrance rather small with construction outside. Safe area to stay
This is the hotel I usually stay at when I visit Paris.

The rooms are very clean overall.
There are Chinese restaurants and a pharmacy nearby, so the overall amenities are quite convenient.

This Marriott-branded hotel is in a great location.
It's very convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and a 5-minute walk from the Champs-Élysées. The bread for breakfast was especially delicious, and the milk was surprisingly hot!
The hotel is in a very good location, near Arc De Triomphe. It is quite new and modern which is not easy to find in Paris downtown.
It's a very beautiful and clean house!
Aside from its decent location, the room facilities are outdated, and there's a very unpleasant disinfectant smell!!! It's not worth the price; avoid this hotel!
They used my credit card incorrectly which caused blocking a greatvamount of credit mony on me. It seems some of receiption staff are not competent and not well trained. I had to be extra careful and review everything with them, which helped in catching charging over 1500 Euros extra on my bill.. I caught that and demanded to be corrected.

Based on US standards I would rate this hotel at 3.5 it was ok and decent, I expected more from the bathroom... Also the hallway didn't look like this is a 5 star hotel mainly as there was stuff laying around there... All in all good for the price...
The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean. The hotel is well located, close to Paris city centre, with good transport links and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Overall, it was a good service and a pleasant experience.
Stayed here for a concert at Zenith. Brilliant location. 🚇 Metro very close, music venues very close and great local restaurants open for breakfast until 2 AM . Biclowne was brilliant. BUT take your own teabags. France has abandoned Lipton for Palais de thé which is Earl grey, green or fruit teas, there is no English Breakfast tea to be found anywhere.
Coffee machines didn't work well.
The location is great, but the desk staff is terrible.
There were a lot of authoritarian attitudes, frequent mistakes, etc.
The worst attitude was that interns had to admit to their mistakes.
They said they'd refund the tax calculated for two people,
but they later said they couldn't because of the time difference. I was shocked.
Please pay close attention to payments and invoices.
Great hotel! I stayed there because I had a concert at the Zenith and there is really only the park to cross on foot, and if you want to move around during the day you have the metro less than 1 minute walk away :) the staff was pleasant.
The downside is that the room was not prepared.
The bed: just white sheets and 2 bunk cushions like in a simple hotel. No free toiletries. Hair found on one of the towels. Broken sink plug so the water could not drain. And the air extractor did not work.
Not great value for money. Convenient location (near the metro and bus stop and the Zenith)

It was a fine staying but it is absolutely overpriced. Breakfast and staff were good. Location is good and if you have a terrace it is Eiffel view. The building is old, cleaning was so so.
Excellent (location, staff). Rooms are small, furniture is very old and over used.

Their attention to detail is incredible.
We would highly recommend Castille Paris and will definitely return again very soon .
We were extremely unsatisfied with our stay from the front desk staff who knew we were a party of three adults and put us in a room with one king bed which was only resolved hours later, to the restaurant experience for NYE where they didn't have a table for us. It was frustrating and unsettling how we were treated. Given the cost of the stay we would have expected far better service and accommodation...
